Abstract

Research machining with turning process, carried out in 6061 AA- workpiece material, using the HSS has a standard geometry. The problem is the corner radius (RCB), spindle rotation (n), the motion eat (f) and the cutting depth (a) constant to produce lathe AA-6061 with the desired surface and is capable of producing a high production capacity. The regression model can describe the relationship between the combination of cutting parameters and corner radius produces minimum surface roughness. Round spindle is a dominant effect on the surface roughness, followed by motion meal, corner radius (RCB). By using Response Surface Methodology (RSM), the alleged best regression model for surface roughness (SR) at 95% confidence level at 900 rpm spindle rotation, motion eat 115 mm / put and corner radius 1.25 mm is : 0,14x2x3. Results obtained by iterating the main influence on the conditions of rotation of 950 rpm, 90 mm motion eat / put and corner radius 1.50 mm produces the value of surface roughness( SR) 0,360 µm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to create a design and prototype data processing lecturers Curriculum Vitae can be generated so that the output of information that has the characteristics, availability, easy to grasp, Relevant, Useful, Timely, Reliability, Accurate and Consistent The study used secondary data obtained from the documents in the civil service such as education history data. Then the document on the academic part of carrying out the education and teaching, while carrying out research and development and produce scientific papers, carry out community service from LPPM document. The amount of data is 336 people, both men and women with diverse groups of rank and in part to spread the eight positions in the work unit environment Malang Merdeka University. All the above data was collected with documentation technique is to copy the documents that are relevant to the design development curiculum vitae lecturer at Malang Merdeka University. From the results it can be concluded designing application design curiculum administration vitae can be used for academic services on campus and off campus faculty services so that the needs of faculty in academic, other needs related curiculum vitae can be served quickly. In the determination of policy, administrative application design can be used as a control tool to determine the development of each faculty in the respective majors on college Tridarma activities, also could provide another motivation for the professors to improve Tridarma activities and activities that are relevant outside the campus.   DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v1i1.613

Abstract

Kelompok Tani (Poktan) Rahayu merupakan salah satu kelompok tani di Dusun Bunton yang menghasilkan 200 ton padi setiap kali panen. Dusun Bunton berada di wilayah Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang. Dalam rentang waktu 2005 hingga 2023, Poktan Rahayu hanya memiliki 1 mesin penggiling padi. Kurangnya pengetahuan anggota poktan terkait dengan perawatan mesin penggiling padi, menyebabkan menurunnya performa mesin, hal tersebut dapat diketahui dengan hasil penggilingan yang kurang sempurna. Melalui kolaborasi, tim pengabdi UM, UNMER Malang dan UNISMA Malang mengimplementasikan mesin penggiling padi 2 in 1 kepada Poktan Rahayu. Untuk menjaga performa mesin baru, maka tim pengabdi melaksanakan sosialisasi perawatan mesin penggiling padi pada anggota Poktan Rahayu. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota Poktan Rahayu terkait dengan perawatan mesin penggiling padi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan pendidikan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan pre-test, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, serta post-test. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui metode ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi oleh tim pengabdi dan anggota Poktan Rahayu. Berdasarkan hasil post-test, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anggota Poktan Rahayu terhadap perawatan mesin penggiling padi, yaitu dari 37,3% menjadi 94%. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan, dilakukan pendampingan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan serta solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut.
