Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence of Individual Characteristics, Work Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics on Organizational Citizen Behaviour at Balai Pegelola Transportasi Darat Wilayah XV Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. This research is categorized as quantitative research with a questionnaire instrument.  The population in this research is all employees of Balai Pegelola Transportasi Darat Wilayah XV Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan counted  135  people. Sampling technique by means of saturated sampling technique or census.  The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis method by using a validity test and reliability test using Cronbach  Alpha.  Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments.  Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this research. Based on the results of this study it is known that the results of multiple linear regression test is  Y = 0,951 + 0,195 X1 + 0,350 X2 + 0,387 X3 where,  Individual Characteristic  (X1), Work Characteristic (X2), Organization Characteristic (X3) and Organization Citizen Behaviour (Y). Then T test results of Individual Characteristics significantly affect of OCB (2,446 > 1,656). Work Characteristic has a significant effect that is (2,690 > 1,656) and Organization Characteristic (4,507 > 1,656) also has a significant effect. Test  F  together there is a  significant influence on Organization Citizen Behaviour  (247,626 > 3,06).  R  square test results give a  value of  0,925  which means 92,5%  employee satisfaction variable can be explained through two independent variables, while the rest of the 7,5% influenced or explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the impact of service quality, commitment and discipline on the learning motivation of economics students at the Islamic University of Borneo MAB Banjarmasin. The test equipment used for this research uses the IBM version of SPSS 22. Normality Test and Termination Coefficient Test. The population was 275 students (7 classes) in semester 5 who took the cost management course. The sample was obtained as many as 163 people from the number of students who were used as the population. The number was obtained using the slovin formula. Through this research, it was partially concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 has a positive and significant effect on variable Y. Likewise, from the results of the simultaneous test, it can be concluded that the independent variables (X1.X2 and X3) have an effect on the variable Y (dependent).

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability on company value. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The population was taken from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period and totaled 8 companies. Data was obtained from secondary data taken from the official BEI website. The test tool used was SPSS 29 IBM Version. To obtain the desired results, descriptive tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression tests were carried out. From the results of the tests carried out, the results were obtained. that the variable X1 (liquidity) effect and is not significant on company value. Solvency Variables have a positive and significant effect on the Y (company value) and profitability have a positive and significant effect on the company's value (Y). Abstract

In business design, the Business Model Canvas (BMC) is an invaluable tool in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and understanding the key components that form the foundation of a business. For tourism businesses, BMC provides a clear view on how to detail and design an effective business model. It includes key components such as customer segments, value proposition, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue sources, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure. BMC enables travel businesses to focus on proper customer segmentation, offer appropriate value propositions, manage efficient distribution channels and build strong customer relationships. Additionally, it also helps in identifying diverse revenue sources and key resources required to support business operations. Key activities and key partners contribute to the provision of exceptional tourism experiences. All this must be managed efficiently within the framework of an adequate cost structure. BMC design is a key step in planning a sustainable and successful tourism business. This helps in responding better to market changes, trends and business challenges. By focusing on BMC elements, tourism businesses can continue to innovate and adapt to changes in the dynamic business environment.

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, companies in various sectors must adapt to technological changes to remain competitive. PT Benawa, an advertising and printing company in Banjarbaru, faces challenges in talent management amidst digital transformation. This study aims to explore how PT Benawa utilizes technology to improve the recruitment and retention process of talent. The use of information and communication technology, including AI-based recruitment software, HRIS, and data-based employee retention platforms, has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent management process. This study uses the ADDIE model to ensure that the application of technology is carried out systematically and structured. The results of the study show that technology can improve employee experience, work flexibility, and company image, despite challenges in adapting to technology and changing organizational culture. With the right strategy, PT Benawa can achieve a competitive advantage in talent management in the digital era.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Aranio, kecamatan Aranio, Kabupaten Banjar ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya Ibu-Ibu di Desa Aranio guna meningkatkan keterampilan mengolah ikan nila dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Aranio. Saat ini penduduk Desa Aranio banyak yang mempunyai mata pencaharian budidaya ikan nila, ikan nila ini dibudidayakan disepanjang aliran sungai riam kanan Desa Aranio,  hasil panen ikan nila selama ini hanya dijual mentah sehingga saat panen melimpah terkadang harga ikan bisa menjadi murah, tim pengabdian masyarakat UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin mencoba memberikan solusi dengan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana mengolah ikan nila menjadi panganan abon sehingga ikan nila yang selama ini  hanya dijual mentah dapat diolah dan mempunyai nilai tambah sebagai olahan abon yang dapat dijual sebagai panganan atau oleh-oleh khas Desa Aranio yang nantinya oleh-oleh ini dapat dijual di daerah wisata sungai kambang Desa Aranio. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu pelatihan, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Sasaran atau mitra adalah ibu-ibu Desa Aranio yang berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu peserta pelatihan mampu membuat panganan abon berbahan dasar ikan nila, mampu membuat kemasan dan diharapkan mampu memasarkan hasil olahan abon ikan nila ini sebagai produk khas Desa Aranio. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dengan dilakukannya bimbingan lanjutan tentang pemasaran, pembinaan dan pendampingan lebih lanjut sehingga produk olahan abon ikan nila ini dapat memperoleh ijin produk dan lebih lanjut memperoleh akses pendanaan untuk dijadikan skala indutri rumah tangga yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

