Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze the effect of managerial opotunistic behavior on free cash flow and firm value on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The result of the research showed that the variable of firm size (X1) to Free Cash Flow (Y1), obtained structural coefficient of -0.033, and P-value 0.336. Because P-value 0.05, Corporate Size (X1) to Corporate Value (Y2), structural coefficient is 0102, and P-value 0.002. Because P-value 0.05, Leverage (X2) to free cash flow (Y1), obtained structural coefficient of 0.037, and P-value 0.041. Because P-value 0.05, Leverage (X2) to firm value (Y1), obtained structural coefficient of -0.014, and P-value 0.681. Because P-value 0.05, Systemic Risk (X3) to free cash flow (Y1), obtained structural coefficient of -0.006, and P-value 0.861. Because P-value 0.05, Systemic Risk (X3) to firm value (Y2), obtained structural coefficient of 0.884, and P-value 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims determine the savings and loan management system, determine the development of savings and loan refunds on activities management unit (CGU) in District Buntulia PNPM Pohuwato. The results showed that the system of management of the national community empowerment program (PNPM) in District Buntulia Pohuwato already accomplished in accordance with existing procedures so that funds are available ranging from 2009 to 2010 have been realized or spread throughout poor communities, especially in the group of women who want pioneering venture or want to develop their business better and more developed in the District Buntulia Pohuwato district. PNPM funds are dispersed to the community, especially the women's savings and credit groups in the period 2009-2010 in six villages in kacamatan Buntulian Pohuwato of Rp . 1.449125 billion, the Village Sipatana of Rp . 218 500 000, Village Middle Buntulia of Rp. 221 500 000, North Buntulia Village of Rp.335.000.000, Taluduyunu village of Rp . 194 375 000, North Taluduyunu Desa of Rp . 172 million, Desa Indah Karya Rp. 174 750 000, and Hulawa village of Rp . 133,000,000

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze the effect of ownership structure on dividend policy and firm value on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian stock exchanges. The result showed that managerial ownership variable to dividend policy had positive and significant effect of 3,005 with t value 0,617 with standard of error 4,874 at significance level 0,537 and company value equal to 0,048 with value t equal to 1,079 with standard of error (SE) 0.045 at significance level of 0.281. The institutional ownership of the dividend policy had negative effect of -1.497 with the value of t equal to -2.981 with the standard of error 0,502 at significance level 0,003 and at company value equal to 0,064 with t value equal to 2,990 with standard of error 0,21 at significance level 0.003. While dividend policy to firm value have positive and significant effect equal to 0,025 with t value equal to 37,398 with standard of error 0,001 at 0.000 significance level. The results of this study indicate that when the proportion of managerial and institutional ownership increases, it will be followed by a decrease in dividend payments but will increase the value of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize and test empirically the effect of ownership structure on firm value and investment decisions as intervening variables. The population of this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period from 2016 to 2022. The data collection method used was purposive sampling and a sample of 122 companies was obtained. then testing of all hypotheses in this study is to use path analysis through the Amos 20.0 program package. The findings of this study indicate that the ownership structure can reduce the tendency of managers to behave opportunistically. The increase in ownership structure affects the increase in firm value. The findings of this study indicate that ownership structure influences investment decisions. Finally, the findings of this study show that investment decisions are a variable mediating the causal relationship between ownership structure and firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan model yang baru dengan mengelaborasi komitmen organisasi dalam memediasi kolaborasi pemerintahan desa terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada masyarakat Desa Bonto Jai Kecamatan Bissappu Kabupaten Bantaeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kantor Desa Bonto Jai Kecamatan Bissappu Kabupaten Bantaeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, berlangsung selama kurang lebih 2 (dua) bulan yakni bulan November-Desember 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga desa Bonto Jai yang terdiri dari 3 dusun total kepala keluarga sebanyak 563 kepala keluarga. Dengan menggunakan tehnik stratified random yakni pengambilan sampel melalui cara pembagian populasi ke dalam setiap dusun yang ada, memilih sampel acak setiap KK tiap dusun yang pernah mendapatkan pelayanan di kantor desa Bonto Jai dan menggabungkannya untuk menaksir parameter populasi sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah 150 kepala keluarga. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pada masyarakat Desa Bonto Jai Kecamatan Bissappu Kabupaten Bantaeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dapat ditingkatkan oleh adanya kolaborasi pemerintahan desa, dan komitmen organisasi. Pengaruh langsung dalam penelitian ini yang menunjukkan kontribusi besar adalah kolaborasi pemerintah desa terhadap komitmen organisasi, bahwa kolaborasi merupakan sebuah prosess dan struktur dalam manejemen dan perumusan keputusan kebijakan publik yang melibatkan masyarakat yang secara konstruktif berasal dari berbagai level, baik dalam tataran pemerintahan dan atau instansi publik, institusi swasta dan masyarakat sipil dalam rangka mencapai tujuan publik yang tidak dapat dicapai apabila dilaksanakan oleh satu pihak saja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CSR disclosure on investor response, as well as examine financial performance as a reinforcing variable between CSR disclosure and investor response in Islamic banking. This type of research used is quantitative research. The population used in this study are all Islamic banking companies for the period 2018 – 2020 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection method in this study used a purposive sampling method. The total sample of this research is 13 companies. The data analysis technique uses the regression model selection test, the classical assumption test and the partial hypothesis test with the SPSS version 22 program. The findings of this study are that CSR disclosure has a positive and significant effect on investor response. Financial performance strengthens the effect of CSR disclosure on investor response.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing recruitment by automating candidate screening, interview analysis, and job success prediction. This study evaluates the benefits and challenges of implementing AI in employee selection through case studies and comparative analysis. The results show that AI improves the efficiency and objectivity of selection, but faces obstacles such as algorithmic bias, system transparency, and user resistance. To overcome these challenges, recommended solutions include bias mitigation strategies, integration of AI with human evaluation, and implementation of best practices. This study provides insights for companies and Human Resource (HR) practitioners in optimizing AI for more effective and fair employee selection.
