Abstract

The rapid spread of Covid-19 has disrupted several aspects of life, especially in the field of education. In order to inhibit the spread of Covid-19, schools are prohibited from conducting face-to-face learning processes in educational units so that learning activities are carried out at home through online learning. The purpose of this study was to see student responses related to learning achievements and online learning assessments during the Covid-19 pandemic at Junior High School 1 Dumai. The research was conducted at Junior High School on October 5 - December 15, 2020. The research method used was a survey. The instrument used is a questionnaire using gogogleform. The results of this study indicate that online learning is considered more difficult for students to understand and related to online learning assessment 43.8% of students like online learning provided by the teacher, 37.5% are ordinary and only 18.8% do not agree with the online learning provided. teacher. The causes of student difficulties in online learning can be caused by several things, including the varied learning styles of children. Students who have an auditory learning style, a model in which a person absorbs information more quickly through what they listen to, find it difficult to learn online, as well as students who have a kinesthetic learning style, students who absorb information through various physical movements. Another obstacle is the slow internet signal and the cost of the quota that must be provided for online learning.

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of education level, learning supervision, work climate, work enthusiasm, managerial ability of the principal and work ethic individually and collectively on the work performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Muara Enim. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the level of education had a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 teachers. Learning Supervision has a significant effect on achievement. Work climate has a significant effect on work performance. Morale has a significant effect on work performance. The Principal's Managerial Ability has a significant effect on work performance. Work Ethics has a significant effect on work performance. Level of education, supervision of learning, work climate, morale, managerial ability of the principal and work ethic have a significant effect on the work performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Muara Enim teachers.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, training, human relations, work ethics and teamwork individually and collectively on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that leadership has a significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. Team work has a significant effect on work productivity. Leadership, training, human relations, work ethics and teamwork have a significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Education and Culture, Mùara Èním Regency. The aim of the study was to analyze how the Implementation of the Control Function in the Employees of the Department of Education and Culture in the Regency of Mùara Èním. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. There are two methods of data collection in this study, namely literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The controls in the Education and Culture Office of Mùara Èním Regency have generally been well implemented, such as: 1). Control over the activities that will be carried out by employees. The process of controlling activities or work programs has been carried out by determining who will carry out these activities and how these activities are carried out and where these activities are carried out. 2). Control over the process of determining the boundaries of what employees will do by determining the expected results. In this control, employees know what limits can be done with the aim of getting results as expected. 3). Control in determining the direction so that all activities run according to the target. In this control, employees in carrying out their activities have directions and goals or objectives that have been determined by the leadership. 4). Control in determining the organizational structure and division of tasks for each employee. Employees are given tasks according to their main duties and functions.

Abstract

PT Bangun Tenera Riau is a company engaged in the processing of oil palm fresh fruit bunches, located in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The problem faced by PT Bangun Tenera Riau is that the company has not maximally utilized the by-products produced in the form of waste. This research aims to improve the production process by selecting alternative solutions to increase and enhance the initial green productivity index value so that productivity can increase and the impact on the environment can be reduced. The method used in this research is the green productivity method. Based on the environmental performance indicator (EPI) calculation, it is known that the value of biological oxygen demand (BOD) liquid waste has a deviation of -0.63% and an EPI value of -0.16 which exceeds the waste quality standard based on Kep-51 / MENLH / 1995 so that it is necessary to improve the quality of waste through alternative solutions. The alternative solution chosen is an anaerobic biogas reactor and rotating biological contactor (RBC) used to improve waste quality and company productivity. The study's results using the green productivity method obtained an average final total productivity of 1.31 with the initial value of the average productivity in each month being 1.17. The productivity value of the company increased by 0.21 with the efficiency of improving the quality of waste by BOD by 96.81% and converting liquid waste into biogas which is beneficial to the community

