Abstract

This study examines the typology of the work ethic of the people on the North Coast (PANTURA) of Java Island and the correlation between work ethic typology and economic conditions. The research uses qualitative and quantitative methods to focus on communities in Indramayu, Cirebon City, and Cirebon Regency. Results show that 86% of respondents follow the Qadariyah Theological Doctrine, 6.6% adhere to the Jabariyah Doctrine, and another 6.6% have a combined Qadariyah-Jabariyah typology. 86% of workers in the private sector align with Qadariyah, while all civil servants follow Qadariyah. A significant correlation exists between work ethic typology and income: Qadariyah adherents generally have higher monthly incomes than those following Jabariyah or combined typologies. Respondents with Jabariyah and combined typologies typically earn less than 5 million monthly rupiah. Among the 26 respondents with a Qadariyah work ethic, 14 earn more than 5 million rupiah monthly. The study concludes that theological doctrines significantly influence work ethic and economic conditions in Java's coastal areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the role of the independent learning curriculum on the formation of the religious character of  MTs students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data source in this study is words and actions obtained from informants involved in the investigation. Furthermore, documents or other written sources are additional data. As for data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze data obtained using continuous observation techniques, data triangulation, data checking, peer discussion and reference adequacy. The results of research findings, data analysis, and discussions that have been carried out can be concluded. The independent learning curriculum can shape students' character in a better direction. This can be seen in the religious feeling of students at MTS,  namely the nature of the discipline, respect for teachers, confidence, seriousness, and Islam during the learning process. However, the independent learning curriculum has various obstacles, such as less creative teachers who do not master the independent learning curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of education policy implementation models in Indonesia in response to global disruption and the domestic learning crisis. The main focus of the study includes the dynamics of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, the Zoning System for New Student Admissions (PPDB), and the digitalization of education. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, analyzing policy documents, international agency reports, and related scientific literature for the 2019-2024 period. The results show a paradigm shift from a top-down model to a hybrid model that combines national standards with the autonomy of educational units. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum has begun to encourage the implementation of the Deep Learning approach, but is still hampered by teacher capacity constraints and permit inertia. Meanwhile, the Zoning policy, although effective in increasing student heterogeneity, still faces challenges of cultural resistance and infrastructure disparities. This study concludes that the success of educational transformation is highly dependent on strategies to close the implementation gap through the development of diverse capacities and adaptive instructional leadership. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi model implementasi kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia dalam merespons disrupsi global dan krisis pembelajaran domestik. Fokus utama kajian meliputi dinamika implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, Sistem Zonasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB), dan digitalisasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research), menganalisis dokumen kebijakan, laporan lembaga internasional, dan literatur ilmiah terkait periode 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pergeseran paradigma dari model Top-Down menuju model Hybrid yang mengombinasikan standar nasional dengan otonomi satuan pendidikan. Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka mulai mendorong adopsi pendekatan Deep Learning, namun masih terkendala oleh kesenjangan kapasitas guru dan inersia birokrasi. Sementara itu, kebijakan Zonasi, meskipun efektif meningkatkan heterogenitas siswa, masih menghadapi tantangan resistensi kultural dan disparitas infrastruktur. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi pendidikan sangat bergantung pada strategi penutupan jurang implementasi (policy implementation gap) melalui differentiated capacity building dan kepemimpinan instruksional yang adaptif.

Abstract

Early inculcation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a primary pillar of public health; however, Wudhu (ablution) is often viewed merely as a spiritual ritual, overlooking its substantial hygiene benefits. This study aims to analyze the role of wudu as a systematic health education instrument. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a library research approach, integrating fiqh literature, educational theory, and clinical medical evidence. The results indicate that wudu meets clinical personal hygiene standards through a mechanism of habitualization. Medically, wudu stages are proven effective for pathogen decontamination; hand washing disrupts the fecal-oral transmission of Escherichia coli and Salmonella bacteria, while istinsyaq functions as nasal irrigation that reduces Staphylococcus aureus colonization and enhances mucociliary clearance in the nasopharynx. In conclusion, reconstructing the understanding of wudu from a mere ritual into a preventative sanitation procedure can accelerate the internalization of PHBS values in educational and community settings.
