Abstract

This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data. The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data. The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point. The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task. The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach. The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

Abstract

Educational tourism becomes a special interest tour for tourists who want to get a learning process whenvisiting a tourist destination. One of them is Bali, during the pandemic tourist destinations in Bali are still indemand by domestic and foreign tourists. Tabanan regency becomes one of the tourist attractions that offereducational tours nagi family tourists and child tourists. The village of cau Coklat, Kampung bIngo and SubakMuseum located in Tabanan Regency offer tourist activities while studying. Tourist activities offered by studyingthe process of harvesting chocolate fruit to making chocolate in the village of cau chocolate, picking organicvegetables and making it into a vegetable salad in the bingo village and seeing the traditional tools of Balinesefarmers in the Subak Museum. The management of educational tourism is inseparable from the importance of thecognitive realm, affective realm and psychomotor realm of children's tourism. This is important due to thepressure that child travelers can under pandemics with closed school conditions, online learning systems andrestrictions on large-scale activities for a long time. so that the management of educational tourism must becarried by all parties in order to be carried out properly and get a good response from child tourists.Keywords : Educational tourism, child tourists,Pandwemi Covid-19

Abstract

Pandawa Beach, one of the famous tourist attractions and visited by many tourists, is located in the southern part of Bali Island, precisely in Kutuh Village, Badung Regency, which offers a beautiful beach between solid cliffs and white sand. The tourist can also enjoy water attractions and culinary at beachside restaurants while enjoying the beach view. Pandawa Beach has turquoise water hidden behind sturdy limestone cliffs, stretching white sand and calm waves. This is an instagramable and worth sharing place on Instagram and is one of the factors for millennial tourists visiting Pandawa Beach. Therefore, millennial tourists who take photos on Pandawa Beach and upload them on Instagram will influence other millennials to visit Pandawa Beach. Based on these phenomena, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Instagram on millennial tourists decision to visit Pandawa Beach. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire, an observation, and a literature study. Data were analyzed with correlation analysis and hypotheses using the t test. The results of this study indicate that Instagram has a strong influence on millennial tourists decision to visit Pandawa Beach. Abstract

Adventure tourism is an outdoor activity that has grown and developed in recent years and is becoming increasingly popular as a nature-based regional development model. Adventure activities, especially mountain bikes, are mostly carried out by tourists visiting Bali. Karangasem Regency has a unique geographical condition in the form of a mountainous area that strongly supports the development of mountain biking activities. By examining the potential of adventure tourism owned by Karangasem Regency, it can be seen that the supporting resources of adventure tourism in the implementation of mountain biking activities in Karangasem Regency can be identified.This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. It uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling to determine and select informants. The data were collected by using a participatory observation by trying mountain bike activities in mountain area and interview the informants. The data analysis applied the content and meaning analysis using a qualitative descriptive method. The theory used in the analysis is adventure approach theory and tourism development components.The results of the analysis reveal that the supporting resources for mountain biking activities that are not yet fully available are contained in the location criteria related to permits and regulations, so that an appropriate plan is needed in order to meet the basic criteria in the completeness of supporting resources for adventure tourism. While the criteria for activity, security, natural resources and the environment, as well as the operational sector are almost entirely available, requiring development that is in accordance to make a sustainable mountain biking activities in Karangasem Regency. Abstract

This research is located at Wisata Agro Salak Pondoh Organik Ledoknongko (WASPOL), Bangunkerto Village that is one of the agritourism in Sleman District, Yogyakarta. The background of the research includes a variety of activity options in WASPOL, Salak Pondoh as a profitable commodity, and there is government support to preserve organic Salak Pondoh varieties. The tourist activities options in WASPOL is about cultivation, enjoy picking the salak and also processing the fruits into any other product in traditional way. Salak Pondoh is a profitable commodity because it can export in large quantities. The objective of this research is to identify the profile of tourists and marketing mix of WASPOL. The data is collected through interviews and observation. The informants are determined by purposive sampling technique. The data is analyzed qualitatively through the process of data reduction, display, and drawing/verification. The results of the study show that, the profile of tourists visiting WASPOL have the same purpose which is to conduct research, this is because there are researchers from various Universities and Schools in Indonesia. Tourists will also be taught how to cultivate Salak Pondoh by Farmers and can immediately pick and eat Salak fruit. The rate of tourists visits has decreased, from 2015 amounted to 3,493 visitors dropped to 2,523 visitors in 2016 with a percentage decrease of 72%, while in 2017 there were 1,278 visitors with a percentage decrease of 50%. The decline in tourist arrivals from 2015-2017 because WASPOL is more focused on the export of Salak Pondoh fruit. The results of the marketing mix analysis at WASPOL are where WASPOL exports Salak Pondoh to various countries such as China, Australia and Cambodia while salak processed products are only sale in souvenir shops in Yogyakarta. The price of salak exported is Rp. 50,000/Kg, while for salak fruit for sale in plantation areas for Rp. 20,000/basket. Salak Pondoh production process is carried out at the home of the farmers’ groups and all who carry out cultivation activities and salak marketing are people who come from Sub Ledoknongko. Salak plantations are neatly arranged and clean from rubbish. WASPOL is promoted through their official blog, sicantikledoknongko.blogspot.com. There are several recommendation to the management of WASPOL as follow: to add the facilities like toilet and signboard, promoting on social media, and if possible make a website that explains about WASPOL and existing tour packages. Abstract

