PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 PUNGGUR LAMPUNG TENGAH TAHUN PELAJARAN 2007/2008 Novitasari, Yuni

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa, permasalahannya apakah layanan konseling kelompok dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan layanan konseling kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen pre-test post-test one group, dengan menggunakan subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 orang siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Punggur Lampung Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2007/2008 yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan penggunaan layanan konseling kelompok. Hal ini terbukti dari adanya peningkatan skor pre test 61.50 kemudian setelah dilaksanakan layanan konseling kelompok skor post test 72.13, yang berarti ada peningkatan skor sebesar 10.63.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Saran yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1). Kepada guru pembimbing (Guru BK), hendaknya dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok, (2). Kepada peneliti lainnya, hendaknya dapat melakukan penelitian mengenai motivasi belajar terhadap subjek yang berbeda dengan menggunakan teknik/model konseling lainnya, (3). Tenaga kependidikan lainnya dapat menjadi motivator dan fasilitator belajar yang baik bagi siswa.

This study aims to present spirituality student competency profiles, which can provide a view of cultural competence on the part of students or the spirituality of the people of Indonesia. The method used is survey. Subjects consisted of 50 students on the course for guidance and counseling. Most categories of student spirituality competency is moderate, with highs in the affective aspects, aspects of cognitive and psychomotor lowest at. Therefore, the development of spirituality on student competence becomes important. Especially the development of the cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Competence spirituality is a potential in human beings that can evolve positively. As the results of research and studies mention that spirituality has contributed to mental health, positive moral behavior, professionalism, physical health, as well as character development. Character development is part of a very important educational mission. Moreover, the students as the next generation of nation-building, it is necessary formation of strong character. Belief in God and positive moral behavior is one of the main characters to be achieved in the national education goals. Spirituality can be a major potential in the development of the character.

The goal of national education as set forth in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia looks not only focused on the development of cognitive but also affective, and psychomotor. To realize the quality of the knowledge of the learner, the learning experience (academic) becomes so important. Learning gains are not limited to the cognitive but also the character of the students. Learning is a way to acquire knowledge is a precious suggestion in Islam. The subject teachers as facilitators in helping students learn. Similarly, guidance and counseling teachers, in the field of academic, guidance and counseling teacher seeks to help learners to understand themselves and their environment so that learners are able to adapt and fulfill the task of learning (academic) it well. This study aims to produce a study on the Islamic perspective regarding guidance and counseling learning (academic). The method used is the study of literacy. With reviewing or studying libraries or literacy, both print and electronic that have a study on the topic. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the counseling and guidance of learning (academic) aims to help facilitate the individual in the learning process. So in the view of Islam, teacher guidance and counseling have a glorious opportunity to teach goodness and benefits for other people especially in the study.

Spirituality is a self-ability to recognize the power of the One mighty, like God. Through an understanding of spirituality, one understands the meaning itself, the meaning of life and the purpose of his life. So that the person is able to direct his self positively in any situation. Spiritual hopes can be implemented and developed in guidance and counseling in Indonesia. The research objective was to compare the level of spirituality adolescents by gender and majors. This research design surveys, with descriptive analysis techniques. Participants determined by population sampling techniques, a number of 122 adolescents (students) SMAN 1 Punggur, Lampung. Results of this research were obtained an average score of; boys r = 115.64, and the female r = 121.36. A significant level of 0.320, meaning that there is no difference. Meanwhile, the average score of 119.58 science major teens and young majors for IPS at 119.09. A significant level of 1,000 and that means there is no difference. The conclusions of the research were the level of teenage boys spiritualism relatively similar to adolescent girls, and adolescents in the spiritualism level science majors are relatively the same as the teenagers in the majors IPS. Recommendations are given is that research on the study and implementation of spiritual guidance and counseling can be developed, and teacher guidance and counseling so that this study can be considered to help develop students' independence through a spiritual approach.

Bondowoso Regency is actively developing tourism potential to support the potential of Ijen and Raung as Global Geological Park (Geopark). approximately 14 points are projected to support Ijen Geopark. These points include Ijen Crater, Wurung Crater, Blawan Hot Spring, and Batu So'on / Solor to support geological aspects. There are also Coffee Gardens, Strawberry for biodiversity (biodiversity). And Ojhung Dance, Singo Ulung for the cultural aspect (culture). One of the potential supporters of tourism that can be used as a tourist destination in Bondowoso is the Bulkdami Village, where there is a lot of potential that can be used as a place of education for tourists. Bulk Dami has well-packaged tour packages. It can be seen from the attractions and tourist attractions, amenities and accommodation, accessibility, and community readiness that is adequate, complete and in good condition.

