Regional economic development efforts are an important part to achieve the success of national development which can be measured by increasing economic growth. So that there is a need for research to find out the obstacles that hinder economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of unemployment and poverty rates on economic growth in Sidoarjo Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data processed is secondary data in the form of time series with a time span of 2010-2020. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that partially, the unemployment rate has a significant negative effect and the poverty rate has a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the unemployment rate and poverty rate affect economic growth in Sidoarjo Regency.

In the process of sustainable economic development, several factors are supported, including government spending, investment and labor. The research carried out has the aim of understanding economic growth in East Java caused by government spending, investment and labor in 2011 to 2019. In the research conducted, the method used as an analytical tool is descriptive quantitative with a regression model. The research conducted shows the results, namely 1.) Government spending has a partial influence on economic growth in the province of East Java. 2.) Investment does not have a partial effect, but the regression coefficient is positive, which means that every investment that enters will indirectly have a positive impact on economic growth in East Java Province. 3.) Labor has a significant influence on economic growth partially. 4.) The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.918, which means that the influence of the three independent variables simultaneously contributes to economic growth of 91.8% and the remaining 8.2% is influenced by variables outside the equation model.

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage, and unemployment on poverty levels. The data used at the time of this research is secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies, namely BPS in Lamongan Regency with a quarterly period from 2010 to 2020. The data analysis method used for this research is multiple linear regression model with the help of software eviews 10. The results of the study show that the variables of economic growth, minimum wage, and unemployment have a significant positive effect on poverty. In partial terms, the variables of economic growth, and the minimum wage have a significant negative effect on poverty. But the unemployment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty.

Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan guna mengidentifikasi pengaruh promo tanggal istimewa pada penentuan keputusan untuk membeli di e-commerce Shopee terhadap mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif . Dalam pemilihan sampel penelitian dengan metode purposive sampling sesuai dengan rumus slovin berjumlah sebanyak 90 mahasiswa. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu promo tanggal istimewa memberi pengaruh signifikan pada penentuan keputusan untuk membeli yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya di E-Commerce Shopee.Adapun saran dari peneliti yaitu dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa promo tanggal istimewa memberikan pengaruh pada penentuan keputusan untuk membeli produk kebutuhan yang ditawarkan secara online pada E-Commerce Shopee. Sehingga peneliti menyarankan agar E-Commerce Shopee terus memberikan promosi tanggal istimewa sehingga dapat menarik minat konsumen dan membuat keputusan pembelian.

This study tries to find out how education, unemployment, and population influence poverty in East Java province. This information is taken from BPS publications for 2018–2021. The panel data regression analysis of this study resulted in the finding that poverty (KM) is not affected by a portion of the population (JP). Poverty (KM) is significantly increased by unemployment (PG). Poverty is significantly influenced by education (KM). While population, unemployment, and education all work together to affect poverty. Unemployment is a macroeconomic problem that is still a concern and discussion of the government. Unemployment is a problem in the economy that can disrupt the development process. This study aims to analyze the effect of education level and population on unemployment rate in East Java Province 2017-2021. This study uses a multiple linear regression research from method with panel data and uses estimation technical fixed effect model. Testing data using E-Views 12 and obtained results that the level of education and population partially had a positive and significant effect on unemployment rate. The level of education and population simultaneously have a significant effect on unemployment rate.

A tourist village is a location or settlement that offers a tourism experience focusing on culture, nature, or local heritage. One example of a tourist village in Lombok is Sukarara Village, renowned for its traditional weaving industry and traditional Sasak houses. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the potential of Sukarara Village in developing the traditional industry sector and cultural tourism, with a focus on implementing interventions that support economic growth and cultural preservation. The findings reveal that Sukarara Village has significant potential in the traditional industry, particularly in the production of woven fabrics, and offers significant attractions for tourism with its traditional Sasak houses. The results uncover that women in this village play a crucial role in the weaving industry, and collaboration among local stakeholders has contributed to supporting the village's economic growth. The conclusion of this study is that Sukarara Village possesses a substantial economic potential that can be enhanced through synergy between traditional industry and cultural tourism. With effective interventions such as digital promotion and collaboration with tour guide agencies or major events, the village can maximize its economic potential and preserve its culture. Collaboration among various stakeholders, including local government, artisans, tourism professionals, and the village community, is the key to achieving this goal.

This research is motivated by fluctuations in Lamongan Regency's Original Regional Income (PAD), which often does not reach targets, high dependence on Balancing Funds, and the impact of the pandemic on the regional economy. This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of PAD and Balancing Funds in implementing the APBD, as well as analyzing the magnitude of their contribution to the total APBD of Lamongan Regency. Using quantitative descriptive methods with secondary data from the APBD Realization Report for the 2019-2023 period, the research results show that the effectiveness of PAD reached an average of 103.91% (very effective) and the Balancing Fund was 96.95% (effective). However, PAD's contribution to the APBD is still low with an average of 16.63%, while the Balancing Fund contributes significantly at 55.72%. This condition indicates the need to increase regional fiscal independence even though the level of effectiveness of financial management is already good.

Introduction: Forests have an important role in meeting the needs of human life. In addition to having benefits for life, forests also have many benefits, one of which is benefits in the economic sector. Development in the forestry sector is directed at optimal and sustainable utilization of forest resources and strives to improve the welfare of people's lives. Utilization of forest resources, especially timber forest products to be used as sawn timber. sawn timber is semi-finished goods because it will be further processed into other products, for example, sawn products are processed into molding products, flooring furniture, and others that are specific. This study aims to determine the financial aspects of sawn timber processing at Buana Alam Trading Business. This research was conducted for two months from March 2023 to April 2023, which took place at the Buana Alam Trade Business in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Method: This research uses a purposive sampling method at the location and 1 respondent, namely the leader or business owner as a research sample. This research calculates business finances for 13 years of operation. Results and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that the financial analysis of the sawn timber business obtained an NPV value of Rp. 389,806,900, BCR 2.09 and IRR 22.9% of the Buana Alam Trading Business shows a positive value, so that the Buana Alam Trading Business is feasible to continue and based on the results of business financial analysis using NPV calculations, the Buana Alam Business is feasible to continue. Conclusion: The results of the financial analysis of the sawn timber business for 13 years of operation obtained an NPV value of Rp. 389,806,900, BCR 2.09, and IRR 22.9%. Based on the results of research using financial analysis, the Buana Alam trade business in Palu City is feasible to continue.
