Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan implementasi profesionalisme guru madrasah dalam pengembangan mutu peserta didik. Menggunakan penelitian studi kasus dengan informan guru madrasah. Wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa profesionalisme guru dalam mengembangkan mutu perta didik dalam pembelajaran di madrasah dengan memperkuat persiapan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran dan tindak lanjut. Pengembangan bahan ajar, media pembalajaran berbasis teknologi informasi, metode pembelajaran bervariasi dan evaluasi yang berkesinambungan. Kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, sosial, dan kompetensi kepemimpinan dimaksimalkan dalam mengembangkan mutu peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mutu peserta didik dikembangkan oleh profesioanalisasi guru madrasah melalui pembelajaran berkualitas, mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala dan berupaya mengembangkan mutu peserta didik dalam manajemen madrasah, guru, siswa, orangtua, dan sistem informasi. Temuan penelitian berimplikasi pada pengembangan mutu peserta didik dalam pembelajaran madrasah. Penelitian ke depan direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan penelitian eksperimen untuk mengukur secara akurat profesionalisme guru madrasah dalam mengembangkan mutu peserta didik dalam pembelajaran di madrasah.

Abstract

An important role in academic supervision at MA Al Muhmmad Cepu is an effort to improve the quality of education at madrasas, researchers use exploratory case study research methods, through observation, interviews, and document studies on the implementation of supervision at MA Al Muhammad Cepu, the data is analyzed descriptively. The results of the study are; 1. In carrying out supervision, the madrasah principal makes plans, schedules, and instruments, and implements the principles of supervision. 2. The implementation of educational supervision in improving the quality of education at MA Al Muhammad Cepu encounters various problems the kinds of problems include Human Resource Problems, Funding Problems, Facilities and Infrastructure, and the Commitment Problem of the Ministry of Religion

Abstract

The results of education are not only cognitively centered but are emphasized on everyday moral behavior, which reflects on spiritual intellectual intelligence. This study aims to describe and analyze the planning and implementation of the integration of Islamic spiritual emotional and intellectual education in vocational high schools. The results of this study: Integration of Spiritual, Emotional, and Intellectual Education Curriculum at Nahdlatul Ulama Al Barokah Babat Vocational High School begins with curriculum integration planning in five stages, namely concept formulation, curriculum formulation at the education unit level by adding Arabic and NU subjects, preparation of academic and non-academic programs. The process of implementing curriculum integration through intra-curricular activities containing Arabic and Nuanism subjects, religious extracurricular activities, and habituation activities. The education curriculum integration model is a multidisciplinary model and a transdisciplinary model.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the planning and implementation of learning activities in improving the reading quality of the yellow book at the Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan Islamic boarding school and to analyze the pedagogic competence of teachers in the yellow book learning activities at the Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan Islamic boarding school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using a type of research, namely a case study. Data collection techniques were carried out using unstructured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This article produces: (1) planning of learning activities in improving the quality of reading the yellow book at the Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan Islamic boarding school is carried out by preparing books according to the specified curriculum and the process of learning activities is guided by the book being taught with the main target being able to memorize and understand the meaning in it so that they are able to practice it in their lives. (2) Teacher pedagogic competence in learning the yellow book at Pondok Pesantren Al-Fattah 3 Siman Sekaran Lamongan is included in the good category because almost all of it is implemented.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the leadership of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas Bontang in improving the professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers. It uses a descriptive qualitative approach, and data collection techniques are conducted with in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that planning is carried out by collecting ideas through the initial meeting of the year, forming a curriculum development team, obtaining curriculum documents, and determining an assessment program as the basis for implementing evaluations. Furthermore, management implementation through tahfidz learning in local content should be performed every morning for all students with a predetermined schedule. Evaluation through the memorization system positively impacts teachers to form a learning community, and the results of the tahfidz assessment are combined with all groups of Islamic religious subjects.

Abstract

Scandium is classified as a rare earth element. Its existences are geochemically in small amounts as associate minerals. Consequently, scandium production is minimally from processing residues of major minerals. Indonesia has large bauxite deposits, and it is processed into alumina, producing bauxite residue as a by-product. The bauxite residue contains rare earth metals, including scandium. In this study, various ways of extracting scandium from bauxite residue slag were carried out. The bauxite residue beneficiation process was done through a smelting reduction process followed by magnetic separation. Scandium extractions were carried out from the bauxite residue slag through a leaching process with concentrated sulfuric, sulfation, alkali fusion, and a 2-stage acid leaching. The best percentage of scandium extracted was obtained at 88.40%, using the 2-stage acid leaching at the acid concentration of 500 g/kg, the temperature of 90oC, and the leaching time at 3 hours for each leaching stage. In addition, the best neodymium extracted achieved  76,97%, using the alkali fusion, fused in NaOH at 700oC for 3 hours.