Perkembangan suatu wilayah tidak terlepas dari yang namanya pertumbuhan penduduk. Kecamatan Purwodadi merupakan salah satu wilayah yang mengalami pertambahan jumlah penduduk sebesar 0,76. Adapun tujuan dilakukanya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui arah dan perkembangan pola ruang permukiman yang terjadi tahun 2010, 2015, dan 2020, dan perubahan orde permukiman serta dampak lingkungan dari sisi pelayanan air bersih dan persampahan yang terjadi akibat dari pola perkembangan permukiman tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan metode analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang terjadi sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pernggunaan lahan permukiman, dimana pada tahun 2010 luasan permukiman sebesar 1.909 Ha, ditahun 2015 meningkat menjadi 2.093 Ha, dan tahun 2020 mengalami peningkatan kembali menjadi 2.138 Ha. Pola perkembangan pada tahun 2010 yang terjadi membentuk pola clustered, sedangkan tahun 2015 dan 2020 membentuk pola random dengan arah perkembangan menuju ke arah barat dan selatah, dengan perkembanganya mengikuti arah perkembangan jalan. Perlu adanya upaya-upaya untuk pengontrolan pola perkembangan permukiman yang ada. Beberapa upaya dilakukan dengan penataan dan pengontrolan permukiman yang akan berkembang dikemudian hari, dan pemerataan persebaran fasilitas yang sesuai dengan standar yang ada, serta pembuatan kebijakan guna penataan kawasan permukiman secara lebih mendetail.

Kajian psikologi transpersonal merupakan pendekatan terbaru dalam ilmu psikoterapi. Bahkan digadang-gadang sebagai pendekatan psikologi terakhir, salah satu kajian psikologi transpersonal adalah tentang pengalaman spiritualitas manusia. Spiritualitas diakui sebagai pengalaman puncak manusia dan memiliki manfaat positif bagi perkembangan jiwa dan perilaku manusia. Oleh karena itu, maka diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut tentang pemanfaatan pengalaman spiritual dalam konseling. Pengalaman spiritualitas ini bisa jadi berbeda-beda saat dialami oleh tiap individu ataupun kelompok. Sebagai upaya efektivitas, maka pengembangan spiritualitas di Indonesia tentu perlulah meninjau gambaran budaya spiritualitas orang Indonesia terlebih dahulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan kerangka kerja konseling dengan pendekatan spiritualitas pada konteks budaya di Indonesia. Beberapa alasan pentingnya penelitian ini diantaranya: (1) banyak manfaat spiritualitas bagi kesehatan jiwa. (2) spiritualitas berpotensi mendukung pengembangan kualitas hidup dan keagamaan. (3) belum ada pengujian dan pengembangan terkait manfaat spiritualitas secara optimal (khususnya di bidang bimbingan dan konseling).(4) pentingnya membangun kerangka kerja konseling yang sesuai dengan budaya Indonesia sebagai upaya efektivitas dan memperkuat jati diri bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain triangulasi, dimana data penelitian dari survey digambung dengan data dari studi literatur yang kemudian diinterpretasikan. Setelah diinterpretasikan, diperolehlah gambaran spiritualitas masyarakat Indonesia. Gambaran tersebut lalu dipertimbangkan untuk membangun kerangka kerja konseling dengan pendekatan spiritualitas yang optimal. Hasil penelitian ini ialah kerangka kerja hipotetik tentang konseling pendekatan spiritualitas pada konteks budaya di Indonesia. Susunan kerangka kerja hipotetik ini meliputi: rasional, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, teknik dan pendekatan spiritual, tahapan konseling spiritual, kompetensi konselor spiritual, sasaran, dan evaluasi.

Spirituality counseling has developed as a significant approach to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals, especially in Indonesia, which has rich religious and cultural diversity. This research aims to develop and test a framework for an optimal spirituality counseling approach appropriate to the Indonesian context, focusing on integrating three main dimensions of spirituality: ritual, theistic, and existential. Data was collected using a quantitative survey method, the Daily Spirituality Preference Questionnaire (PSS), adapted to Indonesian society's cultural and religious conditions. The research results show that a balanced and integrated spirituality can positively impact solving problems and improving individual well-being. This study offers a solid theoretical framework and practical implications for counselors in implementing adaptive and holistic spirituality counseling. Recommendations for counseling practice in Indonesia include the importance of adapting interventions to the client's spiritual and cultural background and developing counselor competence in dealing with spiritual issues.

The Dunning-Kruger Effect phenomenon has long been in the spotlight in the field of cognitive psychology, describing a paradox in which individuals with low competence tend to overestimate their abilities. This article examines the implications of this phenomenon for counselors in counseling practice through a systematic review approach. By collecting and analyzing literature from various empirical and theoretical sources, this review aims to reveal how this cognitive bias affects the process of reflection, decision-making, and the effectiveness of counseling interventions. The results of the review indicate that the Dunning-Kruger Effect not only impacts the counselor's self-perception, but also affects the therapeutic relationship with the client through self-evaluation distortion and overconfidence. The practical implications of these findings emphasize the importance of metacognitive training, clinical supervision, and critical reflection in improving the quality of counseling services. This article concludes with recommendations for further research and the development of professional training modules to reduce the impact of cognitive bias in counseling practice.
