Abstract

The program titled "Pemuda Cerdas Digital: Pelatihan Desain Grafis dengan Canva" aims to equip young individuals with essential graphic design skills using Canva, a user-friendly design tool. In the digital age, visual communication plays a crucial role in personal branding, marketing, and effective messaging. However, many youths lack access to affordable and accessible design tools and training. This training program provides a hands-on approach to learning graphic design, focusing on practical skills and creative techniques using Canva. Participants are introduced to various design elements such as layout, typography, and color theory, enabling them to create visually appealing materials including social media graphics, posters, and flyers. The program's objective is to enhance participants' design skills, foster creativity, and empower them to effectively communicate ideas through visual content. The training also aims to bridge the gap between traditional graphic design education and the need for accessible, practical tools for the younger generation. Evaluation of the program indicates a significant improvement in participants' ability to produce professional-quality designs and a greater confidence in their design skills. The program highlights the importance of integrating digital tools into youth education to prepare them for future opportunities in a visually-driven world.

Abstract

Bookkeeping for MSMEs is required by the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM). Recording and reporting are certainly significant obstacles for business actors. One obstacle often faced by MSMEs is the lack of financial data that can be used to apply for funding from banks and other financial institutions. The purpose of this community service (PkM) activity is to teach and train participants in preparing financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The activity method is divided into three main stages: identifying needs, providing instructions or simulations for preparing financial reports and interactive discussions, and providing practical support and assessments. To ensure the material is easily accepted and used by MSMEs, a participatory approach is used. Based on the results of the activity, the interactive training accompanied by intensive mentoring was able to improve participants' understanding and ability in preparing basic financial reports, as well as improving partners' understanding of SAK EMKM and their understanding of accounting recording and reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based car rental information system at CV. Alvin Jaya Mandiri to replace inefficient manual processes. The software development method used is the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The system enables online reservations, real-time vehicle availability monitoring, transaction management, and automated financial and inventory reports. It also provides a user-friendly interface for both administrators and customers. The results show that the system improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality, supporting digital transformation in the increasingly competitive car rental industry

Abstract

The increasing consumption of coffee has driven the need for a fast and consistent coffee quality assessment process. The quality of specialty coffee is generally determined through cupping tests based on sensory attributes; however, this method still relies heavily on panelist subjectivity and requires considerable time and cost. This study aims to develop an automated system for specialty coffee quality classification by integrating the Random Forest algorithm and Forward Chaining inference logic. Random Forest is employed to perform initial classification and identify the importance level of sensory attributes, while Forward Chaining functions as a rule-based system to validate and explain the classification results. The study utilizes 207 coffee sensory profile data samples with 11 attributes based on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) cupping standards. The experimental results show that the Random Forest model achieves optimal performance with 100% accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, with Total Cup Points identified as the most dominant attribute. The integration of these two methods produces an accurate, consistent, and explainable coffee quality classification system in accordance with SCA standards.
