Abstract

In the information age of the 21st century today, various peer-to-peer platforms have emerged, collectively known as platform-based economies, which are now used by many groups around the world, especially for the accommodation industry in the form of homestay-based in network or online. For the public, this platform provides easy accommodation for trips to areas of interest to explore, especially for rural tourism. As a provider of accommodation services, of course the competition with commercial hotels is very strong. The phenomenon that exists in various countries in the world shows, this platform is a threat to hotel managers who certainly provide rooms at prices higher than online-based homestays. The impact is certainly not only on the sales strategy, but also on the communication strategy. The platform threat becomes disruptive where this threat can change the management pattern of the accommodation business due to different rules and can make hotel managers think hard to change their hotel communication strategy or not at all. The availability of a free platform in the hotel chain provides hope for hotel managers to explore possibilities and anticipate perceived disruption.

Abstract

Demand for flower arrangements from various market segments in Indonesia is growing along with increasing consumer interest in using social media-based online sales platforms. Creative money bouquet product ideas are one of the newest trends in the flower arrangement business. The risk of lower product quality often arises after the delivery process, where the product received does not match the image published on the platform. Customer dissatisfaction often occurs in similar transactions due to the role of product packaging in increasing the quality of the money bouquet product. The aim of this research is to find out how appropriate product packaging can increase the selling power of a product on the market. This research uses a qualitative with a narrative approach as the research methodology.  The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. The research object is @Moneyrist.id and The subjects in this research are IE-social customers.commerce. Observation and unstructured interviews were used to collect data, with the findings showing that product packaging is designed according to customer needs and must consider safety factors. This is a guarantee that the product will reach the customer's hands in good condition. The implications of this research focus on increasing customer trust through features that ensure the quality of money arrangements on social e-commerce platforms, with a case study on Moneyrist.id.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami seberapa besar kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dalam lingkungan kerja UMKM yang dinamis dan kompetitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan UMKM yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel bebas (dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja) terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja karyawan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dukungan organisasi maupun kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM. Koefisien regresi menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kepuasan kerja. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha pada seluruh variabel di atas 0,7, yang menandakan bahwa alat ukur yang digunakan konsisten dan dapat dipercaya. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal, pelaku UMKM perlu memberikan dukungan organisasi secara nyata serta menciptakan kondisi kerja yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, baik melalui penghargaan, perhatian terhadap kebutuhan karyawan, maupun penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang positif.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, UMKM

Abstract

Era digital telah mengubah lanskap persaingan secara drastis, menuntut UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat. Digitalisasi bukan lagi keunggulan, melainkan prasyarat kelangsungan hidup. UMKM adalah pilar utama perekonomian nasional, terbukti Tangguh dalam menyerap tenaga kerja dan mendistribusikan pendapatan. Perkembangan teknologi menciptakan kesenjangan kompetensi yang lebar antara kebutuhan pasar dengan kemampuan aktual SDM UMKM. Oleh karena itu, investasi pada Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (Pelatihan dan Kompetensi) menjadi imperatif strategis, bukan hanya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga untuk menanamkan pola pikir wirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pelaku umkm di era digital. Pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap karakteristik kewirausahaan pelaku umkm. Pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pelaku umkm di era digital. Peran Mediasi Karakteristik Kewirausahaan terhadap Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kinerja Pelaku UMKM di Era Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatif (explanatory research). Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel, dapat digunakan pendekatan rule of thumb dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah indikator dalam model Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil Penelitian Pengembangan SDM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelaku UMKM. Pengembangan SDM memiliki pengaruh kuat terhadap Karakteristik Kewirausahaan. Karakteristik Kewirausahaan adalah prediktor yang sangat kuat terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Pengembangan SDM tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja secara langsung, tetapi lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja ketika melalui penguatan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan (nilai koefisien tidak langsung 0.388 lebih besar dari koefisien langsung 0.187

Abstract

Empowering student health unit (UKS) cadres in the areas of eye health and entrepreneurship is crucial for preventing visual impairment and fostering a smart and productive generation. This activity aims to improve the quality of life and future of students through health education, eye health services used in learning, vision care, and entrepreneurship. The benefits of this educational activity include increased understanding of health, particularly regarding visual impairment and its management, preventing visual impairment, and enhancing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. This community service activity utilizes a participatory educational method, prioritizing a needs-based approach for the target partners, namely junior high school students and, in particular, the UKS cadres. The activity was conducted in stages and divided into several main phases to ensure effective and sustainable transfer of knowledge and skills. The activity was conducted in several main sessions involving all 440 students in grades 7 and 8, including 27 UKS staff. The results of this community service program include increased knowledge of junior high school students about healthy vision, awareness of maintaining near and far vision within normal limits through healthy behaviors in using the sense of sight. Students' understanding of entrepreneurship from outside sources is also enhanced, as students have already received entrepreneurship lessons. However, information provided by outside sources will further strengthen and inspire them to create opportunities that align with their interests and talents. The skills of the Health Unit (UKS) cadres in conducting visual acuity checks independently and with peers are expected to be conducted periodically and routinely every three months, and incidentally if needed or if someone needs it due to complaints of decreased vision. The eye health and entrepreneurship education model can serve as a reference for other schools. It needs to be implemented continuously and in stages, in line with technological developments and the latest health policies.
