Abstract

South Buru Regency, as a part of the Maluku Islands Province. This natural tourist attraction has the potential to be developed into a tourist destination so as to increase tourist visits and the contribution of the tourism sector in South Buru Regency. Needing for the feasibility study of the Tanjung Merpati Floating Culinary Center Design in South Buru Regency, Maluku which supported with Neo Vernacular Architecture method. It is to improve the economy of the local community and provide recreation for tourists such as fishing and other tourism. It is different from other culinary in South Buru Regency, because of Neo Vernacular analysis so that it gets a response to the design.

Abstract

Sultan Agung Bantul Stadium is a sport area in Bantul Regency, but it is rather poorly maintained. The Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) aims to know about problems that cause the poor condition of the building to support sports activities. The method uses a descriptive research in the form of evaluation of habitation. This method is an explanation of the data that has been collected that is supported and applied to existing theories. The collection of data with a survey on the environment Sultan Agung Stadium and collecting data from the government as a guide in designing. However, an analysis of the Building Maintenance Management of this stadium is also needed. In the design department Sultan Agung Stadium in Bantul district has a lot of potential that can be developed as a sport.

Abstract

Abstract: Kota Magelang memiliki beragam destinasi wisata yang tersebar dengan berbagai daya tarik wisatanya yang cukup tinggi, namun perlu adanya destinasi wisata baru yang atraktif dan secara umum potensi dan peluang pengembangan wisata di Kota Magelang sangat besar guna mendorong Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Inventarisasi dan penggalian berbagai potensi, dengan memiliki berbagai keunikan dan daya tarik, meningkatnya promosi, informasi dan pemasaran pariwisata, menyelenggarakan berbagai event yang dapat menarik wisatawan serta mengembangkan berbagai fasilitas kepariwisataan menjadi daya tarik obyek. Perancangan wisata kuliner yang berlokasi di kawasan Soekarno Hatta Kota Magelang dipadukan oleh berbagai fungsi kegiatan rekreasi lain saling memberikan kontribusi positif bagi aktivitas didalamnya. Tahap perancangan melalui tahapan survey lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi, potensi, dan lingkungan sekitarnya untuk mendapatkan bahan acuan dalam proses merancang, serta melalui komparasi studi pustaka dan studi banding guna memberikan rancangan yang optimal. Perancangan wisata kuliner di kawasan Soekarno Hatta Kota Magelang ini menggunakan pendekatan simbiosis arsitektur, simbiosis dalam arsitektur sebagai tema perancangan digunakan untuk menggabungkan dua tempat yang berbeda fungsi dan kegiatan yang berbeda menjadi sesuatu yang baru dan memiliki dampak simbiosis positif bagi kedua belah pihak dan mencapai prospek dan fisibilitas yang diharapkan.Kata kunci: daya tarik obyek; simbiosis arsitektur; tepian air; wisata kuliner. Title: Sense of Place in The Culinary Center of River Elo Riverfront Magelang City With The Architecture Symbiosis Approach.Abstract: The City of Magelang has a variety of tourist destinations, spread with a variety of quite-high tourist attractions. However, a new attractive tourist destination and common potential and opportunities for tourism development in this very large city of Magelang, to encourage the Regional Original Income (PAD) in the tourism sector. Inventory and development of various potentials, that have uniqueness and sense of place, improving promotion, tourism information and marketing, organizing various events that can attract tourists to come, and by developing various supporting facilities for tourism, it is expected to be an attraction for tourists to visit Magelang. Therefore, the culinary tourism design located in the Soekarno Hatta Area of Magelang City, combined with various other recreational activities that contribute positively to the activities inside. The design was used through the stages of a field survey that was useful for knowing the conditions, potential, and the surrounding environment, which later served to obtain analysis and reference materials in the design process, as well as through comparative literature studies and comparative studies to provide optimal and appropriate designs later. The design of the culinary tour planned in the Soekarno Hatta Area of Magelang City used the architectural symbiosis approach, that is the symbiosis in architecture as a design theme used to combine two different places of different functions and activities into something new, and have the impact of a positive symbiosis that is good for both parties, and can reach the prospect and expected feasibility later. Keywords: sense of place; architectural symbiosis; waterfront; culinary tourism.

