Abstract

Creative economy-based MSMEs in optimizing profit margins in Tompotikka Village, Palopo City, namely by using the first strategy, the price offered greatly influences income because the more affordable the price, the more people will be interested in buying products from an MSME. Second, the strategy that is most widely used is the fifth strategy, namely that products have various variants. The more types of products offered, the more choices and interest there will be in shopping at an MSME. Third, the most widely used strategy is the simplest strategy, namely promotion carried out on the internet media. It cannot be denied that nowadays the use of internet media has a big influence on income because there is a lot of internet use not only among teenagers but also among adults and adults. children. Fourth, the strategy that is widely used is strategy seven, namely the product is sold to the figure exclusively. This strategy allows the public to know the place and not need to look for where to buy products from MSMEs, just come to the figure, the community can immediately enjoy it. Fifth, the strategy that is widely used is the third strategy, namely the product model following current fashion trends. If a business continues to develop its business by looking at the latest trends, the greater the profits it will be in seeing the needs of society which are always changing at any time and with the times. Sixth, the strategy that is widely used is the sixth strategy, namely that the product is not easily damaged. The stronger the product from an MSME, the greater the consumer's desire to buy because they will think about how to use a product so that it can be used for a long time.

Abstract

Planning and designing aim to design a culture and tourism information center with Modern Architecture Approach, the design limited on several issues there are the architectural issues, particularly spatial, space requirements and appearance of the building, while the method used is the study of literature / literary studies, surveys (form of field observation and data collection of building where has a similar function to the culture and tourism information center) and analyzing the data obtained. The result of the design is the creation of culture and tourism information center in Makassar, South Sulawesi with Modern Architecture approach  with the ability of the building to accommodate the times when the building is nuance and modern look, with a modern form so that this building is more Interesting to prospective visitors.

Abstract

Abstract

Penjualan oleh-oleh khas Makassar memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dan memperkenalkan kekayaan budaya Sulawesi Selatan kepada wisatawan. Namun, proses penjualan yang masih manual seringkali mengakibatkan berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan pencatatan transaksi, sulitnya mengelola stok barang, dan keterbatasan dalam mencapai pelanggan yang lebih luas. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan yang efektif dan efisien bagi toko oleh-oleh khas Makassar. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan basis data, dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara meninjau secara langsung ke lapangan, studi pustaka dan kepustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian black box diterapkan pada sistem informasi penjualan oleh-oleh khas Makassar untuk memastikan bahwa semua fungsi utama sistem bekerja sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini berhasil merancang sebuah sistem informasi penjualan untuk toko oleh-oleh khas Makassar yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses penjualan manual. Dengan menerapkan metodologi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan basis data, dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web, sistem ini mampu mengotomatisasi berbagai proses bisnis
