Abstract

Semua kegiatan Industri 4.0 pada manufaktur ini menimbulkan tantangan sekaligus peluang besar bagi teknologi pengelasan (welding) dan khususnya bagi pengembang peralatan pengelasan. Masalah kritis lainnya, yang sedikit diabaikan oleh banyak pendukung dan promotor Industri 4.0 adalah kenyataan bahwa jaringan sistem selalu membawa risiko keamanan. Oleh karena itu, konsep keamanan data dan komunikasi modern harus digunakan dalam memberikan perlindungan bagi jaringan fasilitas produksi. data-data tentang beberapa metode dan jenis pengelasan menjadi sangat penting dan kebutuhan utama untuk produksi di era industri 4.0. Data tidak harus spesifik, namun lebih bersifat eksploratif yang kemudian diolah menggunakan beberapa algoritma hingga mendapat hasil optimasi yang ideal dan terus berkembang. Karena bersifat eksploratif sehingga sejumlah data yang besar diperlukan. Jika dihubungkan dengan era Industri 4.0 saat ini, maka peran peneliti di dunia adalah menyediakan data hingga mengolah data menjadi solusi atau sistem yang baru pada proses manufaktur. Metode penelitian ini menggukanan eksperimental nyata dengan mengidentifikasi pengaruh kuat arus pengelasan SMAW menggunakan media pendingin oli terhadap uji tarik dan uji kerasnya. Jenis sambungan yang digunakan adalah Single V-Groove. Pengujian tarik penelitian ini menggunakan standar JIS Z 2201 1981. Pengujian kekerasan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rockwell dengan bola baja (HRB). Hasil pengujian tarik menunjukkan, tegangan tertinggi secara keseluruhan terjadi pada sampel 140A. Tegangan maksimum tertinggi sebesar 74.92 kgf/mm2. Tegangan patahan tertinggi 60.60 kgf/mm2. Kemudian tegangan yielding tertinggi sebesar 56.93 kgf/mm2. Nilai keras tertinggi pada area las adalah 85 HRB terjadi pada sampel dengan arus 120A. Nilai keras tertinggi pada area HAZ terjadi pada sampel 100A dengan 62.67 HRB.

Abstract

Nanoreinforce materials such as ZnO, eggshell, Al2O3, TiO2, and ZrO2 have been shown to improve the mechanical properties of Al-Si alloy. Nanomaterial Fe2O3 has many applications as catalysts reaction in electronic devices, for example, semiconductor materials, paint formulations, lithium rechargeable batteries, and is often applied in industrial fields. It is known that Fe2O3 can be synthesized through the stirring process on machine and method used will involve several steps that relatively take a long time. In this study, Al-Si alloy reinforced by using nanomaterial Fe2O3 which sintered at a temperature of 600°C for 3 hours aimed to improve mechanical and morphological properties of Al-Si alloy. The method used was stir casting, where this method was known as flexible, simple, and economic. The result of reinforcing Al-Si alloy by using nanomaterial Fe2O3 had affected on the hardness level of Al-Si alloys as evidenced by the fracture morphology that was brittle and had a light reflection

Abstract

The most widely used aluminum alloy in industry is Al2024 alloy. Aluminum alloys used for automotive components are required to have good strength. The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution of precipitates, morphology and hardness of Al2024 alloy due to artificial aging in stages I, II, and III. The test results showed that the highest distribution of precipitates (CuAl2) was in Al2024 with the third-stage artificial aging variation, and the least distribution was in the I-stage artificial aging variation. The results of morphological observations on Al2024 due to multilevel artificial aging treatment using SEM, the microstructure of Al2024 was relatively the same. (homogeneous) at each level variation. The stratified artificial aging treatment on Al2024 causes the particle size at each level variation to be smaller with closer distances. Meanwhile, the hardness value of Al2024 increased. The highest hardness of Al2024 is in the specimen with the third stage of artificial aging treatment, which is 79.66 HRE, the lowest hardness is the first stage of artificial aging, which is 74.33 HRE.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Pelaku UMKM terkendala pada pemasaran prosuk, belum memahami manfaat dari branding, minim ilmu tentang branding, belum memilki karakter intrepreneuer yang positif dan yang tidak kalah penting adalah pendampingan mengenai teknis strategi branding bagi para pelaku UMKM. Dalam komunikasi pemasaran, salah satu fungsi branding adalah sebagai salah satu sarana untuk menanamkan citra positif dibenak konsumen, sehingga perlu dipahami oleh pelaku UMKM, karena branding produk merupakan salah satu poin penting agar produk UMKM akan senantiasa diingat oleh masyarakat atau konsumen dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Re-branding ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan nilai jual dari produk UMKM.

Abstract

Graphene Oxide is a material that has a thickness of one atom composed of carbon atoms to form a hexagonal lattice and a material that has unique properties, namely mechanical, optical, thermal, and electrical properties. Fe2O3 is a material that has magnetic properties and can be used for various applications such as enzyme separation, drug transport, microwave absorption, photocatalysts, biological applications, biomedicine, metal separation, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In this study, the addition of graphene oxide was carried out using the coprecipitation method on Fe2O3 nanomaterials that had been treated with sintering and non-sintering. The coprecipitation method is the synthesis of inorganic compounds which is based on the deposition of more than one substance together when it passes the saturation point. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the addition of graphene oxide to the Fe2O3 material can increase the magnetic properties of the Fe2O3 material or vice versa. The result was that the sintering treatment on Fe2O3 GO did not have a transforming effect on its magnetic properties, but instead had a changing effect on its magnetic value. However, the magnetic coercivity value of Fe2O3 + GO 700 ºC increased to 0.038 Tesla. Thus, it can be concluded that at a temperature of 700 °C graphene oxide acts as a barrier from external magnetic fields in the opposite direction.

