Abstract

Setiap keluarga menginginkan kehidupan yang sejahtera yang tercukupi kebutuhan pokoknya,yaitu sandang, pangan dan papan. Namun, pada kenyataannya banyak ibu yang berperan ganda dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga khususnya kebutuhan pangan. Salah satu faktor yang utama adalah pendapatan suami yang rendah memotivasi seorang istri atau ibu rumah tangga untuk bekerja. Kontribusi  ibu  baik yang berstatus ibu rumah tangga, kepala rumah tangga atau anggota rumah tangga sangat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola diversifikasi pangan pokok serta menganalisis kontribusi ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja dalam pencapaian diversifikasi pangan pokok sebagai upaya ketahanan rumah tangga.Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan metode penelitian eksplorasi deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel melalui metode survey dengan pengisian kuisioner melalui Google Form.Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi melalui SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Karakteristik ibu rumah tangga sampel teridenfikasi mayoritas pada usia menjelang non produktif  yaitu diatas 50 tahun dan  memiliki jumlah anggota keluarga antara 4- 6 orang dalam setiap rumah tangga. (2) Pola konsumsi pangan pokok rumah tangga sampel dikategorikan menjadi 3 yaitu B>NB, B<NB dan B=NB dengan hasil paling besar pada kategori B>NB yaitu sebanyak 25 rumah tangga sampel, (3) Hubungan karakteristik ibu rumah tangga terhadap upaya diversifikasi pangan dalam pencapaian ketahanan pangan dari hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan variabel motivasi ibu rumah tangga memiliki tingkat signifikansi yang paling tinggi terhadap upaya diversifikasi pangan sehingga dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi usia ibu rumah tangga

Abstract

One indicator that can describe the general standard of living of society is poverty. Social inequality and poverty are problems faced by some communities. In Bantul Regency, the percentage of poor people from 2019-2021 continues to increase. There are still many rice farming households that have quite large expenses. The amount of this expenditure is due to the number of family members. With the same level of income, a farming family that has a relatively large number of family members is likely to have a lower welfare level than the welfare level of a farming family with a smaller number of family members. This research aims to analyze the level of welfare of rice farming families in Sewon District, Bantul Regency. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive. Based on the research results, it was found that 44.90% were included in the Prosperous Family III Plus, 8.16% were included in the Prosperous Family III, 8.16% were included in the Prosperous Family II, 10.20% were included in the Prosperous Family I, and 28.57% were included Pre-Prosperous Family.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) aspects are one of the important factorsin creating a safe and productive work environment. Awareness of theimportance of K3 is still low among employees of the LDPM GapoktanSidomulyo Unit, which can increase the risk of work accidents and reduceproductivity. In addition, the inadequate availability and use of personalprotective equipment (PPE) increases vulnerability to work-related accidentsand diseases. This program aims to provide knowledge about K3, provideknowledge on how to identify potential hazards in the workplace and takesteps to prevent work accidents. This service is carried out through threepreparation stages, namely, implementation of K3 socialization, as well asevaluation and follow-up. The result of this service was that the K3 outreachactivities carried out by the UST service team succeeded in increasing theunderstanding of employees at the LDPM Gapoktan Sidomulyo Unit. Thisincrease has a positive impact on employee performance, by creating a safer,more productive and efficient work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, wages and work discipline on employee performance at PT X. The basic research method is to use quantitative research with the sampling technique using purposive proportional random sampling. The total population of 202 employees with a sample size of 135 employees consisting of permanent, apprentice and contract employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a significant effect partially on the variables of wages and work discipline on employee performance at PT X, while leadership style has no partial effect on employee performance at PT X. Based on the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), it shows that simultaneously or jointly the independent variables (leadership style, wages and work discipline) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). PT X needs to improve or evaluate the leadership style that is applied so that it can improve employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Leadership Style, Employee Performance, Wages