This research examines the impact of competency and intellectual capital on the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarmasin City. This research used a quantitative approach. Data were collected via an online questionnaire with 51 MSME actors as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that intellectual capital, encompassing knowledge, expertise, and innovation, significantly influences performance. However, competency does not show a significant impact on MSMEs’ performance. These findings provide insight into the condition of MSMEs in Banjarmasin City and can provide additional empirical evidence on the effect of intellectual capital. Additionally, this result can serve as a reference for policymakers to help MSMEs improve their performance through targeted training, mentorship, and collaborative networks. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing intellectual capital for MSMEs to enhance their performance. The finding that competency has an insignificant impact on performance warrants further investigation. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna membuktikan adanya pengaruh antara kinerja keuangan dan harga saham. Jenis riset ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi menerapkan perusahaan properti yang tercatat di BEI rentang waktu 2022-2024 dengan jumlahnya mencapai 93 perusahaan. Sampel riset senilai 12 perusahaan dengan menerapkan teknik purposive sampling. Riset ini menggunakan analsis regresi linier berganda. Terbukti dari hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa Likuiditas (Current Ratio) dan Solvabilitas (DER) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Profitabilitas (ROA) pengaruhnya positif dan juga signifikan terhadap harga saham. Harga Saham secara simultan juga dipengaruhi oleh likuditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas dengan hasil signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berlebih dan struktur utang tinggi dipersepsikan negatif oleh pasar, sedangkan profitabilitas mendorong peningkatan nilai saham. Dalam hal ini pihak manajemen perlu menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan likuiditas dan struktur modal yang efisien, serta peningkatan kinerja aset untuk memperkuat kepercayaan investor dan mendukung nilai pasar perusahaan.

Abstract

Berlandaskan data di BEI, perusahaan perbankan mengalami fluktuasi yang tidak teratur pada nilai saham. secara fundamental, perubahan tersebut salah satunya diakibatkan oleh perspektif kinerja keuangan perusahaan. tujuan dari riset ini dilakukan guna mengidentifikasi ada atau tidaknya pengaruh hubungan antara kinerja keuangan dengan harga saham. Jenis studi ini kuantitatif dengan menerapkan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi yang diaplikasikan pada perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di BEI periode 2022-2024 sejumlah 47 emiten dengan sampel 12 emiten dengan pengaplikasian teknik purposive sampling. Studi ini menerapkan analisis regresi linier berganda. mengacu pada hasil riset teridentifikasi bahwa Return on Asset tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap harga saham, Return on Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio terdapat hubungan positif dengan pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Debt to Assets Ratio terdapat hubungan negatif dengan pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Commitment on Employee Performance at PT Lingkar Sakti Mas Banjarmasin. The research employs a quantitative approach with 32 respondents, all of whom were selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the Organizational Culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), with a t value of 5.475 > t table 2.042 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In contrast, the Employee Commitment variable (X2) does not significantly affect Employee Performance, with a t value of 1.731 < t table 2.042 and a significance level of 0.094 > 0.05. The simultaneous test (F test) indicates that Organizational Culture and Employee Commitment jointly have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as shown by an F value of 19.710 > F table 3.328 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, improving employee performance can be achieved through the implementation of a strong organizational culture supported by consistent and balanced employee commitment.
