Abstract

This study aims to describe, analyze and interpret the religious values ​​implemented in SMP IT South Sumatra. This research is a comparative descriptive study. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling, namely SMP IT Izzuddin Palembang, SMP IT Raudlatul Ulum Ogan Ilir and SMP IT An-Nida Lubuk Linggau. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out by combining the Creswell and Mathew and Huberman models by carrying out three stages, namely data reduction, data display and interpretation. To check the validity of the data, triangulation was carried out. The results showed that: First, the implementation of religious values ​​through three values, namely the value of faith, the value of worship and the value of morals. These three values ​​are all applied in SMP IT either on the basis of Full Day School or Boarding School. The implementation is through cognitive aspects in the form of an understanding of faith, worship and morals through the subjects taught, namely Akidah Akhlak and Fiqih; through affective aspects, namely through role models so that students feel that the good things that are seen must be followed; as well as the psychomotor aspect with habituation of activities that contain the values ​​of faith, worship and morals, namely habituation of midnight prayers, congregational prayers and tadarus al-Qur'an. Second, SMP IT in South Sumatra, both Boarding School and Full Day, has similarities in the implementation of religious values ​​from the same source, namely the JSIT curriculum which is implemented in the vision, mission and objectives of SMP IT. Meanwhile, the difference between Boarding and Full Day is when the implementation is more intense which can be done by Boarding-based SMPIT managers. The findings in this study are that the value of habituation and modeling are the main bases in the implementation of religious values ​​in schools.

Abstract

Islam sebagai “agama baru” bagi bangsa Arab masehi telah menjadi inspirator utama untuk menjadi bangsa yang besar dan terkenal. Dengan menginteralisasi ajaran dan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam kehidupan pribadi dan kelompok secara mapan, dan memadukan kemapanan spiritual itu dengan peradaban modern yang dimiliki oleh bangsa Rumawi Timur dan Persia khususnya, umat Islam tampil sebagai bangsa yang berperadaban spektakuler, (khususnya di bidang sastra, seni, dan politik dan pemerintahan), dan Islam telah menjadi pusat peradaban dunia modern yang diukir dalam sejarah.

Abstract

Ajaran Islam sebagai sistem kehidupan merupakan bukti kerasulan Muhammad SAW yang turun ke jazirah Arab mengandung nilai-nilai universal yang diperuntukkan bagi penataan kehidupan dan peradaban umat manusia sejagat hingga akhir zaman. Keutuhan ajaran Islam sebagai kelanjutan dari nilai-nilai hidup baik yang bersifat ilahiyah yang terdapat dalam berbagai ajaran yang telah diturunkan oleh Allah kepada para nabi dan rasul sebelumnya.Kenyataan itu mengisyaratkan bahwa ajaran Islam sebagai sistem nilai yang diberlakukan dalam kehidupan bersifat akomodatif terhadap nilai-nilai positif yang selama ini telah dipraktikkan dalam kehidupan umat manusia baik secara individual maupun komunal.Berbeda dengan kerasulan Muhammad SAW, Nabi dan Rasul yang diutus oleh Allah sebelum beliau relatif hanya membawa ajaran dan sistem nilai ditujukan untuk kelompok dan umat tertentu. Dengan pemahaman seperti itu, tentu sistem penurunan ajaran pada para nabi dan rasul itu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan umat yang dihadapi para nabi dan rasul pada waktu itu. Sistem kehidupan yang harus ditata saat itu berlaku terhadap umat dengan kultur dan karakteristik yang relatif seragam atau tidak sekompleks dengan pola kehidupan umat yang dihadapi oleh nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai nabi akhir zaman.  Keutuhan ajaran Islam yang diusung oleh nabi akhir zaman ini dan kemajemukan pola kehidupan umat yang akan ditata melalui ajaran Islam, menunjukkan bahwa Islam diproyeksikan oleh si pemilik kehidupan untuk seluruh umat dengan berbagai variannya, seperti suku bangsa, ras, budaya dan peradaban, bahasa, dan pandangan hidup.Berdasarkan pandangan seperti di atas, tulisan kecil yang ada di tangan ini anda saat ini mencoba untuk menyatakan secara sepintas tentang Islam dan apresiasi peradaban.

Abstract

This study is an event study that aims to analyze whether or not there are any differences in Abnormal Returns Stock and Trading Volume Activity before and after the Presidential Elections on April 17, 2019 in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). 45 companies were observed for five-day before and after five days the event become samples of this study. In this study the independent variable is the election of the President and Vice President, while the dependent variable is Abnormal Return Stock and Trading Volume Activity. This study uses an event study, where observations are made on the average abnormal return of stocks and trading volume activity for five days before and after the event. The test equipment in this study used the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in abnormal returns stock and trading volume activity before and after the election of the President and Vice President on April 17, 2019.

Abstract

Transformational leadership, as one of the most studied leadership theories, has great potential to support and strengthen the implementation of multicultural education. Transformational leadership is characterized by a leader's ability to inspire, motivate and empower followers to achieve positive change and improved performance. Multicultural education is urgently implemented in Indonesia by considering the diversity of cultures, ethnicities, races and religions that surround it. This article discusses a school leadership model that is expected to design, foster, implement and maintain a multicultural culture in schools which in turn can form students' personalities who are friendly and respectful of differences and diversity. The author uses the literature study method by reviewing 20 journals divided into 10 national and 10 international journals. Data collection is done by sorting reference sources and scientific literature related to theories of school leadership, transformational leadership models and multicultural education, then reviewing and analyzing and presenting them in a systematic arrangement. The conclusion in this article states that transformational leadership by school principals is very important to improve the quality of education and encourage continuous improvement in schools. Principals' exemplary behaviors, such as punctuality, cleanliness and proactive problem-solving, earn them respect and positively influence school culture. Multicultural leadership in schools is interpreted as the extent to which principals implement policies, regulations and initiatives that promote a multicultural culture that is not limited to written documents but also includes the enforcement of rules and regulations.
