Abstract

This study is an evaluative program with reference to the Logical Framework Analysis evaluation model with a focus on the situation, input, output, outcome and impact. The research was conducted in 2016 at Pondok Bambu Jakarta Timur. The subjects in the study includes participants of Women School for Peace the families, facilitators, and stakeholders both from government and community leaders to see the change of situation, individual transformation of participants, relational, structural and cultural element in the community. Data collected through observation, deep interviews, and documentation analysis. Data analysis technique used the descriptive data analysis to interpret the data from every aspect that was evaluated, then compared with predefined criteria. The results of evaluation show that there were situation had changed from disharmony community where previously they don`t care each other to community who aware with their social problems. The social cohesion among community members and the recognition of women leadership are the main indicators of the achievement. While the input aspect that includes participants, facilitators and modules, how they support the processes of learning. The program output shows significant change on participants individual transformation that reveal their capacity as new female leader as well as the peace agent. The outcome aspect shows that the relational transformation occurred between the participants and the spouse, the family and the surrounding community that indicated by having better communication. The impact of the program as measured by structural and cultural transformation reveals that the program contributes to the emerging peace-building policies and cultures. The Women's School for Peace program has demonstrated a comprehensive effort in the conflict transformation. Abstract

There are many media that can be used for home learning for an educator, it becomes a solution for online learning. That is to use the learning media for an educator for the learning process. In the current situation, a teacher is led to be more creative in learning activities so that students remain passionate in learning activities even if they are carried out remotely. During the current pandemic, teachers still use learning evaluation techniques that tend to be monotonous and conventional, namely assignments through student worksheets that are then photographed sent through the teacher's WhatsApp platform. But it turns out that very few students who work on the evaluation of the learning given, so it has an impact on the empty grades of students. Therefore, the author wants to know the use of google form application as a medium of evaluation on the subjects of grade IX moral beliefs in MTs Al-I'anah Kosambi. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach because it shows a description of the phenomenon of the response of teachers and students to the use of Google Form as a medium of evaluation of the learning of Akhlak Religious subjects in MTs Al-I'anah Kosambi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage, and unemployment on poverty levels. The data used at the time of this research is secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies, namely BPS in Lamongan Regency with a quarterly period from 2010 to 2020. The data analysis method used for this research is multiple linear regression model with the help of software eviews 10. The results of the study show that the variables of economic growth, minimum wage, and unemployment have a significant positive effect on poverty. In partial terms, the variables of economic growth, and the minimum wage have a significant negative effect on poverty. But the unemployment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty.

Abstract

This research aims to know what factors will affect achievement student who study with boarding school system, by “using binary logistic regression method”, this method used for determining opportunities students who will obtain scores below then 7,5, furthermore can be used for analyze element which can be affect for student performance both internal factors although external factors. Internal factors came from oneself whereas external factors came from surroundings students such as, neighborhood, school, or family. Population on this research taken from student who study in Al-Kautsar Islamic boarding school in the school year from 2021 until 2022. This research used method by survey to Pondok Pesantren Al-Kautsar boarding school and giving them questionnaire paper to each student. The questionnaire contains X variable which is a factor that will be affected to learning achievement with independent variable parent’s education, duration of study, how many memorizations, sequence of family member, student status, intension of parents visiting, gender, and the last is student allowance. And for Y variable with data retrieval directly with responsible teacher. Software that used in this research is SPSS, classification determination model is 76,9% this results obtained with “Binary Logistic Regression”

