Abstract

This study analyzes the main factors of employee performance, thereby finding a new model as a reference for Islamic banking practitioners in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to measure the effect of Training and Career Development on Job Satisfaction and its impact on Employee Performance. Quantitative research methods are used to analyze research variables consisting of Training, Career Development, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are the object of research. Research stages are carried out by distributing questionnaires through techniquespurposive sampling was carried out on the population at 7 Islamic banks in the DKI Jakarta area,To determine the object of research, then the questionnaire was distributed using the Google form. The collected questionnaires were then tabulated and processed with Amos 25.0 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Which resulted in training, career development and training having an influence on Job Satisfaction, although training turned out to have no significant effect on job satisfaction and also had an impact on Employee Performance. The results of this study serve as a reference for the directors of Islamic banking in improving employee and banking performance, so that they pay attention to career development and training factors without neglecting job satisfaction factors. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Fenomena loyalitas pelanggan yang semakin menurun menjadi latar belakang pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dalam mempertahankan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 kepada 92 responden yang merupakan pelanggan aktif dari O’Mind Coffee and Eatery. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan merupakan strategi penting dalam menciptakan pelanggan yang puas dan loyal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of participative leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Satu Bintang. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the participative leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact, suggesting that a strong organizational culture can enhance employee productivity and performance. Likewise, the work environment also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance, highlighting the importance of a supportive and comfortable workplace. Simultaneously, the three variables are proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that the company should prioritize strengthening its organizational culture and improving work environment conditions. In addition, leadership approaches should be reevaluated to ensure they align with employee needs and organizational goals. This research is expected to serve as a useful reference for companies seeking effective strategies to enhance employee performance through appropriate managerial practices.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan lahan sempit menjadi salah satu strategi dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan dan peningkatan ekonomi lokal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan penghuni Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Tanah Abang Sawangan (PAMTASA) melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan budidaya sayuran hidroponik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi teknik hidroponik, instalasi peralatan, persemaian, penanaman, pemeliharaan, panen, hingga pemasaran produk. Sistem yang digunakan adalah Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) dengan kapasitas ±6.000 titik tanam pada lahan ±200 m². Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas teknis santri dalam bercocok tanam modern, kemampuan manajemen usaha tani, serta pemasaran digital produk hidroponik. Produk sayur pakcoy yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas bersih, segar, dan bebas pestisida, serta mulai diterima oleh konsumen urban melalui media sosial dan penjualan langsung. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan edukasi yang signifikan serta menjadi model pemberdayaan berkelanjutan bagi panti asuhan di perkotaan.
