Abstract

Kepala sekolah merupakan tenaga fungsional yang diberikan wewenang dankepercayaan dari lembaga pendidikan tertentu untuk merencanakan, mengatur,mengontrol, dan mengevaluasi segala kebijakan-kebijakan yang ada dilembaga pendidikan tersebut demi tercapainya visi dan misi. Fokus penelitianini adalah mengkaji peran kepala sekolah dalam pembentukan karakte siswamelalui business day school di SDIT Al-Huda Sangkapura. Penelitian iniadalah kualitatif studi kasus dengan pengambilan data secara observasi,wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa: (1)kepala sekolah senantiasa mengevaluasi aktifitas yang ada di SDIT Al-Hudadengan cara mengadakan rapat di setiap akhir pekan beserta dewan gurumempertimbangkan kelanjutan dan meningkatkan kualitas program businessday school menjadi program unggulan di SDIT Al-Huda. (2) dengan programbusiness day school siswa belajar kewirausahaan, kemandirian, aritmatika,percaya diri dan komunikatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of school financial management in the fulfillment of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Puri which focuses on planning and implementing school financial management in fulfilling educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis with the research sub-genres including the principal, school treasurer and waka in the field of facilities and infrastructure. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources and techniques. The data obtained were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research show that the process of planning and implementing finances in fulfilling educational facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Puri has been carried out optimally, as evidenced by the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the provisions regarding high school facilities and infrastructure standards. Financial management is carried out using the principles of transparency and public accountability.

Abstract

Rusa bawean memiliki bentuk tubuh yang relative lebih kecil dibandingkan rusa jenis lainnya. Rusa ini juga rusa yang pemalu dan sensitive terhadap manusia. Balai besar konservasi sumberdaya alam jawa timur menyatakan bahwa, pada tahun 2019 rusa bawean tersisa 304 individu. Penangkaran sebagai upaya perbanyakan melalui pengembangbiakan dan pembesaran satwa liar dengan tetap mempertahankan kemurnian jenisnya. Upaya penangkaran rusa bawean dapat kita temui di Desa Pudakit Timur, Kecamatan Sangkapura, Kabupaten Gresik. Penangkaran rusa Bawean merupakan penangkaran yang berada pada habitat asli rusa bawean. Terkait uraian tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pengembangan ekowisata berbasis penangkaran rusa. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran umum bagaimana kondisi penangkaran rusa Bawean. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif deskrptif. Metode pengumpulan data didapatkan dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data mengunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan strength berupa spesies endemik rusa bawean dengan kategori langkah, penangkaran yang masih asri, dan sebagai wahana wisata yang menarik maupun objek penelitian. Weakness masih menggunakan manajemen penangkaran kurang baik. Opportunities berupa visi menjadikan penangkaran rusa sebagai ekowisata baik dari pihak desa maupun pihak pengelola. Threats berupa kurang koordinasi dengan perangkat desa dan pejabat terkait. Adapun rekomendasi untuk penangkaran rusa bawean menjadi berkembang ekowisata lanjutan adalah membentuk kelembagaan yang berfokus pada pengelolaan ekowisata penangkaran rusa dan peningkatkan sarana dan prasarana, pelayanan serta regulasi tertulis untuk mendukung objek wisata yang menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth about the social emotional development of children out of wedlock at the Pondok Pesantren Metal Rejoso Pasuruan. The informants of this research were the kiai and ustad of the Islamic Boarding School of Metal Rejoso Pasuruan and children illegitimate, in this case they were students from the pesantren. The research methodology uses descriptive phenomenology with a psychological approach. The process of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The technical analysis of the data is through the stages of Horizontalizatio, Developing clusters of meaning, Textural description, Structural description, and Essentialization. The theory as an analysis tool uses Hurlock's theory of social development. The results of this study indicate that the formation of personality and social-emotional children out of wedlock is education and training (Riyadhoh) which is implemented by kiai and accompanied by ustadz. As well as making the position of the kiai as their parents and fellow students as their siblings, so that they feel they have a family that is ready to pay attention to their social emotional development until they are adults. The implication of his theory is that real families are not bound by biological families as Hurlock argues, but by people who are able to provide a stable group of people with a feeling of security, able to be relied upon to meet their needs, a source of love and acceptance, who are not affected by what they do, guide them. teach approved social behavior, able to help solve problems faced by each child in adjustment to life, so as to achieve success in social life, accept aspirations, develop talents and abilities to be friends.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a series of important activities that must be carried out in the marketing process, especially the marketing of educational institutions that sell educational services. Marketing that is right on target and effective is able to influence consumers to be interested in buying and using educational services. The purpose of this study was to determine the educational marketing strategy of MI Nurul Huda 2 Mojokerto City. This research uses qualitative methods, purposive sampling techniques, data collection techniques Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data analysis using the Milles and Huberman method, source triangulation data validity. The results of the study focus on extracurricular development by utilising marketing communication through seven mixes including advertising, promotions, events and experiences, news, public relations, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, direct marketing. To maintain consumer purchasing power, prioritise trust and improve educational services.

