Abstract

This research aims to find out:  (1) is there any difference between the learning outcomes of students who were given the treatment model of Probing Prompting with Discovery Learning. (2) is there any difference between the learning outcomes of students who have an interest to learn high, medium and low. (3) is there any difference between the learning outcomes of students who were given the treatment modelsof Probing Prompting and Discovery Learning teach level of interest in learning. (4) is there any difference between the learning outcomes of students who have an interest to learn high, medium and lowon each model of learning. The sample of research consisted of 75 students: 37 in the first experiment class, and 38 in the second experiment class. The result of research showed that : (1) the Discovery Learning model outcomes learning better than the Probing Prompting model did. (2) The students with high interest in learning had learning outcome better than those with moderate interest in learning  did, the students with high interest in learning had learning outcomme better than those with low interest in learning did, and the  students with moderate interest in learning had learning outcome better than those with low interest in learning did. (3) the students with high, moderate and low interest in learning on Discovery Learning model had learning outcome better than the Probing Prompting model did. (4) on the Discovery Learning and Probing Prompting model, The students with high interest in learning had learning outcome better than those with moderate and low interest in learning  did, and the  students with moderate interest in learning had learning outcome better than those with low interest in learning did. Keywords: ProbingPrompting, Discovery Learning, interest in learning mathematics, Mathematics learning outcome.

Abstract

Consumer involvement is an important factor in shaping consumer behavior, such as purchase intention, satisfaction, and loyalty. However, scholars have not explored its impact on e-commerce. This study aims to investigate the impact of consumer involvement, which consists of opinion-seeking, product variety, and product involvement, on perceived quality and e-commerce behavior. A quantitative research design uses 300 respondents from Oclo Official consumers in Semarang City. Data analysis using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.0.9. The findings revealed that opining-seeking, product variety, and involvement have a positive effect on perceived quality. Other findings demonstrated that perceived quality has a positive effect on e-commerce behavior. Finally, the result concluded that perceived quality can mediate relationship factors in e-commerce behavior. The implication of this study offers new insights into the importance of consumer involvement in e-commerce. The most important implication is that e-commerce businesses must enhance perceived product quality, as it directly influences customer behavior, such as purchase intention, satisfaction, and loyalty. Companies can strengthen long-term relationships with consumers by offering a wider variety of products and maintaining high quality.

Abstract

Cajuput oil is an essential oil of high economic value and is widely used in the pharmaceutical and health industries. However, national production remains suboptimal, partly due to the low 1,8-cineole content. This study aims to compare improvements in cajuput oil quality achieved through laboratory-scale and pilot-scale redistillation processes. Redistillation was applied to cajuput oil obtained from the initial distillation, using young leaves, mature leaves, and mixed leaves as raw materials. The evaluation included organoleptic characteristics, refractive index, and 1,8-cineole content determined by GC–MS analysis. The results indicate that the highest 1,8-cineole content was achieved by redistilling young leaves, reaching 83.84%, and all distillates complied with the quality standards specified in SNI 3954:2014. The re-distillation process was proven to enhance color clarity, aroma, and chemical quality of cajuput oil. Therefore, redistillation shows strong potential for application at the production scale to support the development of high-quality cajuput oil using green technology.