Abstract

Sleman district have many good lands for investment, cause price of land would be raised, so that people look for the area increasingly. Eventually affect the increase land using in flood plains area in Sleman district as a reason of cheap land. From various studies that have been done, which flooding occurs in areas prone basically due to three factors, namely: human activities, natural events and environmental degradation. This study aims to direct the management of flood plains area better. This research was conducted by exploration to find using river bank and evaluate policy and control mechanisms in the areas of space utilization riverbanks in Sleman district. the case study of river are: Boyong-Code river, Winongo river, and Gadjah Wong river. Generally, the drainage concept of the three rivers are still referring to the concept of conventional drainage. The concept was interpreted as a run off water as soon as possible to the river and further downstream. Even the conventional drainage is often interpreted as an effort to drying area. The concept must be changed with the concept of environmentally friendly toward the drainage, for example run off water into a river naturally. It is therefore necessary to overcome the floods with the application of the concept: "one river one plan and one integrated management".: Kabupaten Sleman merupakan lahan bagus untuk investasi lahan, mengakibatkan harga tanah di daerah tersebut semakin tinggi, sehingga masyarakat semakin mengincar daerah tersebut, akhirnya mempengaruhi peningkatan pemanfaatan lahan di daerah bantaran sungai di Kabupaten Sleman dengan alasan lahannya murah. Dari berbagai kajian yang telah dilakukan, banjir yang terjadi di daerah-daerah rawan banjir pada dasarnya disebabkan oleh tiga hal, yaitu: kegiatan manusia, peristiwa alam dan degradasi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengarahkan pengelolaan lahan bangunan di daerah bantaran sungai untuk menjadi lebih baik.Penelitian dilakukan  dengan eksplorasi untuk menemukan profil pemanfaatan ruang bantaran sungai dan mengevaluasi kebijakan serta mekanisme pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang oleh bangunan di daerah bantaran sungai di Kabupaten Sleman. Sungai yang menjadi studi kasus ini adalah: sungai Boyong-Code, sungai Winongo, dan Sungai Gadjah Wong. Pada umumnya konsep drainase di ketiga sungai tersebut masih mengacu pada konsep drainase konvensional. Konsep tersebut mengartikan drainasi sebagai upaya mengatuskan air secepat-cepatnya ke sungai dan selanjutnya ke hilir. Bahkan drainase konvensional sering diartikan sebagai upaya pengeringan kawasan. Konsep tersebut harus diubah dengan konsep menuju drainasi ramah lingkungan, yaitu upaya mengalirkan air kelebihan di suatu kawasan dengan jalan meresapkan air atau mengalirkan secara alamiah dan bertahap ke sungai. Oleh karena itu perlu penerapan mengatasi banjir dengan konsep: “one river one plan and one integrated management”.

Abstract

Commercial buildings in the city of Yogyakarta is growing rapidly and removing settlements outside the city of Yogyakarta. Some settlements reject commercial buildings, besides there is a plan of Ministry of public housing about the proposed location of settlements in the city of Yogyakarta to serve flats to maintain residential land and provide homes for low-income people. This study aims to explore the needs of the needs of the public space for children, adults, and the elderly. This study uses research methods - explorative search were the findings of the survey location, land use policy along the riverbank, and the use of public spaces in the building. RW 07 Jetis Harjo has become one of the targeted land for flats. Components of flats should enter "public space" that is used for public facilities together, and has designed the research team include: corridors, workshops, parking areas (motorcycles, bicycles, tricycles and  angkringan), banquet facilities, warehouses, open space, post of Code information that comes with this famous hawker centers and entertainment stage, children's playground (out door), where gardening and farming, planting space, business space, drying rooms, creative space including space of music (band). The expectations of the public space of flats can strengthen the social structure of society, by institutional structures and solidarity in society, and understanding the values of a new life in solving the problems of life.Bangunan komersial di Kota Yogyakarta tumbuh dengan pesat dan mendesak permukiman untuk bergeser ke luar ring Kota Yogyakarta. Namun beberapa permukiman menolak dengan tegas alih fungsi lahan tersebut, selain itu terdapat rencana dari Kemenpera tentang usulan lokasi permukiman di Kota Yogyakarta untuk dijadikan Rumah Susun dan/atau Kampung Susun untuk mempertahankan lahan permukiman dan menyediakan rumah tinggal bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi kebutuhan ruang bersama agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan ruang publik untuk anak-anak, dewasa, dan lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian - eksploratif dengan penelusuran temuan-temuan pada hasil survey lokasi, kebijakan pemanfaatan lahan bangunan di bantaran sungai, dan penggunaan ruang-ruang publik dalam bangunan. Wilayah RW 07 Jetis Harjo menjadi salah satu lahan yang dibidik untuk perencanaan kampung susun milik seperti halnya rusunami. Komponen kampung susun harus memasukkan “public space” yang digunakan untuk fasilitas umum bersama, dan sudah dirancang tim peneliti antara lain: selasar/koridor, bengkel kerja, ruang parkir bersama (sepeda motor, sepeda, becak, dan gerobak angkringan), ruang serbaguna, gudang bersama, Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH)/ taman tepian Sungai Code, pos informasi wisata yang dilengkapi dengan angkringan pusat jajanan dan panggung hiburan, tempat bermain anak (out door), tempat berkebun dan beternak, ruang bercocok tanam, ruang usaha, ruang jemur bersama, ruang kreasi termasuk ruang bermusik (band). Harapan dari ruang publik kampung susun dapat memperkuat struktur sosial masyarakat, dengan membangun struktur kelembagaan maupun solidaritas di dalam masyarakat, dan memahamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan baru dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan hidup.

