Abstract

The purposes of this study were to analyze: (1) the influence of organizational support to the job satisfaction, (2) the influence of organizational support to the employee performance, (3) the influence of employee job satisfaction to the employee performance. The numbers of samples in this study were 58 employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tabanan Regency. The technique of sample is Random Sampling and the data are collected using a questionnaire. The technique of analysis used is Path Analysis Model. The results of the study found that the organizational support gave positive effect to the employee job satisfaction; the organizational support gave positive effect to the employee performance, and (3) the employee job satisfaction gave positive effect to the employee performance. The implications of the results of this study are the organizational support need to be given maximally to improve the employee job satisfaction at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tabanan Regency. If the job satisfactions of employees get increasing, it will be able to improve the Employee Performance at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tabanan Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work family conflict, role conflict and burnout on the Intention to quit female employees in the Village Credit Institute (LPD) of Gianyar Regency. The samples used was 90 female employees in 270 LPDs of Gianyar Regency. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the results obtained are work family conflict and role conflict have a positive effect on intention to quit, but burnout does not affect the intention to quit female employees in LPDs of Gianyar Regency. The research implication is that the higher work family conflict and the role conflict of female employees in their work, the higher the desire for female employees to leave their work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of competence in the influence of job characteristics on employee job satisfaction at The Vira Boutique Hotel and Suites Bali. Job characteristics including skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, and feedback are considered as factors that contribute to the development of employee competence, which in turn increases job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 55 hotel employees. The results showed that job characteristics significantly influenced competence and job satisfaction. Competence also played a significant mediating role in the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employees work because they want to achieve something, and people hope that their work activities will lead them to a more satisfying situation than before. Job satisfaction is a psychological dimension that reflects a person's feelings about his job, namely his satisfaction with the suitability of his skills, abilities, and expectations for the job he holds. This study aims to explain the effect of workload, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Cake Tha. The research population is all employees of Cake Tha. The sample in this study were 51 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which is tested using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment and compensation each have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Cake Tha.

Abstract

Low employee performance is one of the symptoms that can damage conditions in an organization. At the Badung Regency Fire and Rescue Service there are still problems related to employee performance which have an impact on organizational performance. This is because there are still obstacles related to individual characteristics, organizational characteristics and employee work discipline that still need to be improved. This research aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics, organizational characteristics and work discipline on employee performance. The location of this research is the Badung Regency Fire and Rescue Service. The population and sample amounted to 80 employees at the Badung Regency Fire and Rescue Service. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and T test. The research results show that: (1) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the regression coefficient value is 0.347 and the significance value is 0.005 (2) organizational characteristics have a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the regression coefficient value is 0.373 and the significance value is 0.000 ( 3) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the regression coefficient value is 0.219 and the significance value is 0.000.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aset penting dalam organisasi yang memengaruhi keberhasilan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Bella Kita Mountain Retreat & Spa Klungkung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan skala Likert dan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) pada 56 karyawan sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan OCB, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan kecerdasan emosional, manajemen stres, dan optimalisasi komunikasi internal untuk memperbaiki kesejahteraan karyawan serta meningkatkan OCB. Saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut adalah memasukkan variabel eksternal lain, seperti budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan, guna memperluas cakupan hasil.

Abstract

Productivity refers to the ability to use available resources and infrastructure properly to achieve the best results. Labor productivity, on the other hand, refers to the ability of individuals to use resources and production variables effectively to produce services and goods. The goal is to improve the performance and efficiency of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment, and work stress on work productivity. This study was conducted at PT. Satria Jaya based on a sample of 42 employees. The sampling method used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis processed using SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Keunggulan kompetitif dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi memerlukan dukungan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan mampu memenuhi tuntutan organisasi serta masyarakat. Pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar, pegawai diharapkan tidak hanya melaksanakan tugas pokoknya, tetapi juga menunjukkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), yaitu perilaku tambahan yang berkontribusi untuk efektivitas organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership dan organizational commitment terhadap OCB, serta pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap organizational commitment pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai tenaga harian lepas (THL) tenaga caraka pada Seketariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar yang berjumlah 34 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB Pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Peneliti menyarankan agar Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar terus mendorong kerjasama yang baik di antara pegawai melalui pengawasan rutin dan evaluasi kerja mingguan.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) juga merupakan proses menyampaikan tujuan organisasi lewat memanfaatkan manusia ataupun orang yang terdapat di dalamnya. Selain Manajemen SDM, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan suatu organisasi adalah kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik menciptakan reputasi positif bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetauhi dan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance dan stres kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Gianyar. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 responden yang merupakan pegawai kontrak pada BPKAD Kabupaten Gianyar dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data diambil dengan kuesioner skala likert dan diolah menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, Work life balance berpengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja, dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan.
