Abstract

The main problem is the decreased level of fitness and concentration. The reason is technological advances so that a person does not need the energy to carry out his activities and can be recorded and stored in an online database. The author provides a community service solution with low-impact aerobic dance to increase cardiovascular endurance and concentration in 36 female students aged 18-20 years. The pretest at the first meeting, low-impact aerobic dance material is 30 minutes long, 3 times per week is carried out for 6 weeks, and ends with a posttest. The pretest and posttests used the Multi-Stage 20m Shuttle Run Fitness Test for cardiovascular endurance and the Grid Concentration Test for concentration. There was an average increase in cardiovascular endurance of 3.34 and concentration of 2.11. This dedication is necessary for increasing cardiovascular endurance and concentration so that daily activities do not experience fatigue and still have energy reserves to carry out other activities and be more focused.

Abstract

The main problem is that service is only considered as the beginning of a match. When in fact service is a very important thing in a match, because service is a fast way to get points. One important part of the tennis serve is the skill of coiling or body rotation. The purpose of this service is to provide coiling exercises that are analyzed kinovea application. This service is carried out for 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 times per week. At the beginning and at the end of the meeting the partners' coiling skills were analyzed using the kinovea app. Partners are 30 South Sulawesi novice tennis athletes aged 14-16 years. The result of this dedication was an average increase in coiling skills of 1,267. So this service is necessary in improving coiling skills in order to be able to score points quickly in a match of tennis.

Abstract

This research to determine how the effect of glucose and sucrose on cardiovascular endurance and PEFR values and whether there is a difference in the effect of glucose and sucrose on cardio and PEFR endurance in the two groups of FIK UNM athletes. This type of research is a multigroup pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were 35 members of the FIK UNM futsal club, and the sample was 30 FIK UNM futsal athletes divided into 2 groups of 15 samples each, through a purposive random sampling technique. The results of this study showed that the mean VO2max in the group given sucrose before the test was 34.3 ml / kg / minute increasing in the post test by 39.4 ml / kg / minute while the mean VO2max in the group given glucose before the test was 35.8 ml / kg / minute decreasing in the post test it became 34.7 ml / kg / min, while the average PEFR in the group given sucrose before the test was 364 L / s increased in the post test by 416 L / s, while the average PEFR in the group given glucose before the test was 342 L / s sec also increased at the post test by 355.33 L / sec.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di laksanakan dalam bentuk pengenalan dan pengetahuan tentang Latihan sepakbola pemain club Jawa Baru Sinjai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk Menginformasikan kepada pemain Club Jawa Baru Sinjai tentang latihan bagi pemain club Jawa Baru Sinjai, untuk menilai motivasi dan respon pemain Club Jawa Baru Sinjai sepanjang latihan, untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi pemain Club Jawa Baru Sinjai dalam pemahaman latihan. Kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi atas dua kegiatan yaitu kegiatan penjelasan secara teori dilakukan selama satu hari yaitu menjelaskan tentang jenis Latihan dalam sepakbola dan Untuk mengetahui jenis latihan sepak bola kegiatan praktek dan pelaksanaan dilakukan selama 6 hari. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa Peserta dapat mempelajari informasi tentang berbagai metode latihan sepak bola dengan sungguh-sungguh dan dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik. dapat memberikan informasi yang cukup kepada peserta tentang langkah-langkah mulai dari persiapan hingga proses pelatihan yang akan digunakan. Meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap judul, menit, pemain, dan tujuan setiap jenis latihan di Club Jawa Baru Sinjai. dapat memperdalam pemahaman peserta terhadap materi pelatihan .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot tungkai dengan kemampuan passing atas pada permainan bola voli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan pengukuran. Populasi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 22 Gowa, dengan sampel berjumlah 60 orang dengan sistem random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan kemampuan passing atas pada permainan bola voli terbukti r₀ = 0,612 (P< α0,05), (2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dengan kemampuan passing atas pada permainan bola voli terbukti r₀ = 0,682 (P< α0,05), (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot tungkai dengan kemampuan passing atas pada permainan bola voli terbukti r₀ = 0,875 (P< α0,05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regular exercise with the speed play method in increasing cardiorespiratory capacity and blood hematocrit levels in Pinisi basketball athletes. The research method used was the one-group pre-posttest design experiment. The instruments used in this study were the Multistage Test (MFT) for cardiorespiratory and hct meter to measure blood hematocrit levels. The results of this study found that the percentage of blood hematocrit after the intervention of the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes was 44.94% higher than the average hematocrit level before being given the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes, which was 41.64%. There was a change with an average value of 3.3% in per 100 mg of blood, meanwhile the average cardiorespiratory capacity after the implementation of the speed play training program in Pinisi basketball athletes was 43.49 ml/kg/minute, which means an increase from the average capacity cardiorespiratory training before being given speed play training in phinisi basketball athletes of 40.95 ml/kg/minute experienced an average change of 2.54 ml/kg/minute.