Abstract

Yogyakarta city did not escape from the slums. Some ways of thinking to solve the problem, including the construction of flats, the residents are expected to have a more decent place to live as well as efforts to curb the city. This study aims to analyze the typology of the three flats in the Municipality of Yogyakarta, in order to know the advantages and disadvantages of physical, inconvenience users of flats, which will produce a number of recommendations to guide the planning and design of the new flats.Research carried out by using the Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) in terms of physical control and functional frame.Physical aspects of the typology analysis of control: (1) control the climate, the average flats does not have adequate shading so it can not avoid the rain, (2) the problem of waste and storm sewers are clogged, causing a stench, (3) using tile metal roofing is not sandy so hot during the day for a stay on the top floor, and when the rain came a loud voice from the rain. Analysis of the functional frame (1) the average pattern of the building are single loaded, 2) in the towers have the same type, (3) the height of the floor for the towers Jogoyudan and Juminahan is 3 m, while the towers Cokrodirjan is 2.8 m. Efforts to add new towers to accommodate the people who still live on the banks of the river was still hazardous Code of cold lava.Kota Yogyakarta tidak luput dari  pemukiman kumuh. Rumah-rumah di sekitar bantaran Sungai Code saling berhumpitan. Dari sinilah mulai timbul cara memecahkan masalah tersebut, diantaranya adalah pembangunan rumah susun, yang diharapkan warga mempunyai tempat tinggal yang lebih layak sekaligus sebagai upaya penertiban kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tipologi terhadap tiga rusunawa di Kotamadya Yogyakarta, untuk dapat mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan fisik, ketidaknyamanan pengguna rusunawa, sehingga akan menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi sebagai pedoman perencanaan dan perancangan rumah susun yang baru nantinya. Penelitian dilakukan  dengan kajian Evaluasi Purna Huni (EPH) dari segi physical control dan functional framenya. Analisa tipologi dari aspek Physical control yaitu (1) kontrol terhadap iklim, rata-rata rusunawa tidak memiliki tritisan yang memadai sehingga tampias hujan; (2) masalah sampah dan saluran air kotor yang mampet, menimbulkan bau menyengat; (3) penutup atap menggunakan genteng metal yang tidak berpasir sehingga panas di siang hari untuk yang tinggal di lantai teratas, dan apabila hujan terdengar suara keras dari air hujan. Analisa dari functional frame (1) rata-rata pola bangunan single loaded; (2) dalam satu rusun memiliki besaran unit yang sama; (3) ketinggian lantai untuk rusun Juminahan dan Jogoyudan 3 m, sedangkan rusun Cokrodirjan 2,8 m. Upaya menambah rusun yang baru untuk mewadahi masyarakat yang masih tinggal di tepi sungai Code yang masih rawan bahaya lahar dingin.

