Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Belum adanya suatu pengukuran terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran hybrid terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa. Bagaimana memberikan masukan serta perbaikan jika ditemukan masalah pada pembelajaran hybrid terhadap proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai beriku Mengukur dan mengkaji permasalahan dan efektifitas pembelajaran hybrid terhadap mahasiswa UNIKI. Mengukur keberhasilan pembelajaran hybrid terhadap mahasiswa dan dosen. Memberikan suatu solusi dan masukan jika ditemukan permasalahan terhadap pembelajaran hybrid pada mahasiswa UNIKI. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Dosen dan Mahasiswa UNIKI sebanyak 120 orang. Metode penentuan sample ada penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel untuk penelitian. Data primer, merupakan data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber utamanya dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara oleh peneliti kepada Responden penelitian, dalam hal ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa UNIKI. Data sekunder, diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi dari berbagai tulisan, artikel, jurnal, surat kabar, informasi dari perusahaan maupun internet yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stres kerja yang dilihat dari empat variabel penilaian yaitu Physical Burden, Emotional, Kognitif dan Interpersonal. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Statistik Deskriptif. Analisis ini digunakan sesuai dengan perumusan model dan permasalahan yang ada, selain analisis tersebut pada bab ini akan menyajikan karakteristik responden, pengkategorian variabel penelitian dan pembahasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap stres kerja karyawan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNIKI bahwa nilai indeks stres kerja yang dialami karyawan saat ini adalah 65.20 berada pada kategori sedang berdasarkan beban kerja Physical Burder, Emotional, Kognitif dan Interpersonal. Artinya, karyawan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNIKI cukup memiliki stres kerja namun masih bisa diatasi apabila ada manajemen yang baik

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction with BPJS users at the Kandang Community Health Center, Lhokseumawe City. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a simple linear regression equation model. In this research, the data source used is data from field research. The population in this study were BPJS patients at the Kandang Lhokseumawe City Health Center during the period 2024, totaling 9124 people with BPJS patient status who had visited the Kandang Lhokseumawe Health Center more than once. The sample of respondents in this study was 100. The results of this study concluded that Service Quality has a positive influence on Patient Satisfaction. The results of the hypothesis test show that the calculated t value is 9.361 > the t-table value which is 1.6605, with a significance figure of 0.000 < 0.05 (5%). Thus, rejecting H0 and accepting Ha, which means there is an influence of service quality on patient satisfaction. The resulting simple linear regression model is Y = 6.620 + 0.844 X + e. Analysis of the coefficient of determination in this research with a value of 0.472 (47.2%) for the service quality variable has an influence on Patient Satisfaction (Y) at the Kandang Community Health Center, Lhokseumawe City, while the remaining 100-47.2% = 52.8% is caused by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Anugrah Fajar Rezeki is a palm oil processing company located in Merbau Dua village, Birem Bayeun sub-district, East Aceh Regency. This research focuses on designing a workshop inventory management information system . This research aims to design a system that is integrated with the workshop inventory management information system using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and implementing the ERP system. The conclusion of the research is that this workshop inventory management information system can help the company, where the previous company policy in recording goods management can only be done one by one manually so it takes a long time, after implementing the ERP system the data is easier to input and is immediately updated automatically for real-time goods management so it does not take a long time . In addition, the implementation of this workshop inventory management information system is very helpful in the process of collecting, managing data and making better decisions so as to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and development in operational processes at PT. Anugrah Fajar Rezeki.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is one of the black tea producers in Indonesia that faces bottleneck problems at the drying station, which hinders the smoothness of the production process. This study aims to identify the standard time at each machine and optimize the production process using simulation with the ProModel software. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with primary data collected through direct observation using a stopwatch and secondary data obtained from the company and literature studies. The simulation results indicate bottlenecks occurring at the Two Stage Drier and Packer machines. Improvement proposals include repairing the Two Stage Drier and adding an additional Packer machine. After implementing the improvements, the utility value of the Two Stage Drier decreased from 12.56% to 6.28%, and the Packer machine from 10.22% to 5.11%. This reduction indicates a significant improvement in efficiency and a decrease in bottlenecks. The feasibility analysis shows that the proposed improvements are viable, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp5.654.165.129.951, a payback period of 0.0123 years (approximately 4 day), and a profit in the first year of Rp497.775.900.960. Therefore, production simulation using ProModel has proven effective in improving the company’s production process efficiency.
