Abstract

Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk meneliti dan memetakan pemikiran Azyumardi Azra tentang pendidikan Islam, namun memfokuskan kajian pada lembaga pendidikan Islam informal, pesantren. Dalam pandangan Azra, pesantren sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dengan pendidikan nasional telah diakui perannya sebagai agen perubahan sosial. Karenanya, ia dituntut untuk terus memainkan perannya secara proaktif dan dinamis. Kehadirannya diharapkan terus menjadi cahaya pencerah,  membawa perubahan, sekaligus memberi kontribusi berarti bagi perbaikan kehidupan seluruh umat manusia pada umumnya dan umat Islam khususnya. Namun,seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, lebih-lebih di era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini,  pesantren kini menghadapi masalah-masalah (akibat dampak globalisasi) yang tidak kunjung selesai bahkan hingga membenang kusut. Akibatnya, pesantren kini dipandang oleh banyak kalangan (baik dari pengelola pendidikan Islam itu sendiri maupun masyarakat luas) sebagai pendidikan kelas dua (second class). Karena itu, agar pesantren mampu terus memainkan perannya dengan baik, yakni menjadi produsen yang menghasilkan manusia-manusia yang berilmu, berteknologi, berketerampilan tinggi, dan sekaligus beriman dan beramal saleh, ia harus dimodernisasi secara serius sesuai dengan kerangka modernitas. Sebab, mempertahankan pemikiran kelembagaan Islam “tradisional” hanya akan memperpanjang nestapa ketidakberdayaan kaum muslim dalam berhadapan dengan kemajuan dunia modern. This paper intends to examine the Azyumardi Azra thinking about Islamic education and focuses on informal Islamic education institutions, boarding school (Pesantren). In view of Azra, boarding schools as an integral part of national education has been recognized its role as agents of social change. Therefore, they are required to continue their role in a proactive and dynamic way. Theirpresence is expected to bring about change, as well as provide significant contributions to improve the people lives in general and Muslims in particular. However, along with the times, especially in globalization era, boarding schools are facing problems due to the impact of globalization,whichis not finished even to the fibrous tangles. As a result, boarding schools are now regarded by many people(both of the Islamic education manager and the broader community) as a second class education.Therefore, in order to continue its role, i.e. to producehuman beings who have knowledge, technology, highly skilled, devout and do good behave, they must be seriously modernized in accordance with the framework of modernity. In case of maintaining the Islamic "traditional" institutional thinking will only prolong the agony of Muslim helplessness in dealing with the development of modern world.

Abstract

This study begins with observations of dyslexic children who are often underestimated in the academic field. This study aims to explain the process of marginalization of children with dyslexia. This is part of the literature study (Library Research). There are two types of data sources in this study, the first cases of teacher treatment of dyslexic children that appear in real life and second qualitative data sourced from documents such as reference books. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that marginalization occurs because of the lack of support from parties around the child, causing the child's achievement to decline. Minder is one of the effects of this. Willingness to communicate with his friends was reduced. He continued, his peers lacked enthusiasm in socializing with these children. Opportunities to do things like other students will decrease and feel marginalized

Abstract

The declining awareness of the Santri of the Santri of Al Ikhlas Village Bringin will be a religious behavior due to lack of parental attention to the religious behavior of santri, the social environment is less supportive, and social media. The number of santri who behave is not good, speaks less well before his friends and fellow friends, perform prayer in congregation is not routine and lazy to read the Qur'an. This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in Menin: Explay religious knowledge, students' santri attitudes, and santri's worship skills through the Method of Mittens in Al Ikhlas, to find out the obstacles facing the teacher in increasing the religious behavior of the santri in Al Ikhlas TPA and to find out the implications of the example method For increasing the religious behavior of the santri in the land of Al Ikhlas. To answer the above research, researchers use a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and verification taking. Based on the results of the study, it shows conclusions is its efforts in the form of giving a good example in being and speaking, giving guidance in reading the Qur'an or Iqro ', getting used to and inviting santri to pray in congregation. As for the constraints, the influence of the environment that is less supportive, the lack of cooperation between teachers and parents, santri is lazy in reading the Qur'an, and the number of santri who behave is not good. And the implications, namely santri little by little have shown changes in behaving like santri have used to speaking and being polite, the santri diligently deposited the reading of the Qur'an, and the santri began to get used to praying in congregation.