Abstract

Yogyakarta City area and agglomeration region bordering Sleman Yogyakarta city in the last three years are rapid-rapid growth occurs commercial buildings such as hotels, apartments, shops, cafes, shopping centers, and others, which urged residential or vacant land. This study uses research methods - exploratory study with literature searches and policies related to land-use commercial buildings along the river; distribution of land use survey of commercial buildings in the piece of Monjali Road - Road Abu Bakar Ali, which intersect with the riverbanks Code, which became part of the rear of the large buildings. The study area is the observed distribution of the growth of commercial buildings around the Code River, which is divided into three zones: the northern zone (Prof. Ir. KRMT Wreksodiningrat bridge - Sardjito bridge) as many 9 points, the middle zone (Sardjito bridge - Amarta bridge) as many 10 points, and southern zone (Amarta bridge - Juminahan bridge) as many 9 points. Further analysis of the typology of changes in the function of open land and settlements into another function that is analyzed in three stages (2003, 2010, 2013), with some sampling. Typology of land use change affect the change in shape of the building blocks into a single block as edges or field block or vice versa. Conclusions and suggestions from the results of this study is the principle of development of the area by land use change should be environmentally and humanism with the existing settlements, because the effect on water conservation issues, hence the need for the legality of the planning and construction of the facility, in order not to damage the environment and has harmony with the character of existing neighborhoods.Daerah Kotamadya Yogyakarta dan Aglomerasi Kabupaten Sleman yang berbatasan dengan Kotamadya Yogyakarta dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun terakhir sedang pesat-pesatnya terjadi pertumbuhan bangunan komersial seperti hotel, apartemen, ruko, kafe, pusat perbelanjaan, dan lain-lain, yang mendesak permukiman dan/ atau lahan kosong. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode penelitian - eksploratif dengan penelusuran studi literatur dan kebijakan terkait dengan  pemanfaatan lahan bangunan komersial di bantaran sungai; survey sebaran pemanfaatan lahan bangunan komersial pada penggal Jalan monjali – Jalan Abu Bakar Ali, yang bersinggungan dengan bantaran sungai Code, yang menjadi bagian belakang bangunan-bangunan besar tersebut.Wilayah penelitian yang diamati adalah sebaran pertumbuhan bangunan komersial di sekitar Sungai Code, yang dibagi menjadi 3 zona: zona utara (jembatan Prof. Ir.KRMT Wreksodiningrat – jembatan Sardjito) 9 titik, zona tengah (jembatan Sardjito – jembatan Amarta) 10 titik, dan zona selatan (jembatan Amarta – jembatan Juminahan) 9 titik. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa tipologi perubahan fungsi lahan terbuka/permukiman menjadi fungsi lain yang dianalisa dalam tiga tahap (2003, 2010, 2013), dengan beberapa sampling pada tiga zona tersebut. Tipologi perubahan fungsi lahan mempengaruhi perubahan bentuk bangunan dari Blok Tunggal menjadi blok sebagai Tepi atau Blok Medan maupun sebaliknya. Kesimpulan dan saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah prinsip pengembangan kawasan dengan perubahan fungsi lahan harus berwawasan lingkungan dan humanis dengan permukiman yang sudah ada, karena berpengaruh pada masalah konservasi air, oleh karena itu perlunya legalitas perencanaan dan pembangunan fasilitas, agar tidak merusak kelestarian lingkungan serta memiliki harmoni dengan karakter lingkungan yang ada.

