Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai taksir, biaya titip, promosi dan prosedur pencairan pinjaman baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap permintaan gadai di Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Jambi serta mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 nasabah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan, yaitu: 1) Responden merasa puas dengan penerapan nilai taksir, jasa titip, promosi dan prosedur pencairan terhadap permintaan gadai emas 2) Secara simultan, variabel nilai taksir, jasa titip, promosi, dan prosedur pencairan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan gadai emas di Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Jambi dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 17,644 > Ftabel (2,32) dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial, nilai taksir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan gadai emas dengan nilai thitung (2,195) > ttabel (1,987). Prosedur Pencairan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan gadai emas dengan thitung (3,320) > ttabel (1,987); 3) Hubungan antar variabel menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan searah; 4) variabel nilai taksir, jasa titip, promosi dan prosedur pencairan dalam menjelaskan variabel permintaan gadai emas sebesar 41,7 persen. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, semakin kompetitif Nilai Taksir, Promosi, dan Prosedur Pencairan akan meningkatkan permintaan gadai emas di Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Jambi.

Abstract

Price, Product Quality and Service Quality are several factors that influence consumer buying interest. Quality products and services at affordable prices will attract consumers to buy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, product quality and service quality on consumer buying interest at Sepakatea Adertising Broni, Jambi City. The method used is a quantitative research method. The number of samples in this study were 81 people. Multiple Regression Analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The results showed that the Price Variable had a positive but not significant effect on consumer buying interest, the Product Quality Variable had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interests and the Service Quality Variable had no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics at Martabak Ulama India (MUI) Telanaipura in Jambi City. Islamic business ethics is a set of moral principles derived from Islamic teachings that guide businesses to operate ethically and responsibly. This study employs qualitative methods, including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The collected data are analyzed descriptively. The findings from interviews and observations indicate that Martabak Ulama India (MUI) generally adheres to Islamic business ethics. The implementation of Islamic business ethics at Martabak Ulama India (MUI) is evident in various aspects such as not multiplying prices, honesty in measurement, acknowledging product weaknesses and strengths (shiddiq), accountability, providing optimal service, keeping promises (amanah), business communication, ability to convey vision and mission, maintaining good relations with business partners (tabligh), spiritual intelligence, professionalism, and ability to innovate products (fathanah).

Abstract

This research examines how the effectiveness of people's economic empowerment at the Micro Waqf Bank at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, phenomena that often occur at the Micro Waqf Bank such as "Customers who have poor characteristics", namely the lack of a sense of care and responsibility for customers for their loans or debts, resulting in losses for micro waqf banks.To find out what are the effectiveness of micro waqf bank empowerment at As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, to find out what obstacles are in the effectiveness of micro waqf bank empowerment at As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, to find out the benefits of the effectiveness of waqf bank empowerment at As'ad Islamic Boarding School. Researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this case, the informants in this study were the Chairperson, Manager, Supervysore, and customers of the As'ad Islamic Boarding School Micro Waqf Bank in Jambi City. In collecting data, the techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, The results of this study found that the financing and business assistance carried out by the Micro Waqf Bank of the As'ad Islamic Boarding School, the effectiveness of people's economic empowerment at the micro waqf bank at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City, Presentation The effectiveness of the success of loans used is right on target, it is estimated that 80% is used according to procedures used to open a business and 20% there are still customers who use it for consumptive activities. The obstacles that arise in empowering the people's economy at the micro waqf bank at the As'ad Islamic Boarding School, the obstacles faced regarding the default of installments. customers who are still difficult to attend halmi activities every week. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the perception of the people of Lubuk Paku village, Batang Merangin sub-district, about cash waqf, to find out what obstacles affect people's perceptions of cash waqf in Lubuk Paku village, Batang Merangin sub-district and to find out what problems are experienced by managers regarding the benefits of waqf money in lubuk kuku village. The benefits of this research are theoretically expected to add to the treasury of knowledge about waqf, especially cash waqf. Practically as input for waqf management institutions in socializing cash waqf to the public. This research is a field research using data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. Interviews and observations were conducted with the people of Lubuk Paku Village, Batang Merangin District. All the data generated then researchers analyzed with qualitative analysis techniques. From the research results it is known that some people regarding cash waqf from their own understanding or understanding and there are still many people who do not know cash waqf as a whole. Obstacles that affect people's understanding of cash waqf are internal constraints, namely experience and information. Then the second obstacle is external factors, namely education and the environment. People who have a higher level of education have a better understanding of cash waqf compared to people who have a low level of education and the management of implementing cash waqf in Lubuk Paku village, Batang Merangin sub-district, is not optimal, the reason is the lack of human resources in providing socialization and educate the public about the importance of cash waqf. cash waqf.