Abstract

This study examines the description of the motivation to learn the Qur'an and whether or not the influence of parenting patterns of parents and peers on the motivation to learn the Qur'an of the students of Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda Nampan Sukorejo Ponorogo in the 2021/2022 academic year. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting patterns of parents and peers on the motivation to learn the Qur'an of the students of Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda Nampan Sukorejo Ponorogo in the 2021/2022 academic year. This study examines a number of 50 students. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Questionnaire technique is used to answer written statements to respondents. Data analysis technique with simple linear regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are (1) parenting styles have a significant effect on students' motivation to learn the Qur'an at Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda, in the medium category with a percentage of 19.3%. (2) Peers have a significant effect on the motivation to learn the Qur'an of Madrasah Diniyah Santri Thoriqul Huda in the medium category with a percentage of 24%. (3) Parenting patterns of parents and peers have a significant effect on learning motivation of the Qur'anic students of Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda, in the medium category with a percentage of 34.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore one type of parenting in its ability to support character building programs, namely positive sport parenting. Seen from its name, this type of care is used to support children when competing in sports. When involved in competition, the assumption that develops is that every psychic of a person want to be a winner, but unfortunately victory at the same time is not shared by everyone. There are times when getting achievements, there are times when you have to be tolerant of defeat. This concept really must be understood by everyone, especially parents. This study uses Urie Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory as perspective. This theory consists of microsystems, mesosystems, ecosystems, macrosystems, cronosystems. With this study, what character building values can be achieved with positive sport parenting. Thus, even if only for sports, this parenting is able to have a positive impact in general.Keywords: Positive sport parenting; character building; perspektif ekologiABSTRAKKajian ini bertujuan untuk mengesplorasi salah satu tipe pengasuhan dalam kemampuannya untuk mendukung program character building, yaitu positive sport parenting. Terlihat dari namanya, tipe pengasuhan ini digunakan untuk mendukung anak- anak ketika berkompetisi dalam bidang olahraga. Saat terlibat dalam kompetisi, asumsi yang berkembang yaitu bahwa setiap psikis seseorang akan menginginkan kemenangan, namun sayangnya kemenangan di waktu yang sama tidak dimiliki oleh semua orang. Ada kalanya mendapatkan prestasi, ada kalanya harus berlapang dada atas kekalahan. Konsep ini memang harus benar- benar dimengerti oleh semua orang terutama orang tua. Kajian ini menggunakan teori ekologi milik Urie Bronfenbrenner sebagai perspektif. Teori ini terdiri atas mikrosistem, mesosistem, ekosistem, makrosistem, kronosistem. Dengan kajian ini diperoleh nilai character building apa sajakah yang mampu dicapai dengan positive sport parenting. Dengan demikian, meskipun seakan hanya untuk bidang olahraga, namun parenting ini mampu memberikan dampak yang positif secara umum.Kata Kunci: Positive sport parenting; character building; perspektif ekologi

Abstract

The 2021 KPM-DDR activity will be held in Jingglong Village, Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency. We and the community chose the personal asset owned by Mrs. Siti Zulaecha, namely the Angkringan business, on the grounds that the development of personal assets is aimed at making the business owned by Mrs. Siti Zulaecha more developed, especially in this Covid-19 pandemic situation. In a pandemic situation like this, it has a big impact, one of which is in the economic sector, moreover the government has issued a letter related to PPKM policies, one of which is the implementation at 20.00 WIB. Therefore, angkringan businesses that are known to be open until 12 hours and above must be closed according to government policy. The marketing strategy that we did to develop the angkringan business was by making branding, posters and uploading on social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp as well as financial management applications. KPM-DDR activities use the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method through four stages of implementation, namely inculturation, discovery, define, reflection and RTL. The result of this activity is to implement online marketing strategies through social media and the use of financial management applications can increase revenue and help angkringan business owners discipline financial bookkeeping. In addition, it makes angkringan businesses survive in the midst of a pandemic situation with new innovations to market them on social media.

Abstract

One of Indonesia's problems is the issue of radicalism. Those who are vulnerable to radicalism are Indonesian migrant workers. Because many Indonesian migrant workers are entangled in radical ideas, preventive and curative efforts are significant. This community service aims to strengthen religious moderation through the NALAR strategy as an effort to deradicalize the Indonesian migrant worker community (KOPI) in Ponorogo. This method of community service is Community Based Research (CBR). The technique used in the process of community-based Research (CBR) activities is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Based on the results of the discussion, it was concluded that there are four indicators of moderation in religion: nationality, tolerance, Anti-racialism, and culture, which are then abbreviated as NALAR. We then made NALAR a strategy to provide assistance and strengthen religious moderation for the Indonesian migrant worker community. Second, NALAR was internalized by the community service team as an effort to deradicalize the Indonesian migrant worker community in Ponorogo. The service team explained the concept of religious moderation, indicators of religious moderation, and the urgency of religious moderation for Indonesian migrant workers in Ponorogo. Third, the evaluation results in terms of the level of knowledge of religious moderation of KOPI members are very good.

Abstract

Interest is interested or fully visible with an activity because it realizes the importance of the activity. Students' lack of interest in learning, especially in the learning process, can result in students not understanding and remembering the subject matter presented by the teacher. One of the efforts that can be done is through the application of the storytelling method. The research method used is qualitative and the data collection method uses observation, interviews, documentation. This research resulted in the implementation of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman aimed at fostering student interest in learning. The application of this storytelling method is carried out on Monday-Thursday. Meanwhile, on Fridays every 2/3 weeks. The storytelling method conveyed by the teacher uses two ways, namely direct storytelling and role playing. The implication of the application of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman is that the students are very enthusiastic because, by using the storytelling method, the students pay more attention to the stories presented are interesting, so it fosters interest in learning. Barriers for teachers in the application of the storytelling method are the lack of vocabulary and understanding of the content of the stories conveyed, the teacher's lack of experience in teaching, the teacher's lack of confidence. Meanwhile, the obstacles for students are the different abilities of each student, the large number of students who are difficult to regulate, and inadequate environmental conditions.Keywords: Implementation, Storytelling Method, Interest in Learning