Abstract

It is realized that the morals / the character owned by humans can be changed. The character can be good or bad, the educational process influences it, and the interaction of the social, cultural, educational, and natural environments. In the era of digitalization, education has a vital role in bringing changes in people's lives; there are positive and negative influences, negative impacts, and a decrease in the more behavior of effective educational learners. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data sources are the caretaker of Langitan boarding school, the caretaker of the boarding school, and the asatidz of the boarding school. Data collection techniques use participatory observations, structured interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis uses data collection, condensation, presentation of data, and conclusion withdrawal. Implementing the cultivation of santri characters in Pesantren Langitan is as follows: (1). Regius Character Planting Planning through the Study of Kitab Talim Al Mutaalim at Pondok Pesantren Langitan Tuban includes selecting science, teacher selection criteria, choosing friends, and selecting teachers and how to choose knowledge. (2) Implementation of regius character cultivation through the learning of talim al mutaalim in Pesantren Langitan Tuban through the classical system (madrasah), extra-curricular and non-classical (3) Evaluation of regius character cultivation through learning Talim Al Mutaalim book at Pondok Pesantren Langitan Tuban through daily evaluation, semester evaluation, and year-end evaluation.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has a positive impact on the world of education. Various types of learning media, such as computers and internet networks, are the key to implementing e-learning learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of e-learning-based learning. The results of the research are 1. Planning for PAI learning management based on e-learning at Billfath University Lamongan through creating student and lecturer accounts teachers designing PAI learning based on E-Learning by preparing Semester Implementation Plans (RPS), developing learning materials.2. Implementing E-Learning-Based PAI Learning activities at Billfath University Lamongan include registration of E-Learning accounts for lecturers and students, E-Learning learning process 3. Controlling E-Learning-based PAI learning at Billfath University Lamongan through formative, summative, and formative evaluations, the lecturer gave the task to the students to conclude the material on the methodology of Islamic Religious Education by using an oral test. At the same time, the summative evaluation is carried out at the end of the semester, namely the mid-semester examination (UTS) and the final semester examination (UAS). Controlling E-Learning-based PAI learning at Billfath University Lamongan through an evaluation of the formative method. The lecturer assigns students a task to conclude the methodology of Islamic Religious Education by using an oral test.

Abstract

Dalam berdakwah kita harus mengetahui metode, yang tepat pada masyarakat heterogen dalam menyampaikan nasihat. Lagu merupakan salah satu media komunikasi, lagu merupakan sebuah media untuk yang dapat menyampaikan sesuatu pesan, diantaranya pesan dakwah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pesan dakwah akidah, pesan dakwah akhlak yang terkandung dalam lagu Bismillah Cinta karya Pasha Ungu, pesan dakwah syariah yang terkandung dalam lagu Bismillah Cinta karya Pasha Ungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (Library Research), yaitu dengan menekankan analisisnya pada proses penyimpulan komparasi serta pada analisis terhadap dinamika hubungan fenomena yang diamati dengan menggunakan logika ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pesan akidah pada lagu Bismillah Cinta karya Pasha Ungu terdapat pada 5 bait yaitu pada bait 2, 4, 7 dan 9. Pesan akhlak pada lagu Bismillah Cinta karya Pasha Ungu terdapat pada 3 bait yaitu: pada bait 3, 5, 6 dan 8. Pesan syariah pada lagu Bismillah Cinta karya Pasha Ungu terdapat pada pada bait 1.

Abstract

Focus of this primary study is to investigate how efficient horizontal-axis wind turbines (HAWT) and vertical-axis wind turbines (VAWT) are in preserving floating net cages. The expansion of the aquaculture sector, which is increasingly dependent on advanced technologies like monitoring and data processing systems in open waters, need a reliable energy source. The investigation was carried out by manipulating wind speed, battery charging duration, and electrical load for both types of wind turbines in simulated field circumstances. Based on the test results, HAWT outperforms VAWT in generating a greater battery voltage and achieving a more consistent charging period at the same wind speed. The smallest voltage rise in HAWT is 2.2 m/s with a 5-minute 0% charging time and the maximum is 1.2 m/s with a 15-minute 38.1% charging time. While the VAWT demonstrates better stability under specific load conditions, the HAWT can generate substantial power throughout a wide range of wind speeds. This renders HAWT more appropriate for utilization in dynamic maritime applications, such as floating net cages.
