Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPS peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 37 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 37 Medan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali dapat diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata Post-test kelas eksperimen 74,84375 dengan standar deviasi 9,877016 setelah diberikan perlakuan. Dari hasil melalui uji t satu pihak untuk data Post-test kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol untuk ? = 0,05 dan dk = 62 diperoleh = 4,3378 = 1,669, dengan > . Maka ditolak dan sebaliknya diterima. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran Blended Learning terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VIII, hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada hasil belajar Pretest dan Post-test siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran Blended Learning.

Abstract

Today the success of an organization cannot be separated from the ability of members to be involved in the management of every component of the organization. This ability can be successful when the performance of members of the organization can be achieved. Many factors can support the success of this performance. Every organization has an organizational culture and work discipline that is expected to support the organization in improving employee performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate culture and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of SAMSAT Pematangsiantar, totaling 43 employees. The analysis results found that the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and employee performance have valid and reliable criteria and have average distribution results. Then corporate culture and work discipline can explain employee performance variables by 54% with a substantial correlation coefficient value. The results of the hypothesis found that organizational culture and work discipline have a partial influence on employee performance; for the simultaneous test results that corporate culture and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, the results of the greatest influence on work discipline variables. This indicates that work discipline is the most critical factor in supporting employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Kelas VIII selama Pandemi Covid-19 Di SMP Tri Jaya Medan.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitaf. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling (sampel acak sederhana) yaitu pengambilan sampel acak sederhana memberi kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk menjadi sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan nomor undian. Pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelas dimana cara pemilihan sampelnya dilakukan dengan cara,peneliti memberikan kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap siswa untuk menjadi sampel penelitian dengan cara menggunakan nomor undian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin belajar dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Tri Jaya Medan.Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,230 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap variabel Y sebesar 23,0% sedangkan 20,6% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the snowball throwing cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in social studies class VII at Teladan Private Middle School Pematang Siantar T.A 2022/2023. The study used a quasi-experimental method (quasi-experimental) with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This design consists of two stages, namely pretest and posttest. The sample in the study in class VII was 22 students and VII-2 was 22 students. The research instrument used was the learning achievement test. From the results of the analysis carried out in the experimental class with an average pretest score of 49.95 and a posttest of 70.68. While in the control class with an average pretest score of 50.23 and a posttest average score of 52.73. The results of testing the hypothesis using an independent sample t-test obtained tcount 4.941 > ttable 1.684 and a significance of 0.000 <0.005 so that it can be concluded that student learning outcomes are taught using the snowball throwing cooperative learning model which is influential and well used in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning interest and peer environment on students’ learning outcomes in Social Studies subjects for seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar. The background of this study is based on the low student learning outcomes, as indicated by the large number of students who have not achieved the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The factors assumed to influence learning outcomes in this study are learning interest and peer environment. This study used a quantitative method with an explanatory survey approach. The population in this study consisted of all seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar, totaling 158 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling, resulting in a sample of 113 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The research instruments were tested using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis techniques included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test (R²). The results of the study showed that: (1) learning interest had a positive and significant influence on students’ learning outcomes, proven by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 7.489; (2) peer environment had a positive and significant influence on students’ learning outcomes, proven by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 4.371; and (3) learning interest and peer environment simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on students’ learning outcomes, proven by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 72.040. The coefficient of determination test (R²) showed a value of 0.567 or 56.7%, which means that learning interest and peer environment contributed 56.7% to students’ learning outcomes, while the remaining 43.3% was influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning interest and peer environment have a positive and significant influence on students’ learning outcomes in Social Studies subjects for seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