Abstract

The results of this research show a correlation between leg explosive power and the skill of kicking the ball into the goal of Club Matahari Fc Gowa with an r value of 0.698. And the correlation between balance and the skill of kicking the ball into the goal of Club Matahari Fc Gowa. The r value is 0.668 and the correlation between leg explosive power and balance on the skill of kicking the ball into the goal of Club Matahari Fc Gowa. The R value is 0.803

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel bebas yaitu daya ledak tungkai, kelentukan pergelangan tangan dan koordinasi mata-tangan dengan satu variabel terikat hasil lay up shoot dalam permainan bola basket pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMPN 7 Makassar. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang siswa, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi dan regresi sederhana dan ganda dengan program bantuan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: 1. Ada keterkaitan yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai dengan hasil lay up shoot permainan bola basket pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMPN 7 Makassar, terbukti signifikan dengan nilai Rsquare=0,267 (P<0.05), 2. Ada keterkaitan yang signifikan kelentukan pergelangan tangan dengan hasil lay up shoot permainan bola basket pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMPN 7 Makassar, terbukti signifikan dengan nilai Rsquare=0,266 (P<0.05), 3. Ada keterkaitan yang signifikan koordinasi mata-tangan dengan hasil lay up shoot permainan bola basket pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMPN 7 Makassar, terbukti signifikan dengan nilai Rsquare=0,341 (P<0.05), dan 4. Ada keterkaitan antara daya ledak tungkai, kelentukan pergelangan tangan dan koordinasi mata-tangan secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan luy-up shoot dalam permainan bola basket pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMPN 7 Makassar, terbukti signifikan dengan nilai Rsquare=0,596 (P<005).

Abstract

Dehydration occurs when a person experiences a lack of fluids, or when more fluids are lost than are taken in. The effects of dehydration can vary depending on the level, from fatigue, decreased muscle strength and endurance, to decreased overall performance, and can even lead to death. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the euhydration strategy developed by the American Dietic Association on the hydration status of futsal athletes. This study used an experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 20 Sport Science futsal athletes. The sampling technique used the Total Sampling technique where all populations would be samples. Hydration status was obtained by taking urine samples. Urine samples were collected from athletes before and after the match simulation using a special transparent urine container. The color of the urine was then compared with the PURI (Self Urine Check) urine color index/graph. Dehydration if the urine color scale is on a scale of 4-8 and not dehydrated/hydrated/euhydrated if the urine color scale is on a scale of 1-3. While the treatment was in the form of a euhydration strategy developed by the American Dietic Association. The results of the study showed a significant effect of the application of euhydration strategy on the hydration status of futsal athletes, with a p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). Of the 20 research samples, there were 2 respondents who had euhydration status both before and after the implementation of the euhydration protocol and no respondents (zero) who experienced dehydration before the implementation of the euhydration protocol but remained dehydrated after the implementation of the euhydration protocol. then 15 respondents who had dehydration status before the implementation of euhydration but after the implementation of the euhydration protocol had euhydration status and there were 3 respondents who remained dehydrated both before and after the implementation of the euhydration protocol.

Abstract

The tennis serve is a critical aspect of gameplay, requiring both technical skill and physical fitness. This study investigates the impact of three physical components arm power, hand-eye coordination, and leg muscle strength on the performance of tennis serves. Using a correlational research design, data were collected from 20 beginner tennis players aged 16–18 years in Makassar Arm power was measured through a medicine ball throw test, hand-eye coordination via the hand wall toss test, and leg muscle strength using a leg dynamometer. The Hewitt Tennis Achievement Test was employed to evaluate serve accuracy and consistency. The findings reveal that all three physical components significantly influence service performance (p < 0.05). Arm power enhances ball speed, hand-eye coordination improves serve accuracy, and leg muscle strength supports stability and energy transfer during the serve motion. Combined, these factors explain a significant proportion of variance in service effectiveness. This study emphasizes the need for comprehensive training programs focusing on these physical attributes to improve serve performance among beginner tennis players. These results provide actionable insights for coaches and athletes aiming to optimize serve efficiency, highlighting the interplay between strength, coordination, and stability as foundational elements of successful tennis serve.
