Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian adalah meminimalkan tindak kriminalitas di Bali melalui sistem pembinaan pemasyarakatan yang tepat sasaran dan tepat guna sehingga narapidana setelah menjalani masa hukumannya di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIa Kerobokan Denpasar menyadari kesalahannya serta tidak mengulanginya kembali dengan pendekatan kepariwisataan. Hal ini sangat penting karena jika tetap dibiarkan setiap tahunnya akan terus “lahir” penjahat-penjahat baru dengan modus dan variasi kriminalitas yang baru pula (school of crime). Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah melalui dialog-sosialisasi terfokus sehingga hasil-hasil penelitian tentang Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan sebelumnya dapat dikenal dan dipahami oleh pemegang kebijakan beserta staf di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar. Hasil Pengabdian adalah pihak Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar mulai mengetahui peran dan hubungan pembinaan kepada narapidana dengan kepariwisataan di Bali. Hanya saja masih sulit dirasakan untuk merealisasikannya karena Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar bagian dari sistem besar dari Kementerian Hukum dan Ham RI. Sehingga memerlukan payung hukum dan perintah dari pusat untuk pelaksanaan program baru seperti pengembangan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan sebagai daya tarik wisata.

Abstract

The potential of such unique nature and culture in the village Penglipuran it is proper to be developed and introduced to the tourists so that rural communities receive economic benefits, such as the availability of additional jobs and increase income by providing services as a local tour guide, provision culinary, providing soulvenir typical village Penglipuran and receiving income in the form of receipts village onggos admission and parking. Businesses that can be taken is the form of making the tour packages of innovative rural to attract the number of tourists visiting the village Penglipuran and improving the quality of human resources supporting. To develop further Penglipuran village, Pengabdi team has managed to make the packaging countryside tour package entitled "Village Tracking Tour" and Penglipuran Rural Cycling tour "second package is already manifested in the form of brochures. Realization of two packets of agrotourism has been preceded by a series of activities such as: 1) justify trajectory tracking path and cycling (something to see, something to do and something to learn) that will be bypassed by tourists in the countryside Penglipuran village and surrounding areas, 2) how to make tour event (itinerary), 3) how to determine the cost and the price of travel and 4) creating rural tourism package packing in the form of brochures.

Abstract

The main problem is how to start the development of tourist village in Bongkasa village. In fact, the locationof this village near Ubud (Gianyar) that many tourists visited everyday. The purpose of are to provide anunderstanding of the potential of tourism owned and provide tourism planning as grand design to develop thevillage of Bongkasa as a tourist village. The scope are potential tourism analysis and tourism planning.Tourism planning based on the potential and existing conditions. The method used are counseling and FGD.Starting from the initial survey, field research and literature study. The results are synergized with theaspirations of local society and analyzed qualitatively from science of tourism perspective. Revealed that thevillage of Bongkasa very feasible for the development of tourist villages with potential of nature, culturalpotential and artificial potential. Bongkasa as a tourist village need macro planning as a grand design calledframework implementation policy development model.

Abstract

The tourism development in many tourism destination appears to ignore history. Geneology or social record as a history of the formation of existing conditions is considered less important. This study try to understand by apply the tourimsmorphosis concept in Badung, Banyuwangi and East Luwu. Tourismmorphosis as the evolution of tourism can be both progress and regress as an inevitable change. Consisting of the introductory stage, the reaction stage, the institutionalization stage and the compromise stage. The research paradigm is qualitative with qualitative methods and techniques, hermeneutic data analysis techniques and thick descriptive data presentation. The research results understanding that Badung was at the compromise stage, Banyuwangi at the institutional stage and East Luwu at the introductory stage. Hence, the consider of research findings could be used as a basis for future tourism development.

Abstract

Bali Tourism has grown for the hundred years, but there has never been a mapping of its developmental stages and its future predictions. This article examines the development of tourism in Bali in the past, present, and future predictions, as well as discourse in each stage. Data were collected by literature study, observation, and in-depth interviews with diachronic informants. The main theory used is critical evolution and genealogy. This article offers a model of tourismemorphosis as a stage of tourism development along with its paradigms including the introduction stage, reaction stage, institutional stage, and compromise stage. The prediction of future Bali tourism development is to remain at the compromise stage with the transtourism paradigm that is paradigm with the effort of adjusting all tourism components to respond to the big and rapid changes of tourism globally. Always compromise, Bali tourism stakeholders in the future are still demanded to be creative in the future, customary government, market dynamics, IT development, customs, and religious rituals to survive or even move forward.

Abstract

The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor. Abstract

This research was conducted in Munggu village, Mengwi subdistrict, Badung Regency. This research aims toidentify the obstacles experienced by Munggu village as a tourism village in Badung regency. This research used qualitative method, which prefers the descriptive data or the data in the form of sentences instead of numbers. This data was obtained through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the concept of obstacles. The results of this study indicate that obstacles experienced by Munggu village as a tourism village in Badung regency consists of twotypes of obstacles, internal obstacles and external obstacles. Internal obstacles are related about the tourism product that is not maximized yet, limited funds and lack of village facilities completeness, managerial organization that is not optimal, and community participation is still lacking. Meanwhile, external obstacles are related about to the absence of standardization from the government for tourism villages, the role of local government is still lacking and Munggu tourism village has not been incorporated in the network of tourism villages. Abstract

The Museum of Tenth November Surabaya is the only museum that keeps a history of the struggle of the arek-arek Suroboyo in maintaining the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. To commemorate the services of the warriors, the Heroes Monument was erected. In order to support the Heroes Monument, an underground museum was built so as not to disturb the main attraction, namely the Heroes Monument itself. Nowadays, the people of Surabaya are less aware of the history of the fighters so they are less interested in visiting this museum.This study uses a qualitative method which aims to identify The Museum of Tenth November Surabaya as historical tourism. Data collection in this study were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentaries. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative.Observation results show The Museum of Tenth November Surabaya stores 47 collections and 4 weapons of war from allied spoils. Based on the SWOT analysis, the results of this study are the Surabaya Tenth November Museum which has the potential of innovation that can be developed to attract more tourists who come to visit.Keyword: Heroes Monument, The Museum of Tenth November Surabaya, Development of Tourist Attraction, Heritage Tourism, SWOT.

Abstract

Facts indicate the potential of tourism in the Central Sumba Regency has not been able to attract tourist arrivals. The role stakeholders, especially SKPD Department of Culture and tourism (Disbudpar) Central Sumba Regency have a heavy duty to make tourism development. The method used was a case study approach (inductive) using qualitative methods. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques with presentation techniques qualitative descriptive data. The results of this research are the role Disbudpar Kab. Central Sumba in tourism development constrained human resources issues and other findings are necessary translation of roles more effectively and efficiently with attention to personal ability, social skills and intellectual abilities in the future culture. The next finding is the difficulty Disbudpar Kab. Central Sumba in the implementation of the work plan caused by many factor. It is important to consider in the future development of tourism is the attention to the internal and external coordination and the determination of the potential market rating that will facilitate the development of tourism attractions such as the establishment or featured travel products and preparation of human resources, infrastructure and other supporting facilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the development of tourism destinations in Bali have a comprehensive development plan, in order to obtain the optimal benefits for the community, both in terms of economic, social and cultural. Type of data used in the form of qualitative data, primary and secondary data sources, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature. Determination of informants by purposive sampling techniques and use descriptive-qualitative data analysis. Development of quality destinations in bali is done by stages include: improving the quality of human resources, engage and empower people, build a community-based tourism, quality tourism products packaging, packaging components tourism product, tourism service pack, recruit qualified travelers.
