Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample of 60 samples consisting of secretaries, heads of divisions, heads of sections, and functional staff of the Food Security Service of Southeast Sulawesi Province. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 software application.The results of this study indicate that (1) work motivation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the work motivation, the higher the performance of the resulting employee as well as the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance, and work motivation and work discipline have an interaction with employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of teacher competence on job satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher job satisfaction on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. Teacher competence on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency and teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction for junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency.The results of this study indicate that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction at Bombana Regency Junior High Schools. This means that the better the increase in competence, it will increase teacher job satisfaction. Teacher satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in teacher job satisfaction, the better the teacher's performance. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that the better the increase in competence, the better the performance of teachers. Teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through the satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Bombana Regency. This means that teacher competence is able to improve teacher performance through mediation of teacher job satisfaction..

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine: (1) the effect of the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on teacher performance, (2) the effect of the work environment on teacher performance, (3) the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance, and (4) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design.  Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 53 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Gu. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data analysis techniques to answer the research hypothesis are descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (3) organizational commitment had a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of variable brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Brownte Kendari Shop.This study uses a quantitative approach and is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The object of this study is customers who buy Brownte products. The population in this study were all customers who bought unknown amount of Brownte products. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was to use accidental sampling, the method of collecting data in this study was using questionnaires and interviews. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16.0 program.  The results of this study use that Brand Image, Price and Product Quality Have Positive and Significant Effects on Purchase Decisions.Keywords: brand image, price, product quality, purchasing decision

Abstract

Studi ini mengulas tentang ekonomi sosial masyarakat nelayan di Desa Lakarinta Kecamatan Lohia. Masalah penelitian yang diteliti dalam studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui kehidupan ekonomi sosial masyarakat nelayan di Desa Lakarinta, baik dari aspek sosial, maupun aspek ekonomi. Dalam studi ini digunakan metodologi penelitian pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data penelitian melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil studi ini akan menunjukkan kehidupan ekonomi sosial masyarakat nelayan, termasuk pekerjaan, pendapatan, mata pencaharian, dan lingkungan sosial.

Abstract

Wisata bahari adalah salah satu sector kegiatan yang memeberikan kontribusi bagi pemulihan ekonomi suatu Negara. Dalam pengembangan wisata bahari di pulau labengki terdapat beberapa pola dan strategi yang dilakukan untuk menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke destinisai waista bahari tersebut antara lain strategi komunikasi yang melibatkan peran dari pemerintah setempat melalui dinas yang terkait dalam mempromosikan wisata bahari serta kegiatan lain yang bersentuhan dengan wisata bahari, strategi pemasaran yaitu Produk, harga, tempat dan promosi. Pola pengembangan wisata bahari di pulau Labengki meliputi Pola Pengembangan Wisata Bahari di Pulau Labengki berbasis Masyarakat Lokal dengan konsep Community Based Tourism yang melibatkan peran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wisata bahari serta Pola Pengembangan Wisata Bahari di Pulau Labengki berbasis Kearifan Lokal.

Abstract

MSMEs are crucial to Indonesia's economy because of their large contribution to growth. The MSME sector is one of the main pillars holding up the basis of the Indonesian economy. MSMEs and the rise of digitalization will make Indonesia the country with the largest digital economy in Southeast Asia by 2026. However, MSMEs have difficulties, the most significant of which is the need to strengthen the human capital of MSME participants and improve digital skill development. The dearth of online marketing education continues to be a problem for many MSMEs. comparable to the Hanan Boga Rasa UMKM in the Buton City neighborhood. Teachers, students, and thematic KKN Group 34 developed plans and methods to improve MSME product branding. The activities are conducted using the qualitative technique, which makes use of MSMEs' interviews, documentation, dialogue, and observation. The results of the operations also help MSMEs, since they can enhance public perception of their products and increase marketing and sales

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, businesses and organisations must adapt to technological changes and changing consumer behaviour. One important aspect in dealing with these changes is the use of e-marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to analyse e-marketing strategies and their effect on revenue and customer loyalty. This research is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that electronic marketing, or e-marketing, is a key element in the marketing strategy of modern companies. It is supported by advances in information and communication technology that have changed the way businesses operate. E-marketing has a significant influence on a company's revenue by increasing visibility, attracting new customers, and retaining existing customers. In addition, this strategy can also strengthen customer loyalty and help companies make smarter decisions through data analysis.

Abstract

Salah satunya dengan potensi pengembangan sumberdaya perikanan dan usaha perikanan tangkap nelayan skala kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi pengembangan usaha sumberdaya perikanan dan usaha perikanan tangkap skala kecil. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Kendari, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung di lapangan melalui wawancara serta penggunaan data sekunder yang diambil dari data Badan Pusat Statistik, Dinas Kelautan Dan Perikanan, dan referensi jurnal. Secara umum, perikanan skala kecil di Kota Kendari sama seperti beberapa daerah lainnya di Sulawesi Tenggara yang masih tergantung dengan pemilik modal usaha dalam menjalankan kegiatan perikanan. Pengembangan usaha sumberdaya perikanan dan usaha perikanan tangkap skala kecil, khususnya pada alat tangkap yang memiliki nilai efisiensi rendah, perlu bantuan modal yang besar dalam meningkatkan nilai pendapatannya. Kebijakan dan kerangka kerja tata kelola yang efektif sangat penting untuk pengelolaan perikanan berkelanjutan. Mengeksplorasi peran peraturan, mekanisme penegakan hukum, dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan dapat berkontribusi pada tata Kelola sumber daya perikanan yang efektif di tingkat lokal, nasional, dan Internasional.
