Abstract

Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Takalar. Lokasi penelitian ini pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Takalar. Banyaknya sampel yang terambil adalah 57 orang pegawai. Semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Model analisis adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas Kelautan dan perikanan Kab. Takalar sementara Motivasi Berafiliasi dan Motivasi Kekuasaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Takalar. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Takalar adalah Motivasi Berafiliasi.

Abstract

Globalization is a challenge for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to survive. Information Technology, especially social media, offers benefits for SMEs to improve their marketing. This Community service was conducted to identify the use of social media and its benefits to SMEs in Lorong 310 in Mariso Village, Makassar City. From the results, the researchers found that alley 310 UKM actors had not maximized existing social media so that this activity was expected to educate Lorong-based UKM actors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on the job satisfaction of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency employees. The location of this research is the Office of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda). The sample in this study used the census method (saturated sample) with a total of 32 respondents. Data collection was done through questionnaires with the analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Jeneponto Regency Bappeda employees with a coefficient of determination of 0.377 and P (sig) = 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the better the organizational culture and understanding by employees, the better job satisfaction will be. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency employees with a determination coefficient value of 0.548 and P (sig) = 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the better the leadership style, the better job satisfaction will be. The variable that has a dominant effect on the job satisfaction of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency employees is leadership style.

Abstract

Dalam era ini, di mana persaingan bisnis semakin sengit, perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk menjaga kelangsungan operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus memiliki kemampuan untuk bersaing, dan salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan adalah sistem kompensasi. Apabila program kompensasi dianggap adil dan kompetitif oleh karyawan, perusahaan akan lebih mudah menarik individu berpotensi, mempertahankan mereka, serta memberikan motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Dengan demikian, produktivitas akan meningkat, dan perusahaan dapat menghasilkan produk dengan harga yang bersaing. Pada akhirnya, bukan hanya keunggulan dalam persaingan yang dicapai oleh perusahaan, melainkan juga kemampuan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan operasional, bahkan meningkatkan profitabilitas dan mengembangkan bisnisnya.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi manajemen SDM yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di tengah perubahan global. Fokus utama terletak pada adaptasi terhadap teknologi baru, pengembangan keterampilan, dan peningkatan motivasi karyawan melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan. Selain itu, pentingnya budaya organisasi yang inklusif dan fleksibel diuraikan sebagai faktor kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif. Studi ini juga menyoroti peran kepemimpinan dalam memfasilitasi perubahan dan inovasi serta pentingnya komunikasi efektif dalam mempertahankan kinerja tinggi di era globalisasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi manajer SDM untuk merancang dan menerapkan kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving era of globalization, leadership skills in entrepreneurship have become increasingly crucial for business practitioners. This article aims to develop and strengthen leadership qualities within the entrepreneurial context through a community service program. This program is designed to provide training and guidance to local entrepreneurs, specifically students at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar, with a focus on developing leadership skills, business management, and adaptation to global changes. The methods employed in this program include workshops, mentoring, and realistic business simulations. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in the leadership abilities and business performance of the participants. Furthermore, the program helps entrepreneurs become better prepared to face challenges and seize opportunities in the global market. These findings demonstrate that with the right approach, leadership qualities can be effectively developed within the entrepreneurial community, thereby contributing to sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

The sales strategy of SME products is carried out to determine and analyze efforts to increase sales of SME products, can provide convenience in the process of promotion and buying / selling carried out by SMEs to market products directly or through social media, especially in SMEs Lorong 310 Mariso Village Makassar City, and able to maximize the cost of selling their products. In determining the right sales strategy, there are many important factors to consider, such as the target market the first thing in determining the sales strategy is to know the target market of the product you offer, and the marketing system, as well as the type of product. Social media is a medium that customers often use to shop. Everyone has social media. Social media is great to use in improving sales strategies. Many customers will see your product with effective accuracy because all types of businesses carried out in this era of globalization all use the internet which can get a wider reach.

Abstract

The role of the millennial generation today has a very significant impact in advancing the nation. They have a broad mindset that allows them to act as innovators and pioneers, not just following existing trends. Millennials have the potential to create new changes in society. However, creating young entrepreneurs is not easy. An individual with an entrepreneurial spirit must have strong self-belief, be future-oriented, as well as creativity and innovation. It is important to remember that an entrepreneur is not only focused on personal success, but also has a social responsibility to encourage the advancement of others. Helping others succeed will contribute to an increase in the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, which in turn will accelerate the development process in the country. Therefore, the millennial generation needs to gain understanding and continuous mentoring to develop their entrepreneurial spirit. The existence of entrepreneurs is essential for economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the role of transformational leadership in improving employee performance during digital transformation at PT Kawasan Industri Makassar (PT KIMA), an industrial estate management company in Indonesia. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews with eight managers and key employees, participatory observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal that the four dimensions of transformational leadership—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—enhance employee adaptability to digital systems, foster interdepartmental collaboration, and improve operational efficiency. Practically, the study suggests the importance of leadership development programs incorporating digital skills and emotional intelligence to support organizational change. Theoretically, it contributes to digital leadership literature by framing transformational leadership within industrial management in a developing country context. The results highlight the necessity of adaptive leadership to manage technological disruption and optimize human resource performance in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has influenced various aspects of human resource (HR) management, from recruitment, training, to performance evaluation. This article aims to theoretically examine the convergence between AI, human capital, and economic efficiency in the context of contemporary HR management. The method used is a literature study of recent scientific publications related to these topics. The results show that the integration of AI in HR management can improve operational efficiency and decision-making effectiveness, but still requires strengthening human capital capacity to be adaptive to technological changes. This article emphasizes that the success of HR management in the digital era depends on the synergy between smart technology and sustainable human capital development. Therefore, AI-based HR strategies need to be designed with human-centered principles to ensure increased productivity as well as organizational sustainability.   Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), mulai dari rekrutmen, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi kinerja. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoretis konvergensi antara AI, human capital, dan efisiensi ekonomi dalam konteks manajemen SDM kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap publikasi ilmiah terbaru terkait topik-topik tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI dalam pengelolaan SDM dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, namun tetap memerlukan penguatan kapasitas human capital agar adaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan manajemen SDM di era digital sangat bergantung pada sinergi antara teknologi cerdas dan pengembangan human capital yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, strategi SDM berbasis AI perlu dirancang dengan prinsip human-centered untuk memastikan peningkatan produktivitas sekaligus keberlanjutan organisasi.
