Abstract

Keunggulan kompetitif dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi memerlukan dukungan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan mampu memenuhi tuntutan organisasi serta masyarakat. Pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar, pegawai diharapkan tidak hanya melaksanakan tugas pokoknya, tetapi juga menunjukkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), yaitu perilaku tambahan yang berkontribusi untuk efektivitas organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership dan organizational commitment terhadap OCB, serta pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap organizational commitment pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai tenaga harian lepas (THL) tenaga caraka pada Seketariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar yang berjumlah 34 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB Pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Peneliti menyarankan agar Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar terus mendorong kerjasama yang baik di antara pegawai melalui pengawasan rutin dan evaluasi kerja mingguan.

Abstract

Employee performance really needs to be done to improve company performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, motivation and creativity on the performance of PT. Lebah Semesta employees. The population and samples taken were 43 respondents, with the sampling method using a saturated sample or census. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the education and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Lebah Semesta. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Lebah Semesta employees. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Lebah Semesta's employees.

Abstract

Organizations must adopt sustainable human resource practices (SHRP) to meet the difficulties of global sustainability. According to data published by the Official Statistics News, the number of foreign visitors to the province of Bali fluctuated. From July 2023 to November 2023, it dropped from 545,272 to 397,552, then increased to 502,830 until April 2024. All stakeholders in Bali Province, especially the hotel industry, must be able to pay attention to changes in the quantity of tourists visiting. This study investigates the effects of organizational resilience and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on SHRP in the hotel sector. 120 personnel from five-star hotels participated in the survey, which was carried out in Bali. The research problem was addressed with the aid of SEM PLS. The findings demonstrated that organizational resilience and GHRM significantly and favorably affect SHRP. According to the findings, the association is somewhat mediated by organizational resilience. This implies that the implementation of sustainable HR policies will be improved with the help of a strong GHRM policy and increased organizational resilience. The study’s practical implications include the need for hotels and other hospitality-related enterprises in Bali to implement more extensive GHRM policies, including environmentally-based performance evaluation, sustainability-focused training, and green hiring.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior adalah pelaksana utama setiap fungsi organisasi terhadap sarana, prasarana, dan infrastruktur yang ada, karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci organisasi yang harus diperhatikan karena selalu mengalami berbagai dinamika di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah CV. Widhi Asih Bali Export. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Widhi Asih Bali Export dengan jumlah 37 Karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh sehingga total responden berjumlah 37 karyawan. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berisikan skala Likert yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin percaya diri karyawan dan work engagement maka mampu meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is essentially a two-way process used by many companies to encourage and influence their employees' overall engagement with the company and their tendency to behave beyond their job responsibilities. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Bali Foam Nusa Megah Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Bali Foam Nusa Megah Denpasar with a total sample of 52 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the analysis results, this study shows that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Bali Foam Nusa Megah Denpasar. This means that the better the work-life balance, the better the organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Bali Foam Nusa Megah Denpasar. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Bali Foam Nusa Megah Denpasar. This means that the better the work-life balance, the better the job satisfaction at PT. Bali Foam Nusa Megah Denpasar. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Bali Foam Nusa Megah Denpasar. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan perusahaan karena perannya yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan fungsi dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Karyawan diharapkan dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan penuh semangat dan dedikasi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Permasalahan rendahnya tingkat retensi karyawan masih menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan, termasuk PT. Alex Villass Concrete Mengwi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan di perusahaan tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 47 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Alex Villass Concrete Mengwi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, perusahaan disarankan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung, memberikan kompensasi yang adil, dan mendorong loyalitas karyawan agar tingkat retensi dapat ditingkatkan.   Human resources constitute a pivotal element in the success of a company, owing to their indispensable role in executing operations and attaining organizational objectives. Employees are expected to carry out their duties and responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication in order to achieve the targets set. The issue of low employee retention rates continues to present a significant challenge for companies, including PT. Alex Villas Concrete Mengwi. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee retention within the company. The present study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method. The data presented herein was collected through the administration of questionnaires to 47 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT. Alex Villas Concrete Mengwi. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression, the objective of which was to ascertain the extent of the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee retention. The findings indicated that job satisfaction exerted a positive and significant influence on employee retention. Job satisfaction has been demonstrated to exert a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has been demonstrated to exert a positive and significant influence on employee retention. In light of these findings, it is recommended that the company implement measures to foster a more supportive work environment, ensure equitable compensation, and promote employee loyalty to enhance retention rates.
