Abstract

Accumulation of the number of patient queues at the Pukesmas Pembantu (Pustu) Dauh Puri. This is due to fewer service facilities compared to the number of requests so that the time used by patients in the queue becomes unsystematic. The registration process and ordering queue numbers are still done manually without implementing a wireless system with a button keypad, where the manual queue machine has been printed first, first taken by the patient. Come to the puskesmas first to be able to take the queue number, then wait for registration by being called by the puskesmas officer without using an automatic dialing machine that is integrated with the queue machine so that patients have to wait their turn to be called in to get services from doctors in the absence of a seven segment display for petrified showing the last queue number and the registration counter to be addressed by the patient. The method that will be used in making this tool is a method of discussion and workshop-based tool work. The stages of the activity will be as follows: First, the proposer will provide the basic concept of the importance of digital technology knowledge. Second, the proposer will assemble the tools according to the distribution of the criteria for patients and clinics. Third, the proposer will provide training on the use of tools already using a wireless system. Fourth, if the PkM activity is about to end, a questionnaire will be distributed as an evaluation material in the activity. The solution that will be carried out is to overcome the services of elderly, general and toddler patients, namely the service of making a wireless-based queue number machine by installing an installation system, providing training to community health workers regarding the running and maintenance process.

Abstract

The digital technology revolution on social media has occurred and is gradually changing consumer behavior and expectations. Currently, social media is used by various business units as a communication media strategy. Hence, social media as a set of online media platforms provides new ways not only for individuals but also for business-oriented organizations to promote and communicate their values ​​with their audience. The development of the industrial sector in the province of Bali, amounting to 8.15%, is the textile and clothing industry. The large number of business actors in the textile and clothing industry cannot be denied from the large market demand for textile and apparel products, one of which is endek cloth. In this regard, this research has a strategic role in identifying the important role of quality social media in enhancing the brand image of Galeri Bhumimi in the digital era, and intends to empower MSMEs to utilize digital channels effectively to enhance brand image. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used path analysis and the SPSS Version 22 application. The results showed that the quality of social media had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. The quality of social media has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Based on the results of the Sobel test the mediating effect, the brand awareness variable does not mediate between the quality of social media and brand image.

Abstract

BUPDA atau Baga Utsaha Padruwen Desa Adat adalah badan usaha milik desa adat, yang dikelola dan diperuntukkan untuk menyejahterakan masyarakat desa. Desa Bangbang terletak diwilayah Kecamatan Tembuku, Kabupaten Bangli, Provinsi Bali yang masih sangat menjunjung tinggi asas gotong royong dan kekeluargaan. BUPDA Bangbang memberi pelayanan jasa selip (penggilingan padi) dan grosir toko klontong. Masyarakat dapat menggunakan fasilitas selip (proses pelepasan kulit ari beras) dan tempat menjemur gabah (bulir padi yang terbungkus oleh sekam) hanya dengan menyisihkan sebagian kecil dari hasil panen untuk BUPDA, atau hanya mengganti biaya bahan bakar mesin tanpa dikenakan biaya tambahan lain. Hal ini sangat membantu warga dalam mengolah hasil panen. Selain itu BUPDA menjalankan usaha grosir berbagai keperluan pokok sehari-hari dan keperluan upacara adat secara grosir, yang nantinya akan dijual ecer oleh warga. Maka hal ini akan menjadi peluang usaha bagi masyarakat setempat yang membuka warung dan sejenisnya. Namun dalam BUPDA belum didukung oleh sistem pencatatan berbasis IT, sedangkan masih secara manual. PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pendampingan penyusunan pencatatan akuntansi memanfaatkan IT (informasi dan teknologi), serta aspek perpajakan. Agar nantinya BUPDA dapat menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan (SAK), memenuhi seluruh kewajiban terkait pajak, serta memanfaatkan IT untuk me-manage usaha dengan baik dan efisien. Pelaksanaan PkM melibatkan prebekel, prajuru adat, bagian administrasi, serta pembantu umum di BUPDA. Terdapat dua mitra yang terlibat, yaitu Prebekel Desa Bangbang dan Kantor Konsultan Pajak Rajawali Consulting. PkM dapat dijalankan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan.
