Abstract

Analisis pengembangan ruang lingkup prioritas pembiayaan merupakan perihal penting. Penentuan yang relevan akan berimplikasi terhadap peningkatan layanan, karenanya hal ini membutuhkan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi para pekerjanya. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui survei, diskusi, FGD, studi literatur, scheduling, dan peran partisipatif. Pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research) digunakan, dengan diawali diagnosa pemetakan persoalan, action plan, tindakan transformatif, pengamatan dan evaluasi, dan menyusun teori sebagai refleksi. Hasil pengabdian kepada Masyarakat terdiri atas pemberian materi dan praktek menganaisis pengembangan ruang lingkup prioritas pembiayaan dan pendampingan secara terencana guna me-monitoring dan mengevaluasi praktek-praktek yang perlu diperbaiki. Kegiatan diawali dengan survei lapangan dan identifikasi masalah, FGD, penyusunan materi sesuai kebutuhan personalia, penyusunan jadwal, serta penyaji materi, dan pelaksanaannya. Program pendampingan ini perlu diwujudkan dengan konsep win-win solution dengan cara melakukan kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi, yang bisa diagendakan minimal setiap tahun, sehingga menjadi bagian dari proses peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana strategi mendirikan minimarket dengan modal terbatas yang mana problematika ini selalu menjadi alasan utama bagi para pengusaha terumata, terutama pengusaha pemula. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan 3 teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri atas interview, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan ditentukan dengan purposive sampling namun tetap mempertimbangkan rekomendasi-rekomendasi prioritas (Snowball sampling). Sedangkan alisis data menggunakan model Mile dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, display data, reduksi data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan yang dikuatkan dengan trianggulasi dan perpanjangan waktu sesuai kebutuhan otentisitas data. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi pendirian minimarket dengan modal terbatas antara lain implementasi sikap optimisme dan niat karena Allah SWT oleh pendiri, pemanfaat sistem kasir gratis untuk layanan transaksi dan pemberian bonus bagi konsumen, pemanfaatan aplikasi gratis dalam promosi barang dagangan, pemasangan laman bisnis di Google sebagai space utama Yumaya Mart, pengetahuan dan pengalaman perintis yang memadai dalam mengelola Minimarket, keterlibatan perintis Yumaya Mart dalam kelompok forum usaha, dan pelibatan masyarakat dalam pemenuhan barang dengan sistem konsinyasi

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of school culture in supporting the improvement of students' religious character building in pesantren-based schools and identify the strategies and elements of school culture. Based schools, as well as identifying the most effective strategies and elements of school culture in integrating academic achievement with most effective in integrating academic achievement with Islamic values. The approach used is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants comprised principals, teachers, students, and other related parties involved in implementing school culture and the implementation of school culture. Data analysis was conducted by using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Results The results showed that the three primary forms of school culture that proved effective in shaping students' religious character are the recitation of the Qur'an before teaching and learning activities, yellow book studies, and mujahadah and prayer together. Together. These three activities are routinely structured and sustainably to form a religious habitus. Continuously forming a religious habitus in students' daily lives. Students' daily lives. This finding provides a strategic contribution for pesantren-based schools in strengthening character education based schools in strengthening character education while supporting academic achievement that is aligned with Islamic values

Abstract

This research focuses on the modernization of madrasas through optimizing communication to build a positive image of educational institutions. This study was carried out at MA Miftahul Ulum Besuki, using a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students, and documentation. Data analysis follows the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification, using content analysis and interpretation methods to explore the relationship between communication practices and institutional image.The research results show that strategic communication implemented through digital media and direct interaction can increase transparency, share student and alums success stories, and convey superior madrasa programs effectively. This has a positive impact on public perception of madrasas. However, challenges were also found in the consistent delivery of information and use of technology by all stakeholders.The implication of this research is the importance of integrated communication planning as part of the madrasah modernization strategy to ensure that the community can receive the educational values and innovations that are  well.