Abstract

Infrastructure of flats is an important of building, that researchers would analyzed of flats infrastructure existing in the city of Yogyakarta, such as flat of Juminahan, Cokrodirjan and Rogoyudan. This study aims to analyze the infrastructure of three public apartments in Yogyakarta, based on the advantages and disadvantages of physical discomfort and un-safety of public apartment’s users. The analysis resulted some conclusions, such as (1) the material of infrastructure access to the building is adequate, but has dangerous ramp, (2) water infrastructure is adequate, (3) pipe of sewage  is leaking, there are no sewage treatment, (4) Electrical Infrastructure is not good because the location of the electrical panel located on the outside of the building so prone to damage and the electricity network funneled into the building through the shaft and with the cable tray distributed throughout the room, (5) Condition of Fire Protections are much damaged, (6) The symbols of evacuation route path is incomplete, (7) Infrastructure of garbage disposal is not managed properly so that uncomfortable, (8) Lightning rod is adequate. Advantages and disadvantages of such infrastructure of public apartment may effect the users comfort, and this research will be useful for the next infrastructure planning. Kebutuhan Infrastruktur bangunan rumah susun menjadi hal penting. Sebelum merencanakan inovasi infrastruktur rumah susun di Kotamadya Yogyakarta, peneliti menganalisa kondisi eksisting infrastruktur dari tiga rumah susun sewa (rusunawa) di Kota Yogyakarta, yaitu dari karakteristik infrastruktur di Rusunawa Juminahan, Cokrodirjan dan Rogoyudan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa infrastruktur tiga rusunawa di Kotamadya Yogyakarta menurut keunggulan dan kelemahan fisik, ketidaknyamanan dan ketidakamanan pengguna rusunawa. Hasil analisa infrastruktur dari tiga rusunawa tersebut yaitu (1) material akses ke bangunan memadai, dan kemiringan ramp curam, (2) infrastruktur air bersih memadai, (3) infrastruktur air kotor, banyak pipa yang bocor, tidak terdapat pengolaha limbah, (4) Infrastruktur elektrikal tidak memadai karena letak panel listrik terdapat di luar bangunan sehingga rawan dengan kerusakan, (5) Kondisi sistem penanggulangan bahaya kebakaran banyak yang rusak, peralatannya hilang, (6) Jalur evakuasi tidak memadai karena simbol jalur evakuasinya tidak lengkap, (7) Infrastruktur persampahan shaft sampah dan penampungan sampah tidak dikelola dengan baik sehingga sampah berceceran dan menimbulkan bau yang tidak nyaman, (8) Penangkal petir cukup memadai sehingga bangunan aman terhadap petir. Analisa karakteristik tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kenyamanan penghuni rusunawa, dan dapat digunakan pada perencanaan infrastruktur rumah susun yang akan datang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTCode riverbanks are dominated by land for settlements, one of the points being the proposed establishment of rusunami, in Jetisharjo, city of Yogyakarta. Riverbanks at the location are slippery, so have many problems of structure and infrastructure. In the planning of rusunami, it is necessary to consider the location of the communal septic tank. The research use method of quantitative research. The results of soil testing are soil moisture content of 7.788%, density of 2.688, soil shear strength (Ʈ) of 0.870 kg/cm2, internal friction angle of 440, and sandy soil. The results of the shear strength testing of the land that the selected location contain subgrade, so that if it will be used as a communal septictank, it needs to be made a strong enough foundation to avoid degradation and slope failure, the construction of communal septic tanks must be made strong so that they can avoid lift by water pressure.Keywords: soil test, communal septic tank, contoured land ABSTRAKBantaran Sungai Code  didominasi lahannya untuk permukiman, salah satu titiknya menjadi usulan berdirinya rusunami, di RW 07 Kecamatan Jetisharjo, Kota Yogyakarta. Bantaran Sungai di lokasi tersebut sangat curam, sehingga dari segi struktur dan infrastruktur banyak mengalami kendala. Pada perencanaan rusunami nantinya perlu diperhitungkan titik-titik yang menjadi lokasi septic tank komunalnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian tanah sebagai berikut: kadar air tanah sebesar 7, 788%, berat jenis sebesar 2,688, kuat geser tanah (Ʈ) sebesar 0,870 kg/cm2, sudut gesek internalnya  440, dan berjenis tanah pasir. Dari hasil uji gesernya kekuatan tanahnya bahwa lokasi terpilih merupakan bekas tanah urug, sehingga apabila akan dijadikan septictank komunal perlu dibuatkan fondasi yang cukup kuat untuk menghindari  penurunan dan kelongsoran tebing, maka konstruksi septic tank komunal harus dibuat kokoh sehingga dapat terhindar dari up lift oleh tekanan air.Disarankan menggunakan septic tank moderen (fabricated).Kata kunci: uji tanah, septic tank komunal, lahan berkontur

Abstract

By the fast development of society needs, society service facility to accommodate those need is also developing, mixed use building is a building which be able to society activities, with the building façade as the identity of each function within, which present the building image. Façade is front appearance or outside building which reflect the building image with aesthetic element, resulting on the meaning of the mixed use building function. The uneven appearance of the building can cause the low quality of building’s visual character. The research method uses descriptive research methods, which analyze visual character on mixed use building, which include three different function. On those three building characteristic function, unity character on building visual character is taken, so that it can be used as standard design criterion in order to another new building can be built fairly with the existing building which then strengthen the zone identity. The existence of unity on the visual character on those three buildings with entrance, opening, ornament and roof components, and the other character consist of symmetric rhythm, geometry, proportion scale, color and material composition.
