Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Bertransaksi Masyarakat Non Muslim Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya berupa produk dan promosi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa variabel dependent yaitu produk(X1), promosi (X2) dan variabel independent yaitu minat nasabah non muslim(Y).  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang memaparkan pengaruh variabel yang mempengaruhi keadaan tanpa memanipulasi variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BSI KCP Pati. Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat nasabah non muslim di BSI KCP Pati. Promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat nasabah non muslim di BSI KCP Pati. Produk dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah non muslim di BSI KCP Pati.

Abstract

Higher education is a forum for producing scientific innovations through the results of its research. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature studies, with sources from various books, articles, websites and other sources. The results of this research are: Understanding qualitative research methodology in higher education must be carried out comprehensively, understanding the meaning and techniques in carrying out research. Qualitative research methods in higher education include 1). The type of approach used by researchers, 2). Source -Data source, 3). Instruments and data collection, 4). Qualitative data analysis, 5). Data validity checking techniques. So that recommendations from the results of this research can be used for scientific research and development, educational innovation in universities and others, writing scientific articles and scientific and technological validation in general.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Human Resources (HR) development in improving organizational performance amid the challenges of globalization and technological changes. As the dynamics of the labor market evolve, companies are required to adapt to current trends, including the adoption of new technologies, flexible work policies, and the development of global leadership. The results of the study show that companies that successfully adjust to these factors are able to significantly improve employee productivity and satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture and international regulations also play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and innovative work environment. A holistic and adaptive approach, integrating both local and global aspects, has proven to be key to successful HR management. These findings are expected to provide insights for HR practitioners in designing relevant policies to achieve the organization's long-term objectives. This research also contributes to the development of HR management theory by emphasizing the importance of synergy between technology, policies, and cultural management in addressing global challenges.
