Abstract

This study aims to develop a goodness of fit entrepreneurial learning model and test the found models. The benefit of this research is to develop an entrepreneurial learning model that is able to improve the business mental independence based on their talents. Methods of data collection were carried out through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The research object was UMS Industrial Engineering students. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, confirmatory analysis test, student test to see the difference before and after treatment to get entrepreneurial learning model. This development research uses one shot case study experiment with a quantitative approach. The students receive guidance, mentoring, counseling and empowerment in developing entrepreneurial learning models.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan model pemberdayaan bagi ibu-ibu kelompok program Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) dalam rangka peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga untuk menopang ekonomi. Model yang dikembangkan melalui pemberdayaan bagi ibu-ibu membuat aneka olahan lele yang siap dijual belikan melalui online dan offline, sehingga ibu-ibu lebih produktif dalam rangka membantu ekonomi keluarga. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, interview, angket, dokumentasi dan survey. Metode analisis dengan project based learning mengerjakan langsung kegiatan dalam rangka menghasilkan produk aneka olahan lele. Pengembagan model dengan path analysis untuk membangun variabel pemberdayaan dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Model yang dikembangkan dan diterapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the differences in the entrepreneurial mentality of talented or untalented students in conducting entrepreneurial incubation activities. The research uses a sample of students who have entrepreneurial talent and students who do not have entrepreneurial talent as participants in entrepreneurial incubation. Participants obtain guidance, mentoring, strengthening potential and facilitation in accordance with their respective talents. Talent mapping and mentoring are conducted through incubation treatment of students as an experimental group who have talent and students as a control group who do not have entrepreneurial talent. Both groups are equally treated with entrepreneurial mentoring. Data collection through interviews, questionnaires, documentation, literature studies, observations and research analysis with quasi-experimental trials of experimental groups (KE) and control groups (KK) with pretest-posttest control group design. The final result of the data through the trend of business development carried out by entrepreneurial participants. The development of the entrepreneurial mentality of students who have talent is higher than entrepreneurs who do not have entrepreneurial talent, based on valid model testing, goodness of fit is able to improve the entrepreneurial mentality of talent-based students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan model dan mengetahui variabel kompetensi sumberdaya manusia da­lam rangka meningkatkan kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Me­­ne­ng­ah (UMKM) di sentra industri batik Kabupaten Sra­gen. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode k­u­an­ti­ta­tif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wa­wan­cara, ob­servasi, kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Kegiatan pene­litian melibatkan karyawan UMKM di sentra industri batik Kabu­pa­ten Sragen. Metode analisis data yang dilaku­kan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, confirmatory factor analysis dan merumuskan model kompetensi sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Berdasar hasil analisis, di­per­oleh hasil penelitian bahwa model dinyatakan goodness of fit, variabel pengetahuan, variabel keterampilan serta variabel perilaku mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to: (a) formulate a sales media-based marketing strategy to increase sales of Goyor fabric at Sragen Goyor Industry Center, (b) analyze the increase in the sales volume of Goyor fabric based on sales media at Sragen Goyor Industry Center. The advantages of this research are: (a) the formulation of a marketing strategy model based on sales media with goodness of fit model is produced, (b) the trend of Goyor sales during model development is known. This research method uses a mix method, namely qualitative to collect a number of information in solving the problems encountered by Goyor entrepreneurs in Sragen and a quantitative approach to analyze the sales media-based marketing model. The media-based marketing model includes: (1) web creation, (b) tik tok, (3) instagram, (4) financial system, (5) billboard, (6) facebook, (7) prduct catalog, (8) marketing digitization. Sales media is uded to determine the importance of marketing indicators and marketing volume including indicators . The results of the marketing strategy model assistance through the media, produced: (1) the formulation of a sales media-based marketing strategy model that is goodness of fit model, and deserves to be a good marketing model, (2) the sales trend through the developed media has increased. The marketing strategy formulation model developed can be implemented in Sragen goyor fabric. industry center.
