Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumur galian dibuat dengan cara menggali tanah sampai mendapatkan lapisan air dengan kedalaman tertentu. Sumur yang baik harus memenuhi syarat lokasi yaitu jaraknya lebih 10 meter dari septictank. Salah satu bakteri yang dapat mencemari air adalah bakteri Coliform, yaitu golongan bakteri yang hidup didalam saluran pencernaan manusia. Bakteri Coliform merupakan bakteri indikator pencemaran pada sanitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya bakteri Coliform pada air sumur di daerah Talang Jambe Palembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Analis Kesehatan Universitas Kader Bangsa dengan melakukan uji bakteriologis dengan metode MPN melalui satu tahap yaitu Uji Penduga dengan hasil adanya kekeruhan dan gas pada tabung durham, Pada 40 sampel air sumur di Daerah Talang Jambe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 32 Sampel air sumur positif terkomantinasi Bakteri Coliform dan 8 Sampel air sumur negatif tidak terkontaminasi bakteri Coliform. Disimpulkan bahwa Air Sumur harus memiliki syarat kualitas agar tidak menyebabkan penyakit Kata Kunci: Air Sumur, Coliform, Palembang

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the presence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. One of the influencing factors is nutritional status. Poor nutritional status can exacerbate the risk of pulmonary tuberculosis. Likewise, Tuberculosis can affect food intake and then cause weight loss so that it affects nutritional status.The condition of Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients with poor nutritional status will inhibit healing and increase mortality compared to Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients with normal nutritional status. This study aims to describe the nutritional status of adult pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Bayung Lencir Public Health Center, Musibanyuasin Regency. Analytical (qualitative) descriptive research using the simple random sampling method, in order to obtain 30 samples. The results showed that there were 20 male tuberculosis patients and 10 female patients. Tuberculosis patients of productive age from 26-45 years as many as 30 people. The nutritional status of Tuberculosis patients was measured using BMI (body mass index) with normal nutritional status as many as 12 people (40.0%), underweight nutritional status as many as 17 people (56.7%), and obesity nutritional status as many as 1 person (3.3 %). From this study, it was concluded that tuberculosis patients at the Bayung Lencir Public Health Center, Musibanyuasin Regency, on average had a nutritional status below normal (less).

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Tolada Village, Malangke District, North Luwu Regency. This research is motivated because Tolada Village is one of the villages that has a low level of community welfare to advance the welfare of the people of Tolada village, The Village Government established a village-owned enterprise in 2015 and began to run smoothly in 2018, in this study researchers used George R. Terry Theory (1990) with 4 indicators, namely: 1) Planning 2) Organizing 3) Actuating 4) Controlling. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely by observation, interview, and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show how the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Tolada Village, Malangke District, North Luwu Regency can be said to be good as seen from the indicators: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Actuating, 4) Controlling. However, it needs to be improved on the indicators of Organizing (Organizing) and also supervision (Controlling) has not been done well
