Abstract

Ujian akhir semester selama ini merupakan salah satu momok yang menakutkan bagi para peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dengan semakin meningkatnya tekanan (stress) yang dialami oleh para peserta didik menjelang dilaksanakannya ujian akhir semester di setiap sekolah. Peningkatan stress pada peserta didik ini menjadi salah satu penyebab tidak optimalnya nilai hasil ujian akhir semester para peserta didik yang berakibat lebih lanjut pada tidak optimalnya nilai prestasi belajar sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan peserta didik tersebut pada jenjang sekolah yang lebih tinggi. Untuk menurunkan tingkat stress ini, maka paradigma ujian akhir semester harus diubah agar ujian menjadi lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan Interactive and smart test yang direncanakan akan dilaksanakan sebagi program workshop dan pelatihan di MGMP IPA MTs di lingkungan LP Maarif Kudus. Smart test yang interaktif ini diharapkan menghilangkan ketakutan para peserta didik sehingga ujian akan menjadi lebih menarik dan menyenangkan dan pada gilirannya akan mampu meningkatkan nilai prestasi hasil belajar peserta didik. Dengan adanya penambahan dan peningkatan kemampuan ini bagi para guru dapat membuat smart test berbasis TIK secara mandiri baik secara offline maupun online. Kata Kunci: Smart test, peserta didik, interactive test, ujian.

Abstract

Angkringan atau merupakan sebuah istilah yang berasal dari Bahasa jawa yaitu angkring, angkring berarti alat dan tempat jualan makanan keliling yang dipikul serta terbentuk melengkung ke atas, yang biasa diliat di berabagai jalan di Indonesia Sebuah usaha kecil yang biasa dijalankan oleh masyarakat setempat untuk mendapatkan nafkah. Pada masa pandemic dimana banyak sekali perusahaan atau umkm yang tutup karena dampak covid-19. Maka dari itu munculah ide untuk membuat sebuah sistem penitipan barang ke sebuah tempat dimana usaha tersebut tidak membutuhkan banyak biaya. Pelaku usaha pada era sekarang ingin mempermudah penggunaan teknologi semaksimal mungkin, dimana pelaku usaha bisa mengatur atau memenejemen data angkringan, data barang, data penitipan, data penarikan lalu terdapat detail laporan. sistem ini dibangun menggunakan aplikasi Android Studio dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan mendukung LBS (Location Based Service) sebagai titik pemetaan tempat angkringan yang ingin dituju dan GPS (Global Positioning System).

Abstract

Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic requires special and more intense attention for an educator, especially variations in the use of learning technology. The purpose of this activity is to assist teachers in the development of learning media based on the Canva application. The stages of this activity include the initial analysis stage (field conditions), introduction to the Canva application, identification of materials, and product preparation. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The product that has been developed by the SD 3 Wergu Wetan teacher is validated by an expert to see the suitability of the material content, level suitability, design completeness, media design feasibility, and attractiveness. Based on the results of expert validation, a score of 87.9 percent was obtained with a very suitable category for use. From the results of this validation, , it is used as a basis by the teacher to then carry out the recording stages of learning with the help of this Canva application and upload it to the youtube platform as a means of explaining material to support online learning to students at SD 3 Wergu Wetan.

Abstract

There are two main things in forming an optimal stock portfolio: stock selection and stock weight determination. This study aims to determine the performance of an optimal portfolio formed using ANN as a stock selection method and MVEP (Mean-Variance Efficient Portfolio) and CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model) to determine stock weights. In addition, it is also necessary to determine the characteristics of the stocks formed in the portfolio. The criteria for stock selection are choosing stocks predicted to have maximum mean returns with minimal risk. This research uses data from 10 stocks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The forecasting results state that ANN can be used to predict stock prices to get a picture of stock prices in the future. Based on the calculation results, BMRI, TLKM, ASII, TPIA, and BBNI stocks were selected to form a stock portfolio. The MVEP and CAPM methods produce stock weights with different characteristics. The MVEP method gives the most significant weight to stocks that have the largest predicted mean return but experience changes in accuracy categories. The CAPM method gives the most significant weight to stocks with less risk than other stocks and has the smallest MAPE value. Empirically, ANN can be used to select stocks to form a portfolio. Stock price predictions with the most significant mean return and small risk can be used as a reference when forming a portfolio using the MVEP and CAPM methods.

