Abstract

The aim of this study is  to find out how the shariah compliance audit is carried out through the role of the sharia supervisory board (DPS) at PT. BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta. This study is using a qualitative approach, where the data in this study were obtained through interview, documentation and observation techniques related to the implementation of sharia compliance audits through the role of DPS in BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta, which then obtained data analyzed descriptively.The results showed that the shariah compliance audit was implemented through the role of the sharia supervisory board (DPS) at PT. BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta, it's just that the implementation of the role of DPS in the BPRS under study is still not optimal, among others: (1) The role of DPS as a supervisor is still not optimal considering there are still several products at PT. BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta which has not fulfilled the sharia principles. (2) The role of DPS as Advisor still needs to be improved because all this time the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) is only limited to providing advice from the findings of the work and providing studies to employees without any deeper follow up. Abstract

ABSTRACTMenstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is painful during menstrual periods or during menstruation to make the woman is not working and must sleep. Pain along with nausea, headache, feeling fainted, irritability. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of warm compresses of ginger stew to decrease menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). This research uses Quasy Experiment design pretest-posttest design using Purposive Sampling technique. The subjects in this study were female students in Sulaiman-Bilqis Darul 'Ulum dormitory as many as 38 respondents who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data retrieval was obtained using observation. Data were analyzed using Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test with significance level ?0.05. The results showed the pain intensity before treatment in both groups was comparable p> 0.05. The intensity of menstrual pain decreased significantly after the treatment of 6.42-3.21 in the warm ginger stew compress group, and from 6.84 to 5.63 in the warm compress group (p <0.05). Intensity of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) after treatment there was no significant difference between warm ginger stir compress group and warm compress (3.21 ± 2.070 vs. 5.63 ± 2.314). Group of warm ginger stew compresses decreased the level of pain higher than the control group with warm compress only. From result of paired t-test in treatment group obtained result of P-value = 0,000. Warm compresses of ginger stew and warm compresses decrease menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), so it can be used as an alternative or nonfakmakologi way in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). Abstract

ABSTRACTDepression in pregnant women can occur in antepartum (during pregnancy) and postpartum (after delivery). Antepartum and postpartum depression both have an effect of morbidity and mortality for pregnant women and childbirth. Some of the factors that affect antepartum depression include the age of pregnant women, education, economic perception and husband's social support. The purpose of this study was to identify the proportion of depression cases occurring in primigravida and some external variables associated with the incidence of antepartum depression. This study was Observational Analytic design with Cross Sectional approach, Subjects in the study of primigravida in health center working area Peterongan Jombang  amounted 80 respondents using consecutive sampling technique that meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection using questionnaire of demographic data, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) questionnaire, social support questionnaire and indepth interview and data were analized using Chi-square test and logistic regression with significance level ??0,05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between maternal age, education, economic perception and social support with antepartum depression (p <0.05). the most powerful variable of influence is the social support with an OR value of 0.011 (95% CI = 0.001-0.116) with a significant value of 0.000. Social support of the Husband is the dominant factor affecting the incidence of antepartum depression. Husband and family should provide support during pregnancy with attention, material and non-material support. Keywords: antepartum depression, maternal age, social support of the husband.

Abstract

Abstract Pregnancy is a time when there is a fetus in a woman's womb which occurs because of the fertilization process after the meeting of the sperm and egg cells. COVID-19 has become the main pathogen of an emerging respiratory disease outbreak. They are members of this large family of viruses that can cause respiratory, enteric, liver and neurological diseases in a wide variety of animal species, including camels, cattle, cats and bats. To date, seven human CoV (HCV) - capable of infecting humans have been identified. Thus, a pregnant woman needs more nutrition or nutrition than normal conditions to meet the health of the pregnant woman herself and the baby she is still carrying with the current Covid-19 pandemic. This literature study uses the method of collecting data from computerized database tracking / systematic search studies (Pubmed, BMC, Cochrain review and Google Scholar), in the form of research journals and review articles. Micronutrients are one of these immune supplements, and their efficacy has been shown with other viral infections. A pregnant woman needs more nutrition or nutrition than normal conditions to meet the health of the pregnant woman herself and the baby she is still carrying with the current COVID-19.. Keywords: Nutrition, Pregnancy, Covid-19

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus patients experience chronic metabolic disorders characterized by increased blood glucose due to several factors. Stress is one factor that can cause blood sugar levels to increase. The aim of this research is to determine the description of stress levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This research used a descriptive design. The place of this research is in the Humaira Room at PMC Hospital. The research sample was taken by non-probability sampling with random sampling technique. The data collection process using two DASS 42 was applied with a rating scale format. The stress levels in this study were normal, light, moderate, severe, very severe, to determine the level of stress in diabetes mellitus patients with a total of 14 questions. Data analysis used univariate. The results of this study were mostly male, namely 17 people (56.7%) and aged 40-60 years. Most of the respondents had no school education, no work and had suffered from diabetes mellitus < 5 years. Respondents experienced mild stress levels of 8 respondents (26.7%), moderate stress 19 respondents (63.3%) and severe stress 3 respondents (10%). The most serious source of stress comes from within themselves, namely, feeling that diabetes controls their life. Another source of stress still comes from outside but originates from interpersonal or relationships with others, sufferers feel that friends and family lack support and respect in treating diabetes mellitus. Therefore, they really need support from family and those closest to them. Keywords: Stress level, Diabetes mellitus patients, Chronic diseases.

Abstract

Post operative nausea vomiting or PONV occurred about 24 – 48 hours after surgery, the impact caused by vomiting such as dehydration, electrolyte balance disturbances, increased risk of aspiration, risk of open sutures, esophageal rupture and postoperative pain. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of peppermint aromatherapy on the reduction of postoperative nausea vomiting with spinal anesthesia. The research design used Pre-Experiment with one group pretest and posttest design. This research conductecd at May, 2024 at Recovery Room of RSI Jombang. The population in this study was 30 persons and 13 samples were involved in this study and it was taken by using consecutive sampling. Data were collected by observation and structured interviews using questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of this study were obtained that the p value in the 1st of 30 minutes was 0.004 <0.05, in the 2nd 30 minutes it was 0.001<0.05 and in the 3rd 30 minutes it was 0.001<0.05 meaning that there was an effect of peppermint aromatherapy on the reduction of postoperative nausea and vomiting with spinal anesthesia at RSI Jombang both in the first, second and third of 30 minutes. The typical aroma and menthol content of peppermint essential oil can provide a relax effect so that physiologically it can reduce the nausea and vomiting response. So that the intervention of aromatherapy can be used as a complementary therapy to reduce nausea and vomiting in postoperative patients.