Abstract

East Aceh is one of the areas producing coconut plants, which have great benefits in everyday human life from the roots and stems to the shoots. Coconut milk is one of the ingredients used to make typical Acehnese food. The problem that exists when squeezing coconut milk is still manually using your hands. Strong force is needed to squeeze the coconut milk to get thick coconut milk, so housewives complain of pain in the upper arms and lower arms, especially the fingers. The research aims to determine the dimensions of the design and ergonomic measurements of the tool. The research method is anthropometry and statistical tests. From the results and discussion, it was obtained that five dimensions were determined, a data adequacy test was carried out with the results of all the data being declared valid, the uniformity test stated that all the data was uniform and all the data was declared to have a normal distribution. The percentiles used are different, where the 95th percentile (P95) is used for the dimensions of the width of the palm (metacarpal) (LTM), and the width of the palm (up to the thumb) (LTB), while the 5th percentile (P5) is used for the dimension of hand length (PT). , forearm length (PLB), upper arm length (PLA). In conclusion, the ergonomic measurements obtained were 15.88 cm for tool handle diameter, 31.03 cm for tool height, 23.60 cm for tool lever length, 10.33 cm for tool handle length, and 10.67cm for tube diameter. Abstract

UKM kopi bubuk gunpas merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dalam pengolahan kopi bubuk di desa Panti tepatnya di Kabupaten Pasaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. UKM kopi bubuk gunpas memproduksi kopi bubuk jenis premium, GP 1 dan GP 2. Perusahaan ini memiliki masalah dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi yang masih menggunakan metode tradisional dianggap kurang tepat karena ada beberapa biaya yang tidak dihitung seperti biaya penyusutan (depresiasi) dan biaya setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi biaya aktivitas produksi menggunakan metode activity-based costing dan untuk menghitung harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode activity-based costing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Activity Based Costing. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh aktivitas produksi dikelompokkan menjadi kegiatan primer dan kegiatan sekunder. Biaya kegiatan primer adalah Rp. 469.055.429 dan kegiatan sekunder Rp. 41.680.000. Hasil perhitungan dari metode Activity Based Costing harga pokok produksi premium Rp. 51.278, GP 1 Rp. 37.797, GP 2 Rp. 38.097. Pendapatan yang didapatkan UKM kopi bubuk gunpas dengan menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing adalah 640.845.246/bulan

Abstract

PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Aceh Tamiang yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan hasil kelapa sawit. Masalah yang dialami adalah banyak limbah yang dikeluarkan dari proses produksi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Menentukan variabel kinerja Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) dan meningkatkan kinerja Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) di PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) adalah salah satu konsep pengukuran kinerja keberlanjutan yang mengitegrasikan aspek-aspek lingkungan ke dalam aliran supply chain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analitycal Hierachy Process (AHP), AHP merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur bobot setiap variabel kinerja Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai variabel kinerja GSCM pada PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang m asuk dalam kategori baik, dimana nilai kinerja GSCM diatas 80. Terdapat 3 KPI yang sebaiknya dilakukan perbaikan yaitu keakuratan peramalan, jumlah kerusakan mesin dan Recycleable waste.

Abstract

In this humanitarian project, Community Service (PKM) is the entrepreneur of Ie Bu Peudah, one of Aceh's typical foods. This product is known as one of the popular foods during Ramadan. The ingredients in this product come from wild plants and spices rich in public health benefits. The problem partners face is market demand for this product in the form of Ie Bu Peudah flour. This is due to the lack of public knowledge regarding technology in the packaging of Ie Bu Peudah flour products. Therefore, this activity aims to provide training related to product packaging. This community service activity is carried out through the community empowerment method which consists of three stages: socialization, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of business actors. The results of this activity show that 90% of the public can understand the packaging of Ie Bu Peudah flour products.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas pelayanan, kedisiplinan petugas pelayanan dan prosedur pelayanan secara sendiri-sendiri dan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Pada Puskesmas Pulau Panggung Semende Darat Laut Kabupaten Muara Enim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan rumus regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian didapat kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas pelayanan, kedisiplinan petugas pelayanan dan prosedur pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Puskesmas Pulau Panggung Semende Darat Laut Kabupaten Muara Enim. Kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas pelayanan, kedisiplinan petugas pelayanan dan prosedur pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Puskesmas Pulau Panggung Semende Darat Laut Kabupaten Muara Enim.