Abstract

Salah satu fungsi e-commerce adalah memungkinkan layanan pemasaran dan penjualan dapat dilakukan secara online di internet. Dengan e-commerce, pembeli dapat dengan mudah melihat produk unggulan dan bertransaksi sesuai dengan produk secara elektornik yang dipilihnya kapan dan dimana saja. Namun para pelaku UKM yang memiliki kemampuan dan fasilitas masih banyak yang belum memanfaatkan e-commerce secara optimal, yang berdampak pada kurang majunya perkembangan usahanya. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi e-commerce oleh UKM dengan model UTAUT di Padurenan – Kabupaten Kudus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi e-commerce belum efektif dikarenakan UKM belum memiliki niat dan keyakinan yang tinggi terhadap manfaat penggunaan e-commerce; kurangnya faktor pengaruh sosial dari komunitas sesama UKM; serta kurangnya dukungan fasilitas baik sarana maupun prasarana dan tenaga ahli dari pihak pembina UKM terkait.

Abstract

Pelayanan kepada pelanggan adalah salah satu tujuan bisnis setiap perusahaan dalam upayanya memberikan kepuasan kepada para pelanggannya. Untuk mengintegrasikan seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dari semua divisi yang terkait baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, Perusahaan X sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang TI telah mengimplementasikan sistem CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Implementasi CRM tersebut bertujuan untuk mensinergikan kegiatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan agar tidak saling tumpang tindih dan dapat terkoordinasi dengan baik. Untuk mendukung kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan penggunaan sistem CRM, penelitian ini mengkaji penerimaan pengguna sistem CRM di antara semua karyawan dalam divisi terkait di dalam perusahaan yang berjumlah 141 orang, menggunakan Model TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) yang dimodifikasi, yaitu tanpa melibatkan variabel eksternal. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerimaan pengguna berdasarkan empat variabel penyusun Model TAM, yaitu Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Behavioral Intention (BI), dan Actual Use (AU). Studi membuktikan bahwa diperoleh pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel – variabel penyusunnya, yaitu PEOU terhadap PU dan BI, PU terhadap BI, serta BI terhadap AU dengan nilai pengaruh masing – masing adalah 0,43; 0,67; 0,58; dan 0,77. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerimaan pengguna CRM sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor manfaat, kemudahan, serta perilaku karyawan dalam menggunakannya.

Abstract

Background: Mobile social commerce is a collection of e-commerce activities accessed via mobile devices and supported by users actively engaging in commercial activities on social media. As a country with a substantial number of social media users, Indonesia has sufficient opportunities to implement mobile social commerce as application for online shopping. Objective: This study aimed to identify the factors influencing the use of mobile social commerce for online shopping, using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). In this context, some variables were excluded, namely user behavior, price value, and moderating variables (age, gender, and experience). Additional variables considered included price saving orientation (PSO), privacy concerns (PC), social commerce construct (SCC), social support (SS), and trust (TR). Methods: Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents who had used mobile social commerce for shopping, resulting in 320 collected responses. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through SmartPLS 3.3.3 application. Results: The results showed that among the 17 proposed hypotheses, 6 were rejected, while 11 were accepted. Conclusion: In conclusion, the factors influencing the use of mobile social commerce consisted of effort expectancy, habit, hedonic motivation, SCC, SS, and PC. Therefore, future studies should concentrate on exploring the continued intention of users towards mobile social commerce application.   Keywords: Mobile Social Commerce, Privacy Concern, Social Construct, Social Support, UTAUT

Abstract

This study aims to improve the performance of attack detection on the Bot-IoT dataset that faces class imbalance. The method used involves developing a feature selection model based on the Pearson correlation coefficient between features, with an adaptive threshold applied. The datasets used consist of two types: D1, with the 10 best features, and D2, with all features. The oversampling technique is applied to the minority class, followed by calculating feature correlations to determine the best feature using a threshold based on the average of the highest and lowest correlations. The feature selection process is carried out iteratively, with performance testing across several machine learning algorithms, including KNN, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and SVM. The results show that the proposed feature selection method can improve the performance of the minority class without sacrificing the majority class's performance. On the D1 dataset, the Random Forest algorithm achieved 96% accuracy, while KNN achieved 93%. On the D2 dataset, KNN achieved balanced performance, with average precision, recall, and F1-score of 0.99 for both classes, while Random Forest achieved lower results on the minority class. The implications of this study indicate that correlation-based feature selection can improve attack detection performance on datasets with high class imbalance, and it can be implemented in future studies to address similar problems in IoT-based intrusion detection systems.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture is implementing online learning as a learning method of choice during this pandemic. The obstacle that is often faced in terms of teaching media is the inadequate specification of a computer or laptop for online learning, especially in terms of operating systems that do not match the specifications of a computer or laptop. The objective of this community service is to increase the ability of educators and the general public to optimize the Windows 10 operating system on a computer or laptop with minimal specifications. This community service was carried out by organize an online training using Zoom. The result shows that online training participants are able to optimize Windows 10 on their respective hardware. This shows that the participants already understand how to optimize Windows 10 in the minimum computer or laptop specifications.
