Abstract

Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia Merr.) is a multifunctional medicinal plant for various diseases, one of which is an antibacterial. Dayak Onions (E. palmifolia Merr.) contains an alkaloid, flavonoid, triterpenoid, and saponin compound which has antibacterial properties. This study aims to determine the effect of the ethyl acetate extract of Dayak Onion tubers inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Dayak onion tuber was extracted using ethyl acetate solvent by the maceration method until thick extract was obtained. The concentration extract used were 30 mg/ml;15 mg/ml;7,5 mg/ml;3,75 mg/ml; 1,875 mg/ml; and 0,9375 mg/ml tested for antibacterial effectivity against Staphylococcus aureus using Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA) with the wells method. The result showed that the ethyl acetate of Dayak onion with MEC (Minimum effective concentration) 3,75 mg/ml obtained inhibition zone of 10,367 mm while at the highest concentration of 30 mg/ml had the best antibacterial effectiveness. The effective concentration of ethyl acetate onion of Dayak tuber which is 30 mg/ml obtained inhibition zone of 18,404 mm even in the moderate category.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to seek God's blessings in the Qur'an. There are five ways to seek God's blessings contained in the Qur'an based on the interpretation of blessing verses. First, following the instructions of the Qur'an, where the Qur'an itself is a holy book full of blessings, there are many blessing verses associated with the Qur'an, that the Qur'an itself has unlimited blessings. the form of blessing, starting from the arrangement of the words, the content of the verses of the Qur'an to the place and time when the Qur'an was revealed, the way to seek blessings with the Qur'an is to recite the verses of the Qur'an. Second, faith and piety, based on the interpretation of the blessing verses, faith and piety are absolute requirements that a person must have in order to have a life full of blessings. Third, patience, it is said that Allah gave abundant blessings to the followers of the Prophet Moses because of their patience. Fourth, Say hello. Fifth, Hijrah and prayer. Barakāh is Ziyādatul Khair which means increasing goodness. Barakāh can also mean the persistence of something, and can also mean the increase or development of something. The blessings described in the Qur'an can be in the form of a fertile and prosperous land, there are also depictions of blessings in the Qur'an, etc. This research wants to know how to find God's blessings in the Qur'an, by examining blessing verses. The research method used to find out these two things is a qualitative research method, while the source of research data is interpretations of the Al-Qur'an and other related sources. The interpretation method used in this research is the thematic interpretation method, namely the interpretation method that interprets the Al-Qur'an based on a certain theme, in this case the interpretation of blessings.

Abstract

PT. PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Arun merupakan perusahaan industri yang bergerak pada bidang pembangkit listrik tenaga mesin gas(PLTMG) yang memiliki kapasitas 250 MW serta mengirim pasokan listrik ke seluruh Provinsi Aceh dan sebagian Sumatera Utara. Setiap bidang yang beroperasi pada unit kerja memiliki dokumen Instruksi Kerja yang dijadikan sebagai prosedur dalam menjalani jobdesc perusahaan, baik itu didalam maupun diluar engine. Pembuatan dokumen instruksi kerja saat ini dibuat secara manual menggunakan aplikasi pengolah kata sederhana. Hal ini tidak efisien dikarenakan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama, serta sistem pengarsipan yang tidak teratur. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pengelolaan serta pembuatan dokumen tersebut, diperlukan solusi berupa sistem informasi pengelolaan beserta pembuatan dokumen instruksi kerja berbasis web. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode penegembangan yaitu Waterfall dengan alur pengembangan seperti requirements (kebutuhan), design (desain), development (implementasi), testing (pengujian), dan maintenance (perbaikan) agar sistem informasi dapat bekerja dengan baik. Setelah dikembangkan dan di implementasikan, sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah staff dalam mengatur, mengelola, membuat dan melakukan penyimpanan dokumen instruksi kerja.

Abstract

Today, the world has entered the digital age and the publishing industry has changed. Education is more than moving learning from the bench to the table. However, you can also make calls using voice and video calls. One of them is movies. Film is a form of communication that entertains and inspires people. Movies can change. This means that it can be viewed by all social classes. Film is a combination of images, sound, and images to convey action. It is also included in the film that this method uses the invention of Roland Barthes. Qualitative research is a form of research that uses a descriptive method to seek to understand a phenomenon or phenomenon. Based on the analysis mentioned in the previous section. The artwork by diva Esegun Ako Bardos shows that the artwork doesn’t just convey a sweet message. But it also means something different. Through the many symbols in the film, the film attempts to portray a wide range of religious themes. Instead, it combines social and political issues and ideologies into a single lesson. The film attempts to present a more nuanced view of religion from the perspective of aesthetics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi Binance di Google Play menggunakan dua algoritma pembelajaran mesin, yaitu Naïve Bayes (NB) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Untuk menangani masalah ketidakseimbangan kelas dalam data, diterapkan teknik SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metode web scraping pada ulasan aplikasi Binance, dengan data yang disaring berdasarkan ulasan terbaru dan rating. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan SMOTE, baik algoritma Naïve Bayes maupun SVM memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan pada akurasi serta metrik evaluasi lainnya seperti precision, recall, dan F1-score. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik SMOTE efektif dalam menangani ketidakseimbangan kelas pada analisis sentimen ulasan aplikasi. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Binance app user reviews on Google Play using two machine learning algorithms, namely Naïve Bayes (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). To overcome the problem of class imbalance in the data, the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) technique is applied. The data used in this study was taken using the web scraping method on Binance app reviews, with data filtered based on the latest reviews and ratings. The experimental results show that with the application of SMOTE, both the Naïve Bayes and SVM algorithms provide significant improvements in accuracy and other evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score. Overall, this study shows that the SMOTE analysis technique is effective in handling class synchrony in app review sentiment.

Abstract

Psoriasis vulgaris is a chronic skin inflammation characterized by the appearance of clearly limited erythematous plaques, along with rough, thick, and silvery-white scales. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a multifactorial autoimmune disease with diverse clinical manifestations and can involve one or more organs. This case report presents a patient with Psoriasis Vulgaris with SLE. A 47-year-old woman presented with erythematous plaque lesions with thick scales and some hyperpigmentation, numerous, plaque-sized lesions with regional distribution on the scalp, right and left cubital areas, gluteal, left tibia, and yellow unguium dyschromia was seen on the distal lateral aspect, solitary on the right 3rd digit. Histopathological examination found typical Psoriasis Vulgaris. The patient was diagnosed with Psoriasis Vulgaris. In 2022, the patient was diagnosed with SLE and received Hydroxychloroquine sulfate therapy. The patient was treated with a combination therapy including methotrexate (MTX) and topical medications. This case highlights the importance of comprehensive evaluation for Psoriasis Vulgaris therapy with a previous history of SLE and the choice of treatment in patients with the coexistence of PV and SLE.
