Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan pemerintah Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat sudah ekonomis, efisiensi dan efektivitas bedasarkan konsep volue for money. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersumber dari kator desa pemerintahan Sungai Bengkal Barat Kecamatan Tebo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan microsoft excel dan rumus value for money. Hasil dalam penelitian yang di lakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan (1) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi ekonomi ditahun 2018, 2019 dan 2021 berada pada kategori ekonomis, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategori kan tidak ekonomis, (2) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efesiensi tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efisiensi, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategorikan tidak efesiensi, (3) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efektivitas ditahun 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efektif, sedangkan ditahun 2018 dan 2021 di kategorikan tidak efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyusunan laporan keuangan pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) berbasis standar akuntansi keuangan entitas mikro kcil dan menengah (SAK EMKM) pada Toko Alka Bakery. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penyusunan laporan keuangan Alka Bakery, bagaimana penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan SAK EMKM dan kendala apa yang dihadapi Toko Alka Bakery untuk menyusun laporan keuangannya Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan Penelitian: Dalam memperoleh data peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik Toko Alka Bakery dan dokumentasi terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan Toko Alka Bakery. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan yang disusun oleh Toko Alka Bakery hanya mencatat uang masuk dan uang keluar berdasarkan nota pembelian dan melalui ingatan, dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan  yang disusun oleh peneliti berbasis SAK EMKM terdiri dari laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi, dan catatan atas alaporan keuangan. Dan kendala Toko Alka Bakery dalam menyusun laporan keuangannya adalah karena belum mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM Implikasi Hasil Penelitian: Laporan posisi keuangan dengan jumlah aset Rp. 70.279.625, liabilitas dan ekuitas Rp. 153.484.625, laporan laba rugi dengan jumlah laba Rp. 49.982.125 dan catatan atas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Bagaimana manajemen keuangan pada pondok pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid Desa Sumbersari Kecamatan Tungkal Jaya Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan . Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah fokus dari jenis penelitian ini. Data primer dan sekunder merupakan sumber data yang digunakan. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selama langkah analisis data, yang meliputi mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Sistem pengelolaan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid dilakukan melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasisan, pelaksanaan, pegawasan dan evaluasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid. Merujuk pada laporan keuangan ( anggaran pendapatan dan belanja ) Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid tahun 2022 di kelompokan diantaranya iuran bulanan santri (SPP), pemasukan aset pondok, sumbangan, dan pemerintah. Untuk pengeluaran atau penggunaan dana Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid sudah di atur dalam rapat tahunan yang diadakan setiap tahunnya oleh tim khusus guna melancarkan agenda tersebut dana dana tersebut dialokasikan sesuai dengan anggaran dan divisi yang sudah ada mulai dari Bidang konsumsi (makan santri), Alokasi Pendidikan, Alokasi Pembangunan Dan Perlengkapan, Alokasi Keuangan, Alokasi Keasramaan, Alokasi Dewan Guru, Alokasi Keamanan.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled The Influence of Capital and Location on Traders' Income in the Tac Traditional Market, Jambi City. This research aims to determine the influence of capital and location simultaneously and partially on the income of TAC traditional market traders. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, where in collecting data researchers use observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation methods. The number of samples in this study was 35 traders, and the total quota sampling technique was used, as a technique to determine samples from the population that have certain characteristics to the desired number (quota). The research results show that capital and location have a significant positive effect on income. The results of the T test on capital value tcount > ttable, namely 3.148 > 2.035, which means Ha is accepted, meaning capital has a significant effect on trader income. The T test at the location has a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.087 > 2.035, which means that Ha is accepted, meaning that location has a significant effect on the trader's income. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that the value of fcount > ftable is 21.630 > 3.28. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted, which means that the capital and location variables together or simultaneously influence the trader's income. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value obtained was 0.575, indicating that 57.5% of the trader's income variable could be explained by the two independent variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 42.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valid and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine the strategy for developing the Tempe Ummi business at the Angso Duo Market, Jambi City and to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Tempe Ummi business at the Angso Duo Market, Jambi City. The research method used is SWOT analysis. The results obtained from this study are the business development strategy applied to Tempe Ummi which includes 4P, namely in terms of products that have been processed using modern machines. In terms of price, Tempe Ummi sells its products at stable and cheaper prices than competitors. Meanwhile, in terms of location, Tempe Ummi's business location is strategic because it is in the Angso Duo Market, Jambi City, which makes the opportunity to develop a business very large. In terms of promotion, Tempe Ummi only promotes its products by word of mouth. Tempe Ummi is also developing a business from its sales system, there are supporting products that Tempe Ummi takes on the market from market agents. The strengths of Tempe Ummi are products that are processed using modern machines, affordable prices, strategic locations, supporting products, and prioritizing product quality to maintain consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, the weakness is that there is no special logo and there is no promotion using print media or social media. Opportunities from Tempe Ummi are increasing population, increasing market needs, product diversification, and technological developments for promotion. While the threats that exist and need to be considered by Tempe Ummi are the many competitors in the market and price competition.

Abstract

This research is a research on the Strategy of collecting zakat using the barcode system. This research is to obtain information about the Implementation of Zakat Collection Using a QR code (Barcode) at the Jami Al-Muhajirin Alhamdullilah Mosque. Specifically at our Jami Al Muhajirin mosque, there are two methods of receiving zakat fitrah And the first zakat mal method uses a manual system in general where we notify the announcement then after that the people come directly to the mosque to pay zakat in the chronology (implementation) of payment of this method there is a problem In receiving zakat the problem is the range in paying zakat which is only only close people can pay zakat at the Jami Al-Muhajirin mosque Then our second method, we use a digital zakat system in general in implementing transactions using digital zakat we provide applications or use third parties to help us in receiving z At the mosque we use a barcode system where after the barcode is used through the scan me application, the community is directly directed to our account so that the community can pay zakat directly through the account we have provided.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and see the influence of understanding and access to information media about zakat on muzakki's interest in paying zakat in Jambi City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis. The research samples were selected using purposive sampling technique, namely 96 samples. The research results show that the variables of understanding and access to information media have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the understanding variable has a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Access to information media has a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Based on this research, researchers suggest that (1) the government and zakat management institutions utilize online media platforms to provide information about zakat, (2) the public to seek information and understand the importance of zakat, (3) researchers further examine the factors that influence interest in muzakki and pay other zakat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics at Martabak Ulama India (MUI) Telanaipura in Jambi City. Islamic business ethics is a set of moral principles derived from Islamic teachings that guide businesses to operate ethically and responsibly. This study employs qualitative methods, including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The collected data are analyzed descriptively. The findings from interviews and observations indicate that Martabak Ulama India (MUI) generally adheres to Islamic business ethics. The implementation of Islamic business ethics at Martabak Ulama India (MUI) is evident in various aspects such as not multiplying prices, honesty in measurement, acknowledging product weaknesses and strengths (shiddiq), accountability, providing optimal service, keeping promises (amanah), business communication, ability to convey vision and mission, maintaining good relations with business partners (tabligh), spiritual intelligence, professionalism, and ability to innovate products (fathanah).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah (studi pada nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi). Objek yang digunakan adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2021 pada bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah hal ini dibuktikan melalui pengujian uji f yaitu fhitung > ftabel atau 75,867 > 2,702 dengan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 0,701, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa 70,1% yang artinya menunjukkan nilai keputusan menjadi nasabah dipengaruhi oleh nilai pengetahuan konsumen, motivasi dan kualitas pelayanan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Bahar Jambi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,9% nilai keputusan menjadi nasabah dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
