Abstract

This study aims to develop digital teaching materials with fantasy story text material with moral values to make it easier for students to understand the material and increase the moral values contained in them. In this study, the writer developed digital teaching materials using the Research and Development (R&D) method of the ADDIE model which consists of: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The data obtained in this study were obtained using data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, giving questionnaires to students and teachers, as well as material experts and media experts to determine the feasibility of digital teaching materials that have been developed. The results of this study indicate that digital teaching materials for fantasy story texts with moral values get very feasible criteria for use. This can be seen based on the assessment of media experts of 97% and 96% based on the assessment of teaching material experts. Meanwhile, the results of the assessment of digital teaching materials by Indonesian language teachers obtained a feasibility percentage of 91% and the results of student responds to the digital teaching materials got a percentage of 90%. Digital teaching materials for fantasy story texts with moral values can be used by teachers and grade VII students in Indonesian language learning activities.

Abstract

To improve service quality, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Decree of the Director General of the Religious Courts Number 1403.b/DJA/SK/OT.01.3/8/2018 Concerning Guidelines for One-Stop Services in the Religious Courts Environment. With this policy, the Depok Religious Court implemented the One-Stop Integrated Service. In implementing the One Stop Integrated Service at the Depok Religious Court, several obstacles were found in its implementation. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of the One Stop Service policy at the Depok Religious Court. The theory of this research uses the theory of policy implementation in the George Edward III model. By using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data using interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research from 4 indicators that regarding communication it is necessary to carry out more socialization because many people do not know about the mechanism in the procedure for handling service cases that exist at PTSP. Resources, in terms of quantity the number of officers at PTSP is still small while the number of cases at the Depok Religious Court is quite a lot. In terms of quality, there is a need for training because there are still officers who are less responsive, and the existing facilities and infrastructure at PTSP have not been integrated all in one door due to limited land. Disposition, the executors have a commitment to carry out this policy by delivering tasks that are good enough in accordance with the contents of the instructions in the policy. Bureaucratic Structure, the officers have carried out the policy in accordance with the applicable SOP. Suggestions from this study are that socialization must be increased and there is a need for land expansion to support infrastructure facilities and additional staff on duty at PTSP so as to maximize service time.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar membutuhkan media dan sarana yang mendukung agar siswa lebih mudah memahami materi. Salah satu pendukung untuk memudahkan materi adalah pemanfaatan sarana laboratorium. Pemanfaatan laboratorium IPA adalah sarana Pendidikan yang dapat memperdalam dan memperjelas pemahaman tentang konsep IPA secara nyata. Namun, pemanfaatan laboratorium IPA di sekolah dasar belum tentu berjalan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui bagaimana frekuensi pemanfaatan sarana laboratorium dalam proses pembelajaran IPA serta keseuaian alat dan bahan pada materi IPA di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pemanfaatan laboratorium dalam proses pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT. Penelitian ini menggunakaan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang yang terdiri dari kepala laboratorium, guru IPA, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dan Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Alat dan bahan yng ada di laboratorium umumnya sudah sesuai dengan materi yang di ajarkan dalam pembelajaran IPA untuk tingkat sekolah dasar. Frekuensi Pemanfaatan sarana laboratorium oleh guru dan siswa masih terbilang cukup sering. Tetapi Kegiatan praktikum belum merata atau kesesuai jadwal belum terstruktur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan laboratorium memberikan efek positif terhadap keaktifan, keterampilan, dan pemahaman siswa dalam proses pembelajaran IPA.
