Abstract

This research aim to test influence of strategic change to organizational performance at company using budegt by interactive compared to company using budget diagnostically.Second target is to know influence of strstegic change to organizational performance at company using style leadership of consideration with company using style leadership of structure initiating. Organizational performance represent a measuring instrument used to measure storey, level efficacy of management. Company often make a change strategic to reach optimal performance. This research take manufacturing business sample exist in Magelang, by propagating equated to middle storey: level manager from each company. sample selected with method of convenience sampling, and got by 40 respondent. Result of research express taht strategic change have an effect on positive to performance when company use budget by interactive. Examination to both hypothesis expressing taht srategic change will be more have an effect on when company use style leadership of consideration tahn structure initiating. As narrow: tight as research region which only in Magelang cause result of this is reseach less earn generalizing for broarder region, so taht for research hereinafer shall be conducted by taking sample with broarder region.

Abstract

The research aim o know the influence of leadership transformasional to organizational innovation, leadership transformasional to environment work the, leadership transformasional to support innovate the, environmental influence work to organizational innovation and also support influence innovate to organizational innovation. Object this Research in Banking Magelang City, research conducted in April - Juny 2009. Sampel used by equal to 52 employees by using method of purposive sampling. Analyzer used by Partial Least Square (PLS). Result of analysis indicate that, there are influence which significant from leadership transformasional to environment work. There are negativity influence which significant from leadership transformasional to support innovate. There are influence which significant from environment work to organizational strategy innovation. There are influence which significant from support innovate to innovation innovate.

Abstract

Performance employees do not get out of appraisal, which employees Performance Appraisal can be improved by using factors able to motivate employees. Research target is to know variable influence Salary, Incentive, Leadership, Motivation and Environment Work to Performance Appraisal Employees. Elementary at amount of Bulog employees (Regional Sub Divre of V) Kedu which is small relative, hence in this research can be expressed that population at the same time as sample, that is counted 30 employees people. Method intake of sample in this research use Saturated Sampling. Method analysis used by Multiple Regressions. Result of analysis which have is to be obtained that, there are influence which ia significant from free variable consisting of Salary variable, Incentive, Leadership, Motivation and Environment Work to variable tied, Performance Appraisal by simultan and parsial. Dominant Variable analysis indicate that Leadership variable represent variable owning influence most dominant. Leadership have big enough share to support reaching of company performance.