Abstract

in the development of the Nurut Taqwa Islamic boarding school, Nyai also has a special role in the economic development of the Nurut Taqwa Islamic boarding school. This research method is qualitative. The results of the study (1) Nyai in Islamic boarding schools have a dual role, namely the domestic role and the public role. Nyai's role as a manajer at the Kopontren Nurut Taqwa plays a role in planning, coordinating, and evaluating everything related to the Kopontren. (2) The strategy carried out instills a sense of trust and honesty so that the Kopontren management does not feel pressured. (3) the problems that occur in the kopontren are the lack of capital, many students are in debt, and the management's lack of knowledge about cooperatives.

Abstract

The use of technology in education allows the development of innovative learning media. Android-based learning media, for example, can be integrated with the flipped learning method to increase learning effectiveness. Flipped Learning is a learning model that changes the conventional way of learning. If usually the material is taught in class and assignments are done at home, in flipped learning, students study the material independently at home and discuss or do assignments in class. whereas in the flipped learning method, the material is first provided via learning videos which students must watch at home or anywhere via smartphone devices. In contrast to conventional learning, where students tend to passively receive material, in flipped learning, students more actively participate in discussions and collaboration to complete assignments in class. The teacher acts as a facilitator who guides the learning process. The specific aim of the research is to see the effectiveness of using Android-based learning media which will be applied to the Flipped Learning learning method at the LIA Makassar Language Institute and to find out its attractiveness, convenience and usefulness. Meanwhile, the general aim of the research is to encourage the achievement of the objectives of the research strategic plan of the Bina Adinata Bulukumba Institute of Technology and Business. Implementation of Android-based learning media which includes preparation stages (readiness of teaching materials/learning materials, software and hardware), data analysis stages, testing stages and subsequent development stages. With this Android-based learning media, it is hoped that it will increase creativity and motivate students so that their learning outcomes increase and students can complete their learning on time.

Abstract

Nyai's role as one of the leaders in the Nurut Taqwa Islamic Boarding School as a source of exemplary religious attitudes and knowledge in the pesantren has a strategic role. Facing social changes due to modernization that entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, there are big challenges for Islamic boarding schools that are required to be able to respond to these social changes. For this reason, improving the quality of pesantren education needs to be made with proper planning, in order to be able to produce quality pesantren education. The focus of this research is to examine the role of Nyai in improving the quality of education at the Nurut Taqwa Sangkapura Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative case study with data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that (1) there were two focuses on the quality of education in the Nurut Taqwa Islamic boarding school, namely the quality of the human resources of the santri’s and the quality of the pesantren institutions. (2) Nyai's role in quality improvement through the planning, implementation, control and evaluation processes. (3) Nyai leadership type is more dominant to democracy and charismatic.

Abstract

This article is the result of field research at UPT One Roof State Junior High School schools. The focus of the research being studied is on school financial planning and school financial management at UPT One-Roof Public Middle Schools. This study aims to find out how financial planning and management is done at UPT SMP Negeri One Roof schools. The research method used is a qualitative method. This primary data collection method was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation with the school treasurer. while the secondary data in this study used books, journals, and sources from the internet as a support. The results of this study indicate that the source of school funds comes from BOS and APBD funds and that financial planning follows the arches and financial management through planning which is the responsibility of the school principal.