Abstract

Memiliki tingkat Self Efficacy yang tinggi adalah sebuah keharusan seorang siswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan, yang mana kesehariannya akan dihadapkan dengan berbagai situasi dan tantangan. Untuk meningkatkan self efficacy siswa diperlukan pendekatan dan penerapan teknik yang tepat untuk meningkatkan self efficacy siswa. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan. pendekatan REBTdengan teknik modeling. Karena REBT merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam konseling yang berorientasi pada perubahan pemikiran yang irasional menjadi rasional dan teknik modeling merupakan salah satu teknik yang ada dalam pendekatan ini. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, rumusan masalah secara umum dalam penelitian ini adalah, Apakah teknik modeling dengan pendekatan REBT efektif untuk meningkatkan self efficacy siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Ma’arif NU Kencong tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan desain One Group Pretest Posttest Design, dengan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 15 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi Angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0 dengan hasil analisis yaitu, Pertama variabel Y diperoleh hasil t hitung 4.668 dan nilai sig. 0,000, Kedua Subvariabel Yı diperoleh hasil t hitung 3.724 dan nilai sig. 0,002, Ketiga Sub variabel Y₂ diperoleh hasil t hitung 3.495 dan nilai sig. 0,004, Keempat Sub variabel Y₃ diperoleh hasil t hitung 5.496 dan nilai sig.0,000. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hₐ diterima, artinya Pertama Teknik modeling dengan pendekatan REBT efektif untuk meningkatkan self efficacy siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Ma’arif NU Kencong tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Transisi anak dari PAUD ke SD merupakan periode krusial dalam perkembangan pendidikan anak. Lingkungan belajar yang disediakan selama fase ini memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung adaptasi, perkembangan sosial emosional dan keterampilan akademik. Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah mengeksplorasi peran lingkungan dalam masa transisi PAUD ke SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Systematic Literature Review. Tinjauan literature review mendeksripsikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana lingkungan dapat ditingkatkan untuk mendukung transisi dan perkembangan holistik anak dari fase PAUD ke SD. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa data tematik untuk menyusun, menganalisis dan menyimpulkan pembahasan dengan kata kunci peran lingkungan, transisi paud ke sd, dan teori ekologi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa lingkungan yang dirancang dengan baik dapat membuat pengalaman belajar anak dengan optimal, merangsang minat belajar, dan mengembangkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Kesimpulannya adalah efektifitas lingkungan dan adaptasi diperlukan untuk menawarkan pemahaman secara mendalam tentang meningkatkan kualitas transisi anak daro PAUD ke SD dari lingkungan anak.

Abstract

With increasing global competition and rapid technological advancements, sharia businesses face the challenge of achieving sustainability while maintaining a competitive advantage in accordance with Islamic principles. This study aims to examine how the application of strategic management in sharia businesses can support sustainability and market differentiation based on ethical values. The research method used in this study is a literature review, analyzing various academic sources related to business strategy, sustainability, and Islamic economic principles. The findings indicate that effective strategic management, when properly implemented through the processes of formulation, execution, and evaluation, can help business practitioners adapt to changes in both the internal and external environments. In sharia businesses, strategies should be rooted in values such as honesty, trustworthiness, and social responsibility. These values not only serve as moral guidelines but can also enhance customer loyalty and provide a competitive edge. Furthermore, the adoption of digital technology and promotional strategies aligned with Islamic values has been shown to broaden market reach and improve operational efficiency. SWOT analysis is also employed as a tool to inform relevant and strategic decision-making. Therefore, the application of strategic management in accordance with Islamic values can effectively create businesses that are not only competitive but also sustainable and beneficial to society.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the relevance and implementation of Islamic economic principles within the context of a contemporary economic system dominated by capitalist paradigms. The background of this research stems from the global reality marked by wealth distribution inequality, moral crises in business, and social injustices resulting from profit-oriented economic systems. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, analyzing scholarly works, official institutional reports, and academic studies related to Islamic economics and modern economic challenges. The findings indicate that Islamic economic principles such as social justice, equitable wealth distribution, and the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (excessive uncertainty), and maysir (gambling) hold strong applicative value in addressing various contemporary economic issues. Concrete implementations of these principles can be observed in the development of Islamic financial systems, digital zakat (almsgiving), productive waqf (endowments), and increasingly innovative and technology-responsive Islamic banking services. The discussion also reveals that Islamic economics can serve as an ethical and sustainable alternative to capitalism and socialism, particularly in terms of distributive justice and economic stability. Despite facing challenges in literacy, regulation, and technological infrastructure, Islamic economics has significant growth potential through collaboration among academics, practitioners, and policymakers. The conclusion of this study affirms that Islamic economic principles can serve as a transformative solution for the global economic system if applied adaptively, innovatively, and inclusively.