Abstract

Salah satu nilai lebih dari kendaraan bermotor adalah  bentuknya yang menarik atau mengikuti trend mode, untuk mencapai bentuk yang menarik tersebut harus dirancang pula konstruksi dari komponen mesin tersebut agar sesuai dengan bentuk rancangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh variasi sudut pelat pemanas dengan laju aliran udara terhadap besarnya koefisien perpindahan kalor konveksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh dari suatu perlakuan atau desain baru terhadap suatu proses. Hasilnya semakin besar sudut yang terbentuk antara pelat pemanas dengan arah aliran maka perpindahan panas yang terjadi dari pelat menuju udara semakin kecil hal ini ditandai dengan menurunya koefisien perpindahan panas konveksi, penurunan ini disebabkan semakin besar sudut yang terbentuk antara pemanas dengan arah aliran maka luasan pemanas yang mengalami perpindahan panas secara konveksi akan semakin kecil.

Abstract

Aluminium memiliki berbagai aplikasi komersial karena memiliki ketahanan korosi yang baik, ringan, sifat mekanik yang baik, dan  kemudahan fabrikasi. Paduan Aluminium-Silikon memiliki kemampuan cor dan las yang baik, konduktivitas termal yang baik, dan ketahanan korosi yang sangat baik. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, maka dunia industri saat ini dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil  produksinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sifat mekanik paduan Al-Si setelah ditambahkan material lain. Metode penguatan pada paduan Al-Si menggunakan metode stir casting. Hasilnya  Penambahan Fe2O3 undoping dan doping graphene tidak dapat meningkatkan kekuatan tarik dari paduan Al-Si dan sebaliknya penambahan Fe2O3 undoping dan doping graphene menurunkan kekuatan tarik dari paduan Al-Si. Penambahan material Fe2O3 undoping graphene dan Fe2O3 doping graphene pada paduan Al-Si memiliki pengaruh terhadap kekerasan paduan Al-Si yaitu terjadi peningkatan nilai kekerasan dari Al-Si raw 108,83 HV setelah ditambah material Fe2O3 undoping graphene menjadi 111 HV dan menjadi 134,83 HV setelah ditambah material Fe2O3 doping graphene.

Abstract

In modern era, Digital Marketing has developed rapidly since the use of the internet is high. This is in balance with the development of smartphones which are increasingly reaching all groups, from teenagers to the elderly. However, amidst the development of smartphones, it is not balanced with good use. This happened to the people of Mlaten village, sub-district. Rolling over Pasuruan. The majority of village people have smartphones which can be used as a medium for sales if they can use it. Their daily income depends on selling salted fish which they process themselves. Sales are carried out in traditional markets at prices that are relatively competitive with each other. This service activity is carried out using direct counseling and training methods to utilize digital marketing as a medium for marketing salted fish products. As a result of this service, people can understand the importance of digital marketing in product marketing and people can use digital marketing as a media for marketing their products.

Abstract

A composite is a material structure formed from a combination of two or more materials, processed on a macroscopic scale and physically fused. To improve the characteristics of natural fibers in composites, a NaOH alkalization process is carried out which influences the fiber composites. Real experimental strength of the composite. The results showed that Alkalization of NaOH in water hyacinth fiber with variations in resin and fiber fractions (40%, 50%, 60%) and concentration (5% and 10%) affected the impact value. Specimens with a 60% resin and fiber fraction that experienced 5% alkalization showed the lowest impact, while a 40% resin and fiber fraction that experienced 10% alkalization had the highest impact. These findings indicate that NaOH alkalization significantly affects water hyacinth fibers, potentially increasing strength due to the removal of lignin, hemicellulose, and pectin. Loss of these components can make the fiber more brittle and susceptible to damage. In testing the resin and fiber fractions (40%, 50%, 60%) with varying concentrations (5% and 10%) when mixing fiber with matrix, it was found that the 60% resin and fiber fraction with a concentration of 5% had the lowest impact strength of 61 J/mm2, while the resin and fiber fraction of 40% with a concentration of 10% has the highest strength of 82 J/mm2. The results of this research highlight the importance of optimizing the volume fraction of fiber and epoxy matrix to improve the impact characteristics of water hyacinth fiber composites.Keywords: composite, alkalization, volume fraction, fiber, water hyacinth

Abstract

The automotive industry is one of the industries that is currently developing in Indonesia. Research has been carried out on materials used in the automotive industry, one of which is improving the mechanical properties of low carbon steel which is widely used as sprocket material. Sprockets are parts of a motorbike that require surface hardness and ductility at the core. So carburizing treatment is the right treatment to increase the wear resistance of low carbon steel. The material used in this research is ST 37. This research aims to increase the surface hardness of ST 37 by varying the carburizing temperature, where the temperatures used are 850℃ and 900℃ with a holding time of 3 hours. Wear resistance testing uses the weight loss method by comparing the ST 37 sprocket with sprockets sold on the market. The highest wear resistance was obtained on sprockets with carburizing treatment at a temperature of 900℃ with test results of 1.65 x 10-2 mm3/hour.
