This research aims to find out how the implementation of Good Governance in Village Development uses the principles of Good Governance, namely the Principles of Accountability, Transparency, Participation and Responsiveness in the Tri Mulya Village Government, Poso Pesisir Utara SubDistrict, Poso Regency, and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of the Principles of Accountability, Transparency, Participation and Responsiveness. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques are interviews and observations. The technique of data analyzed based on a qualitative problem formulation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Principles of Good Governance in Development, especially the Principle of Participation, is not yet optimal. This is influenced by the lack of human resources in the Tri Mulya village community's attitude of not wanting to know, not needing to know about information and development activities. The lack of maximum skill or expertise of Village officials needs to be further improved, and in the principle of transparency there is a lack of supporting facilities which results in the community not knowing enough information, because only at the village office the community can see information, this needs to be improved, such as making information boards in each RT.
