Abstract

Blitar City RPH is a community service facility unit in the provision of safe, healthy, whole and halal meat. The main function of the abattoir is to guarantee the production of good quality meat and provide a sense of physical and spiritual security to consumers, for that UPT. RPH Blitar City continues to strive to meet customer satisfaction by implementing an excellent service system (Excellent Service) to achieve customer loyalty. The purposes of this study are a) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction strategy on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City, b) To determine the effect of Excellence Service on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City and c) To determine the simultaneous effect of customer satisfaction strategies and Excellence Service on Customer Loyalty of Slaughterhouse Services at UPT.RPH Blitar City. The research method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis to determine the significant positive direct effect both partially and simultaneously from the variables studied. The results obtained after carrying out the research are: 1.) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in customer satisfaction will have an effect on increasing customer loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City. 2) Excellent Service has a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in Excellent Service will have an impact on increasing Customer Loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City. 3) Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence have a positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty at UPT. Blitar City RPH. This means that an increase in Customer Satisfaction and Excellent Service will have an impact on increasing Customer Loyalty at UPT. RPH. Blitar City.

Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth about the social emotional development of children out of wedlock at the Pondok Pesantren Metal Rejoso Pasuruan. The informants of this research were the kiai and ustad of the Islamic Boarding School of Metal Rejoso Pasuruan and children illegitimate, in this case they were students from the pesantren. The research methodology uses descriptive phenomenology with a psychological approach. The process of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The technical analysis of the data is through the stages of Horizontalizatio, Developing clusters of meaning, Textural description, Structural description, and Essentialization. The theory as an analysis tool uses Hurlock's theory of social development. The results of this study indicate that the formation of personality and social-emotional children out of wedlock is education and training (Riyadhoh) which is implemented by kiai and accompanied by ustadz. As well as making the position of the kiai as their parents and fellow students as their siblings, so that they feel they have a family that is ready to pay attention to their social emotional development until they are adults. The implication of his theory is that real families are not bound by biological families as Hurlock argues, but by people who are able to provide a stable group of people with a feeling of security, able to be relied upon to meet their needs, a source of love and acceptance, who are not affected by what they do, guide them. teach approved social behavior, able to help solve problems faced by each child in adjustment to life, so as to achieve success in social life, accept aspirations, develop talents and abilities to be friends.

Abstract

This research aims to look for differences and gaps to find research gaps with previous research. To achieve this goal, the researcher asked the following research questions: first, competition for truth claims and the spread of Ahlusunah wal Jamaah, NU elites and Salafi elites to compete for influence in their preaching to Pasuruan society; secondly, Santri and the community became a source of struggle for influence for the commodification of NU elites. and Salafi elites in the political, economic and educational areas. Questions in the research will be asked of those who really understand and comprehend the themes raised in this research. This type of research uses qualitative research, with Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. The data used is primary data or main data. The data obtained comes from interviews with NU and Salafi elites, as well as city residents, as well as information taken from NU and Salafi books. Plus, field notes resulting from the observation process. The main data source is individual interview transcripts with NU and Salafi elites. The results of the research show that the form of commodification of Ahlusunah wal Jamaah Salafi ideology focuses on da'wah, namely returning Islam to the Koran and Hadith and an Islam that is free from heresy, superstition and superstition. The Salafi preaching model is not oriented towards practical politics; it collaborates with the Pasuruan city government.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of accounting Behaviour during the 2019-2024 period. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which is a technique for identifying, disseminating and interpreting all relevant and available research. The population and sample in this study consisted of 35 journals that discussed articles regarding Behavioural accounting in universities as non-profit organizations in the period 2019-2024. The results of this literature review can be used as a reference for further research, with a classification of accounting topics that discuss fraud as part of internal control. The classification of research methods used is surveys or questionnaires, while the classification based on research subjects is students who act as respondents in the research. It is hoped that the results of this literature reflection can become the basis for subsequent research or research with a focus on accounting topics related to fraud as internal control, using research methods in the form of surveys or questionnaires, and involving students as subjects or respondents in research.

Abstract

Para Kiai dan Habaib mempunyai peran penting dalam perkembangan Islam di Pasuruan sejak abad XVII. Mereka mendirikan pesantren-pesantren yang berpaham Ahlusunah wal jamaah, yang berafiliasi kepada organisasi Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), sehingga Pasuruan dikenal sebagai basis warga Nahdhiyin di Jawa Timur. Sejak tahun 2000-an ada fenomena yang cukup menarik, para elite NU mengalami keresahan dengan munculnya kelompok Salafi yang juga berpaham Ahlusunah wal jamaah. Kelompok Salafi ini mempunyai metode dakwah yang menarik simpati masyarakat Pasuruan, sehingga jumlah pengikut atau jamaahnya mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Elite NU merasa tersaingi oleh kehadiran Salafi tersebut, karena terjadi penurunan pengaruh jumlah warga Nahdliyin. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini menjawab dua pertanyaan, yaitu: 1) Bagaimana konflik perebutan pengaruh antara elite NU dan Salafi di Pasuruan?. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sosiologi. Teori yang digunakan sebagai alat analisis adalah teori konflik. Penelitian ini menemukan kesimpulan,bahwa konflik perebutan pengaruh antara elite NU dan Salafi berpengaruh pada masyarakat Pasuruan sehingga menjadikan dua model jamaah, yaitu jamaah murni yang cenderung bersikap fanatik dan jamaah muhajirin yang lebih kritis dan fleksibel. Jamaah muhajirin inilah disebut generasi Islam Hibrid, yaitu umat Islam yang mempunyai pemahaman silang antara paham Ahlusunah wal jamaah an-Nahdliyyah dan Ahlusunah wal jamaah Salafi berikut prilakunya. Kata kunci: Islam Hibdrid, Konflik Ahlusunnah Waljamaah
