Abstract

Indonesia has the potential of diverse natural tourism attractions, making Indonesia one of the countries with the leading tourism sector that is famous in the world. Manokwari Regency is one of the areas in Indonesia that has a variety of beautiful natural attractions, the leading tourist attractions in Manokwari is Pasir Putih Beach. The purpose of this research is to find out how the relationship between Attractions, Amenities, and Accessibility offered by tourist attractions has an impact on Tourist Satisfaction in Pasir Putih Beach, Manokwari Regency, West Papua. This research focuses on the study of tourism, especially related to Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility, and Tourist Satisfaction. This research is explanatory, the population in this study is all people or people who have visited Pasir Putih Beach in Manokwari. The sample using a minimum sample amount is 5-10 times the number of statement items contained in the study. The number of question items in this study amounted to 12, so the maximum sample size of this study was 5 x 12 = 60. The process of collecting sample data through open questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study showed Attractions, Amenities, and Accessibility have a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously, where Amenities is the most influential variable to the Satisfaction of White Sand Beach Tourists.

Abstract

Musim yang terjadi sering menjadi permasalahan bagi beberapa kelompok, utamanya kelompok yang menghasilkan produk dengan menggantungkan pengeringan pada matahari. Pembuatan kerupuk samiler yang dilakukan oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani Ngudi Rahayu yang masih mengandalkan panas matahari pada proses pengeringan menjadi masalah ketika musim penghujan. Adanya mesin pengering kerupuk samiler ini menjadi Solusi bagi Kelompok Wanita Tani ketika melakukan proses pengeringan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kuantitas produk kerupuk samiler yang di produksi oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani Ngudi Rahayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan partisipatif, survey, praktik langsung, dan observasi langsung. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi yang dihasilkan oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani, dan juga adanya peningkatan pada omset penjualan. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini adalah berupa: (1) bantuan peralatan mesin pengering samiler; (2) publikasi media massa; (3) publikasi video; (4) publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

Telemedicine has become an important innovation in healthcare services, especially in increasing patient accessibility to medical services. This study aims to analyze patient perceptions and service quality towards the implementation of telemedicine in hospitals. The method used is a comprehensive literature review, by analyzing various academic literature that discusses patient perceptions, dimensions of service quality, and challenges in implementing telemedicine. This study focuses on five dimensions of service quality, namely assurance, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and responsiveness, and how these aspects affect patient experience and satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that patient perceptions of telemedicine are highly dependent on technological fitness, ease of access, and trust in medical personnel who provide consultations. In addition, patients prioritize aspects of data security and diagnostic accuracy, which are key factors in accepting telemedicine as an alternative healthcare service. Although telemedicine provides benefits such as ease of access and time efficiency, this study also found several challenges in its implementation. The gap in digital infrastructure, limited technological literacy among patients, and the need for stronger regulations are the main obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, the development of telemedicine in hospitals must focus on improving service quality, educating patients, and policies that support service desires.
