Seiring perkembangan zaman tantangan karir semakin beraneka ragam dan menjadi hambatan dalam kehidupan karir individu. Kemampuan adaptabilitas karir diperlukan guna menghadapi tantangan, tugas, trauma, dan perubahan karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran adaptabilitas karir dewasa awal. Subjek pada penelitian melibatkan 65 orang mahasiswa Pendidikan Manajemen Bisnis Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convinience sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrumen adaptabilitas karir yang diadaptasi dari Career Adapt-Abilities Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara umum adaptabilitas karir mahasiswa Pendidikan Manajemen Bisnis berada pada kategori sedang dengan karakterik mahasiswa telah memiliki concern, control, curiosity dan confident namun masih terdapat perilaku yang belum mencerminkan ke empat dimensi adaptabilitas karir. Rekomendasi ditunjukan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat memberikan tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karir dewasa awal.

Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan untuk tetap stabil dalam mempertahankan keseimbangan setelah menghadapi berbagai kesulitan dan kesengsaraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan program bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercises untuk mengembangkan resiliensi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dan metode quasi eksperiment dengan desain non-equivalent pretest-posttest control-group design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 421 orang dan sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling. Profil resiliensi siswa SMAN 1 Kota Bekasi mayoritas masuk kategori sedang. Program bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercisesterdiri dari rasional sebagai landasan pembuatan program, tujuan, pedoman dan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok, kompetensi konselor, sasaran intervensi dan prosedur pelaksanaan intervensi Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa mengalami perubahan secara signifikan setelah diberikan treatmen berupa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercises. Temuan penelitian menghasilkan program bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercises efektif untuk mengembangkan resiliensi siswa di SMAN 1 Kota Bekasi. Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa korelasi antara bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercisessebagai variabel independen dan resiliensi siswa sebagai variabel dependen cukup kuat. Rekomendasi program Bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercisesini ditujukan kepada pihak sekolah yang membutuhkan program bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercises untuk mengembangkan resiliensi siswanya, guru bimbingan dan konseling dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan subjek yang berbeda seperti peserta didik di SMP atau SD sederajat atau bagi orang dewasa.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan fenomena yang ada di MTs An-Nuur GUPPI Mojopahit Punggur Lampung Tengah yang menunjukkan adanya peserta didik yang memiliki self disclosure rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok teknik group exercise untuk mengembangkan self disclosure peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi desain non-equivalent pretest-posttest countrol group. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 peserta didik kelas VIII. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui angket self disclosure dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran self disclosure kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan treatment. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok teknik group exercise terbukti efektif untuk mengembangkan self disclosure peserta didik. Penelitianinimerekomendasikan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling agar dapat melaksanakan program bimbingan kelompok teknik group exercise dan bagi penelitian selanjutnya untukdapat melakukan penelitian yang menguji teknik group exercise dengan subjek peserta didik SMA/SMK/MA maupun Mahasiswa dan dapat menggunakan strategi serta teknik bimbingan kelompok lainnya.

The mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran for teachers and students is the essential foundation for the realization of a peaceful school that is coveted by various parties.However, efforts to realize a peaceful school currently still have many obstacles so serious efforts are needed to make it happen. This study aims to explore the mindset of the peace culture of teachers and students of Madrasah Aliyah as a study towards developing the mindset of the school's peaceful culture. The research was conducted through a survey of 44 grade VIII students and 20 Madrasah Aliyah teachers in West Bandung Regency in 2021. The instrument used was a tool for measuring the mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran of teachers and students whose validity and reliability had been tested. The results showed that (1) both the development of mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran of teachers and students were in the moderate category and (2) there was no significant similarity between the mind set of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran of teachers and students. The development of learning models that can facilitate the development of mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran for teachers and students is highly recommended.

