Abstract

The use of drugs in patients with dental disease is a necessity that needs to be considered by the hospital in providing medical services to patients. Adequate and well-managed drug supply prevents shortages or excess drug stocks. So it needs good planning in managing and monitoring drug stocks appropriately. This study aims to make predictions in the use of dental disease drugs by using a monte carlo simulation. The data used is data on the use of drugs for dental diseases from 2020 to 2022. The data on drug use processed were 12 types of drugs. The data will be processed based on the Monte Carlo simulation stages. The results of using the Monte Carlo Simulation are to obtain predictions of the use of dental disease drugs with an accuracy value reaching 89.14%. Based on the accuracy value obtained, the Monte Carlo simulation can be used to predict drug use in the future. So that the supply of dental disease medicine is maintained.

Abstract

The distribution of scholarships is a government program related to tuition assistance given to students who come from underprivileged families as evidenced by the Prosperous Family Card (KKS) to help implement educational equity. The division of students is done to help determine in recommending someone who is eligible to receive a scholarship, a Decision Support System is needed. The determination of current scholarship providers is only based on an analysis of existing data records manually, which allows for errors to occur. From previous observations, a decision support system was created in optimizing the provision of scholarships to SMA Imelda Medan students. This research aims to optimize the results of decisions in providing incentives to students. The method used is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which can help provide recommendations for scholarship recipients. It is hoped that the use of a Decision Support System (SPK) can assist decisions to be taken in choosing and determining who is the best student to get a PIP scholarship, bearing in mind that so far they have not used a particular method in selecting students so that sometimes decisions are considered less objective and not on target. This method can be used to determine scholarship recipients in the assessment of scholarship acceptance. It can facilitate decisions for 10th grade students of SMA Imelda Medan, proportionally based on the results of student data processing including family cards, parents' occupations, parents' income.

Abstract

The implementation of decision support systems in Indonesia, especially in the Management of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), has been mandated. The regulations contain criteria and procedures for assessing the extent to which government agencies have implemented decision support systems in ASN Management. The application of the SPK itself is to ensure that positions in the government bureaucracy are occupied by employees who meet the qualification and competency requirements. So that the goal of development, especially in the field of human resource personnel, is to create ASN that is professional, has high performance, has integrity and upholds neutrality, can be realized. From previous observations, a decision support system was created in determining ASN positions. The method used is Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which can help provide recommendations for ASN positions. It is hoped that the use of the Decision Support System (DSS) can help decisions taken in selecting and determining who is the best employee to obtain an ASN employee position, considering that so far they have not used a particular method in selecting ASN employee positions so that sometimes decisions are considered less objective and inappropriate. target. This method can be used to determine the position of ASN employees in this assessment. This can facilitate decisions proportionally based on the results of employee data processing including experience, education, length of service, age, relevance of position precisely and accurately because the system can minimize errors in the data normalization calculation process.

Abstract

Forecasting is a process for determining how much demand will exist as soon as the order is placed. It includes determining how much demand will exist in terms of quantity, quality, time, and location in order to fulfill the order for the goods. Peramalan is a strategy for predicting or predicating impending events, usually with the help of an earlier-than-expected deadline for submitting a request for proposals. This request is then based on the company's resources and existing capabilities for submitting requests, or other factors. According to songket results that are currently located in Padang, UD Mandiri Perkasa is a business that specializes in the trade of songket ink. UD Mandiri Perkasa is currently experiencing challenges from both a consumer-focused perspective as well as from the type of goods it is currently supplying. With the use of peramalan, it is possible to determine how much money should be spent on a certain product and to minimize waste. A forecast for the next single month will be made in this essay.

Abstract

The use of information technology is very helpful, especially decision making in determining dental disease drugs. When determining the drug for the buyer there are often errors in the determination of the drug. The criteria of the drug include the benefits of the drug, the dosage of the drug, the effect of the drug, the price and guarantee of the drug. There are many criteria in determining dental disease drugs, so the TOPSIS method is needed. This method is one of the decision-making methods where the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and farthest from the negative ideal solution. From testing 8 types of drugs and 5 criteria. Of the 8 types of drugs, the type of M8 drug based on the largest preference value of 0.811 is the best dental disease drug.