Banyuwangi is one of the famous regency in East Java province because rapid tourism development. Banyuwangi has a many tourism potential like view of the stretch of mountains, beaches, forests and local culture. Tourism in Banyuwangi has various types, one of the most enjoyed is educational tourism especially at Agrotourism Doesoen Kakao Glenmore. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational tourism in Agrotourism Doesoen Kakao is feasible or not. This research used qualitative methods with quantitative and qualitative data. Sampling determine technique using purposive sampling for informants. The data collection techniques used are, interviews, observations, library studies and documentation. The result of this research is that educational tours Agrotourism Doesoen Kakao almost have met all the criteria. There are three criteria, namely Naturalness, Contribution to Society, and Conducting Development. Agrotourism Doesoen Kakao still does not conduct development in several parts. Agrowisata Doesoen Kakao needs to make more attractions and provide services that add more comfort to tourists. Keyword: Education Tourism, Agrotourism, and Tourism

Abstract

These project are done for discussing the culinary tourist marketing at the tourism industry by identifying some of East Timor’s traditional foods that could be developed as a culinary destination. Local culinary has a good potential to be developed and can be used as a tourist product to attract tourist for a pay visit in East Timor by the reason of foods and drinks diversity and in East Timor. The purpose of this project is to know the culinary tourist marketing as a tourism business and attract tourists in Dili, East Timor. Data gathering techniques which is used to collects in this project are observation, interview, and documentary studies and this project using primary and secondary data. The study also employs qualitative data and will be analysis with qualitative techniques methods of marketing and is made up on four (4p) marketing structure. In this project has been used concepts that are related like marketing strategies, the culinary tours, the traditional foods, tourist destination, gastonomic theory, and marketing theory. The conclusion on these research are to discover certain local culinary potential that have been exploited as a culinary tourist destination. Abstract

Tourists who come to visit Bali with their families will visit child-friendly tourist villages. The goal is that the child has a sense of security and comfort when visiting a tourist village. The experience will learn a new tourist area will increase enthusiasm and refresh children from all their activities. The identification of child- friendly tourism-based tourism villages is carried out to determine the level of safety, comfort and learning that children will get when carrying out tourism activities in the tourist village of Pemuteran, Buleleng Regency. The problem raised in this study is the identification of child-friendly tourism-based tourism villages and the identification of supporting facilities provided by tourism service providers in Pemuteran tourism village, Buleleng Regency. Abstract

Waturaka Tourism Village is a community-based development. Waturaka tourism village has a wealth of natural resource assets and also a very massive culture. Therefore, managing elements of tourism products through the concept of “community based tourism” is ideal in an effort to provide economic benefits for local communities, nature and cultural conservation amid the rampant negative conventional mass tourism. This study aims to look at the components of tourism planning and community participation in it to produce philosophical implementation of community-based tourism.Technique used to collect the data in this research is observation, interview as well as literature study. Descriptive qualitative is used as the data analysis technique in this research. The results of this study indicate that, the management of the tourism product component in Waturaka tourism village was managed by community with a very high level of participation (citizen power) on one hand but not on the other. It is because the motive of local people's enthusiasm to develop community-based tourism in terms of awareness of global reality. Suggestions from this research are tourism awareness groups ( Kelompok sadar wisata) are expected to build networks with external parties in the context of the tourism village marketing, the government and non-government organization is expected to continue to empower local communities so as to produce massive competence in the tourism industry in order to provide maximum satisfaction to tourists. Abstract

Sipiso-piso Waterfall located in Karo District, North Sumatra can be used as a superior attraction because it has great potential to be developed compared to other attractions around Lake Toba because this waterfall is one of the most popular tourist attractions. However, there are several obstacles on the development of Sipiso-piso Waterfall tourism such as tourism stakeholders who do not cooperate well such as the provision of supporting facilities that should be provided by the tour manager, namely the Karo District government instead, provided by the local community. Based on this phenomenon, it is necessary to know the management of Sipiso-piso Waterfall and how much participation of local people in the management of Sipiso-piso Waterfall. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to To find out how to manage Sipiso-piso waterfall in Karo District, North Sumatra To find out how far the participation of local people in the management of Sipiso-piso waterfall. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature. Determination of informants using Purposive Sampling techniques. The results of this research is that the community in the management of Sipiso-Piso Water Tourism Attraction at the planning stage is at the encouraged participation type, at the community organizing stage is at the spontaneous participation as well as at the mobilization stage, while at the community supervision stage is at the encouraged participation type.