The primary goal of this study is to evaluate the hardiness profile of students in Islamic boarding schools and determine whether or not hardiness has a practical impact on students through Islamic boarding schools, with the top indicators being challenge, control, and commitment. Every shift brings with it a new set of challenges, which can be challenging to adjust to. This research employs quantitative methods to demonstrate this. For the 2020/2021 academic year, student boarding school students in Jakarta served as the study's subject population. As a result, 76 participants were chosen at random using a purposive selection method. It is possible to get data using the santri hardiness instrument as the method of gathering information. The hypothetical mean approach is utilized in this study to determine the optimal score, the minimal score, the standard deviation, and the theoretical mean. The score range is obtained in order to determine the category, which will be as follows: X 129.3 indicates a high category, 103.7 129.3 indicates a medium category, and X 103.7 indicates a low category. It is possible to conclude from these estimates that the hardiness profile of boarding school kids falls into the middle category. The result is that most students have attitudes and skills that are not yet optimal for coping with life difficulties in Islamic boarding schools.

The purpose of this study was to develop a profile of spiritual well-being and academic stress among students in high schools and universities and determine whether there is a relationship between academic stress and spiritual well-being among students in the Indragiri Hulu district of the province of Riau, Indonesia. The quantitative technique is used in this investigation. It was decided to employ a survey design for this investigation. 105 students were chosen to participate in the survey, with an 81 per cent response rate (n = 85). Academic stress was reported by 82 per cent of those who answered the survey questions (70 people). Additionally, according to the findings of this study, women suffer more stress than males, and students in college experience more stress than students in high school. Academic stress, on the other hand, is not significantly associated with gender or educational level. In contrast, the spiritual well-being of students is associated with just a slight link with the academic stress experienced by students.

Prepared to teach young children in a multi-ethnic and religious society like in Indonesia, the prospective preschool teachers should have strong belief and practice in social justice and multiculturalism. However, this quality is not easily achievable by prospective teachers from ethnic and religious majority group, like Indonesian Muslim prospective preschool teachers who may have limited awareness and exposure to multicultural diversity. This study identified some existing multicultural competences of the participants before designing a training model to prepare prospective preschool teachers, to develop their multicultural competence. Data for this study were derived from the questionnaire and interview which reveal awareness, knowledge, and skill dimensions of multicultural competence. Findings show that the majority of the participants have a high level of multicultural awareness and indicate a difference in multicultural competence among different levels of students. Based on these findings and expert judgments, the study designs a training model to develop prospective preschool teachers’ multicultural competence which has the following sequence: systematic reflection, Socratic dialog, simulation, field practice, and reflection. The study also provides some recommendations on the inclusion of multicultural content into intracurricular and/or extracurricular activities as well as on testing and analyzing the effectiveness of the hypothetical training model resulted from this study.

This research was driven by the COVID-19 pandemic condition which caused face-to-face learning switched into learning from home or online. This raises various learning problems. To be able to deal with learning problems that arise from online learning, students need resilience. This implies that resilience is an important thing for students to have. The purpose of this study is to describe the resilience of students andexamine the differences between male and female students. The research design used a survey. The sample in this study was junior high school students (JHS) on the island of Java, amounting to 490 people. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and comparative analysis with a support from JASP software. The results showed that female students' resilience was higher than that of male students. The results of hypothesis testing indicates that there is a difference between male students’ resilience and female students’

This research has a background by a phenomenon of culture shock, is a lack of ability individual to adjust themselves with different circles of culture. The theory used in this research uses Ward's theory, et al. The purpose of this research is to explore a culture shock profile the settled foreigner student off West Java, Indonesian Education University in academic year 2016/2017. The quantitative approach with descriptive method is used in this research. The sample of this research is surfeited sample that make the population as a sample in this research. The result of this research that a culture shock profile the settled foreigner student off West Java, Indonesian Education University in academic year 2016/2017 is in a moderate shock category, that make individual has realize about the different between reality and hope, it marked by so many problems happen and will be developing a set of problems for themselves. The highest culture shock experienced the settled foreigner student of PPG SM3T off West Java that happened in affective dimension is higher shock category. The result of this research should be used for basic opinion in process to make a guidance and counseling program in campus. The research recommendation is to give over to Indonesian Education University, Education Psychology and Guidance Department and next research.

This study aims to determine the condition of psychological well-being for college studentsin the accounting education study program at Indonesia University of Education. The instrument usedin this research is the scale of psychological well-being. The subjects in this research is 79 collegestudents in the 2018/2019 accounting education study program. The results showed that 38% of collegestudents had low psychological well-being, 46% of college students had medium psychological wellbeing and 16% of the college students had hidgh psychological well-being. The results of this researchcan be used by counselors to improve psychological well-being with guidance or counseling technique.