Abstract

Managing a very large collection of databases requires a method or technique that can convert piles of data into useful information, one of the data that can be processed is sales data. Anoa Mart mini market is one of the mini markets that participates in meeting consumer needs, so a good way of managing goods is needed to meet consumer needs. One of the data that can be processed is sales transactions at Anoa Mart. Mini Market will provide new information to increase sales. This research aims to determine consumer purchasing habits in order to maintain inventory stability. In this research, the data processing used is Anoa Mart Mini Market sales transaction data. Transaction data is processed using the Fp-Growth consortium Data Mining technique with a confidence value of 70% and a minimum support level of 30%. Processing transaction data produces new knowledge in the form of rules for each item. Each item purchased simultaneously constitutes an association rule that is derived from the value of trust and later becomes knowledge for the small market owner. The model resulting from these rules can be used as a reference to maintain inventory stability and increase sales. This method can be used by small markets to convey information more quickly and accurately, so that sales levels increase and are well controlled.

Abstract

The community pays great attention to the halal status of the food or beverages they choose to consume. A halal certificate is a written fatwa from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) that declares the halal status of a product in accordance with Islamic law. This is due to the high public interest in halal food and beverages.  Thus, the application of developing technology is very much needed in the current era. The goal is for visitors/tourists to easily find halal-certified food or beverages. This system is built using the waterfall method with data from MSME in Medan City. The designed application can be accessed on a mobile basis, making it easy for all users to use. The results of this research can help MSME register food or beverage products into the application, allowing visitors/tourists to easily find products that are certified halal using the mobile-based halal food application, GEMAH.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 as it is today, there has been a rapid development in the field of technology in various countries including in Indonesia itself. The development of technology in computer networks caused a rapid increase in the field of telecommunications marked by the emergence of the internet. This technological advancement requires agencies to follow technological developments and continue to improve their ability to manage data and information. Villages as the smallest part of the administrative government system in Indosenia, are required to be able to follow technological developments and continue to improve their ability to manage population administration data. Public services in Balohili Gomo Village include all services in the village or village such as the administrative field that serves the community in making a letter or other mail carrier. There are many types of public services in the village, especially in making correspondence and other matters related to the community in a village and in its implementation it is still not neatly organized, making it difficult to find letters needed by the community. Designing an administrative information system at the Balohili Gomo Village office is one of the objectives of this study.

Abstract

Advances in information technology at this time have an important role in helping human activities or work. The role of information technology is very influential in various aspects of life, both for individuals and organizations / agencies. Many organizations or agencies have utilized information technology to provide services for their business activities. However, not all business organizations have utilized the use of information systems and technology as a supporting medium for their business activities. One of them is in the field of hospitality. Hotel Deli Indah is one of the hotels located in Deli Serdang district. This hotel information is needed by the community as a place that provides several things. Such as lodging, food and drinks. However, with the website of parties who need information about the hotel, simply open the hotel website that is online and real time. To overcome these problems, we offer solutions to overcome various problems mentioned above. The solution is in the form of a Web-Based Hospitality Information System Training Application. This system was developed with the hope that it can help the hotel in terms of updating information will be easier to do where later the school information system can run faster than the current system and of course to parties who need information can directly search for hotel information by directly opening the hotel website. The objectives of PKM in general are: Can help the community in general, to disseminate information quickly, efficiently and effectively. Along with the development of Information Technology, the website no longer just offers product value, but goes to the back office system (management of office systems / agencies / schools) online and real time. The purpose of the Web-Based Hospitality Information System Training Application is to assist hotels in the process of public information services, thus providing support for better school data processing. The program titled "Pemuda Cerdas Digital: Pelatihan Desain Grafis dengan Canva" aims to equip young individuals with essential graphic design skills using Canva, a user-friendly design tool. In the digital age, visual communication plays a crucial role in personal branding, marketing, and effective messaging. However, many youths lack access to affordable and accessible design tools and training. This training program provides a hands-on approach to learning graphic design, focusing on practical skills and creative techniques using Canva. Participants are introduced to various design elements such as layout, typography, and color theory, enabling them to create visually appealing materials including social media graphics, posters, and flyers. The program's objective is to enhance participants' design skills, foster creativity, and empower them to effectively communicate ideas through visual content. The training also aims to bridge the gap between traditional graphic design education and the need for accessible, practical tools for the younger generation. Evaluation of the program indicates a significant improvement in participants' ability to produce professional-quality designs and a greater confidence in their design skills. The program highlights the importance of integrating digital tools into youth education to prepare them for future opportunities in a visually-driven world.
