Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Return On Asset, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin partially and simultaneously on stock prices in Palm Oil sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). ) years 2017-2021. Research approach with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 11. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain predetermined criteria. Then it was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help software  . The results showed that partially Return On Assets have a significant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share has no significant effect on changes in stock prices and Net Profit Margin has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Simultaneously Return On Assets, Earnings Per Share and Net Profit Margin  have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of Knowledge Management, Motivation, and Quality  of Work Life on Employee Performance  of PT. Indrabakti Mustika In Kendari; (2) to determine the effect of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance  of PT.  Indrabakti  Mustika  In Kendari;  (3) to determine  the effect  of motivation on employee performance at PT. Indrabakti Mustika In Kendari; and (4) to determine  the  effect  of  Quality  of  Work  Life  on  Employee  Performance  of  PT. Indrabakti  Mustika  In  Kendari.  The  sampling  technique  used  in  this  study  was purposive sampling. In this study, samples were taken with the characteristics of male and  female  employees,  all  employees  with  permanent  employee  status  at  PT. Indrabakti  Mustika.  So  the  number  of samples  in this  study  were  50  permanent employees.The results showed that: (1) Knowledge Management, Motivation, and Quality of Work Life simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Indrabakti  Mustika  In  Kendari;  (2) Knowledge  Management,  partially  positive  and significant effect on Employee Performance of PT. Indrabakti Mustika In Kendari; (3) Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine: (1) the effect of the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on teacher performance, (2) the effect of the work environment on teacher performance, (3) the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance, and (4) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design.  Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 53 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Gu. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data analysis techniques to answer the research hypothesis are descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (3) organizational commitment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation Teacher Performance.
