Abstract

Abstract: The expected end result of this research is There is influence of applying PQ4R learning strategy to result of student learning. This type of research is experimental using a form of pre-experimental premises of One Group Pretest and posttest research design. Duration of research for 4 meeting with research subject 22 students of class 5th SDN 4 Madong Keranjik. This research uses the instrumental technique used in this research that is the observation sheet technique of RPP implementation and test technique by using Pretest and posttest. Technique date analysis using linear test and t-test. Based on the results obtained data that is the average value of Pretest test results 48.63 while the average posttes 79.54. Value thitung 18.2047 ttable 2.0796. The increase of thitung with ttabel shows significant difference between student's value before and after implementation of PQ4R strategy. so, it can be concluded there is influence of application of PQ4R learning strategy to student learning outcomes on science subjectsKeywords: PQ4R Learning Strategies, Learning OutcomesAbstrak: Tujuan akhir yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh penerapan strategi pembelajaran PQ4R terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen  menggunakan bentuk dari pra-eksperimental  dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest and posttes. Treatmen penelitian selama 4 kali pertemuan dengan subjek penelitian 22 siswa kelas V SDN 4 Madong Keranjik. Teknik dan intrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi dengan menggunakan lembar keterlaksanaan RPP dan teknik test dengan menggunakan soal pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji linearitas dan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data yaitu nilai rata-rata hasil ujian pretest 48.63 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest 79.54. Nilai thitung 18.20 ttabel 2.07. Perbandingan thitung dengan ttabel menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh penerapan strategi pembelajaran PQ4R terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA Kata Kunci: Strategi Pembelajaran PQ4R, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The formation of a learning experience is a provision to become a professional teaching candidate. The purpose of this study is to discriminate between student preparation and student stabilization in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) in implementing the MBKM Intern Education Program to maximize student experience strengthening programs. This research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of this study were students of the STKIP Melawi PGSD Study Program, MBKM Educational Internship Participants. This research instrument uses Interview Sheets and Questionnaire Sheets. Data Analysis Using Data Triangulation. The results of the study show that the MBKM Internship Education program has a significant impact by optimizing several preparations that must be carried out. the results of the interviews show that the internship program can foster students' ability to train professionalism in teaching practice. This was corroborated by the results of the questionnaire showing the satisfaction and implementation of the MBKM educational internship program by students participating in educational internships. The conclusion is that strengthening teaching practice safeguards by training professionals in teaching helps in the readiness and stabilization of teaching in the classroom through the Optimization of the MBKM Educational Internship Program.

Abstract

The Training on Writing RPP (Lesson Plan) Based on HOTs (Higher Order Thinking Skills) Integrated with Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students is a program designed to enhance the competencies of students in the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) at STKIP Melawi. This training aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to develop RPPs that promote higher-order thinking skills while integrating the values of Pancasila into the teaching and learning process. The training covers the concepts and principles of RPP based on HOTs, the identification of learning objectives related to HOTs, the development of teaching strategies that support HOTs, the assessment of HOTs achievement, and the integration of the Pancasila student profile in RPPs. Participants will learn how to identify and formulate learning objectives that are relevant to HOTs and select appropriate teaching strategies to develop students' higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, participants will learn how to integrate the values of Pancasila into various aspects of RPPs, such as learning objectives, teaching strategies, achievement indicators, assessment methods, and learning activities. The training also addresses assessment methods that can be used to evaluate the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile during the teaching and learning process. It is expected that this training will provide significant benefits to PGSD students at STKIP Melawi. Students will gain a better understanding of RPP based on HOTs and how to develop students' higher-order thinking skills. Additionally, they will be able to integrate the values of Pancasila into their teaching practices, contributing to the development of students' character and fostering integrity and responsibility. Through this training, students are expected to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in their teaching practices. Through community engagement, they can make tangible contributions to improving the quality of education in schools and strengthen the understanding and practice of Pancasila values in society.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the local wisdom values embedded in the folk stories of Melawi Regency's community and how these values can contribute to strengthening the national character education for students of the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) at the Teachers College of Melawi (STKIP Melawi). The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research sample encompasses traditional community stories that are still preserved by the people of Melawi Regency. The gathered data is analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify the local wisdom values present in the stories. The findings reveal that the folk stories of Melawi Regency's community contain various local wisdom values, such as moral values, ethics, solidarity, honesty, and respect for nature and fellow human beings. These values hold significant potential for reinforcing the national character education for PGSD students at STKIP Melawi. The integration of local wisdom values into the PGSD curriculum can be achieved through the development of learning modules, extracurricular activities, and field experiences that allow students to delve into and practice these values in their daily lives. Thus, PGSD students will be able to become agents of change who are capable of embodying and teaching local wisdom values to the younger generation through formal education in primary schools
