Proses pengelolaan data sumber daya manusia di STMIK BANDUNG, bagian akademik maupun non akademik saat ini masih menggunakan metode manual atau belum terkomputerisasi, dimana prosedur yang dilakukan adalah pada bagian pendataan kepegawaian masih dalam bentuk berkas dokumen dengan penyimpanan arsip pada lemari. Dan metode perhitungan untuk mengajukan kenaikan jabatan pun masih secara manual , terlebih lagi untuk menghitung data angka kredit dosen masih di rekap secara manual. Hal ini mempersulit pencarian data surat kepegawain jika sewaktu-waktu data tersebut dibutuhkan. Sistem Digitalisasi Data adalah sebuah kumpulan aktivitas, konsep, fakta yang mempunyai prosedur-prosedur untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang dikonversi ke dalam bentuk digital. Perancangan sistem yang digunakan. Dimana perancangan sistemnya memakai metode waterfall, dan alat yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem berupa DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Dengan adanya sistem informasi SDM, nantinya akan mempermudah dalam proses penyimpanan, perngarsipan dan pencarian data sumber daya manusia. Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia ini untuk bagian bidang akademik dilengkapi dengan proses perhitungan DUPAK ( Daftar Usulan Angka Kredit Dosen ) guna memperhitungkan kenaikan jabatan dosen menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Selain itu, proses pencarian data sumber daya manusia menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan akurat.

Today, the development of technology and information is growing rapidly in various aspects of life. One of them is in the academic field, from elementary school to lectures. Nowadays schools have used information technology a lot in their academic management, which makes it easy to manage related data. Vocational school is a vocational secondary education which has the role to prepare students to be ready to enter the workforce. SMK has an institution called the Special Labor Exchange (BKK). Special job fairs are service institutions for the placement of workers in secondary education units and higher education units. The Special Work Exchange is a bridge between SMKs and the industrial world. Cianjur Nurul Islam Vocational School is a private school in the form of a foundation, in this school there is also a Special Work Exchange (BKK) program preferred for alumni of Cianjur Vocational School Nurul Islam students, and also for other schools.

Mutiara Salawu Vocational School also participates in government programs to carry out PKL. However, PKL at SMK Mutiara Salawu is different as it does with other SMKs, it does not mean that there is nothing but rarely SMKs that direct their students to PKL in a place that has been determined based on the specified report cards. Because Salawu Mutiara Vocational School places PKL students who have been determined by the school, it is necessary to have a supportive system for classifying students based on the specified report cards. Implementation of Fuzzy C-Means algorithm to classify street vendors students based on their respective report cards. The results of this implementation are in the form of software that can be used as a tool to help schools classify PKI class XI students based on report cards to help prepare PKL placement as desired by the street vendors chosen by the school using the Fuzzy C- algorithm Means Based on the test results, the grouping of street vendors students can be concluded that this grouping can produce output in accordance with what users expect. For some people who want to learn Indonesia Javanese Krama, it may be difficult. Seldom find Javanese Krama-Indonesian dictionary, well documented in book form or electronically, because it is needed the means to facilitate every person who wants to learn and understand the language of the Javanese Krama well. From what has been described, then is was made a Java application Krama-Indonesian dictionary-based website. The application is made by using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and DBMS (Database Management System) that is used is MySQL. In this application there are features such as translation feature, login features and some of the features that support this application to be easy to use. For addition information on this application there is also information about Javanese culture in Yogyakarta. With this application, it is sufficient to answer the user wishes to learn the Java language Krama.

The national examination tryout in 2018 requires a technical change, considering that the current national exam is computer-based, it is necessary to make an application for the national examination tryout which is a test balancer that will be conducted by students. The application of the national examination tryout is a technical description of examination using a computer. This national examination tryout application needs to be in every education agency, as well as in SMP Yadika Cicalengka. This is all because in addition to require material training, students also need technical training. Given the computer-based national examination technical training from Dinas Pendidikan is very lack. So this application can help students in carrying out technical training exams using computer. This application was formed using php program language with a framework from codeigniter, css and bootstrap. The database used is mysql, the questions entered are questions originating from ninth grade student at SMP Yadika Cicalengka. With the application of this National Examination tryout, students will more oftem conduct technical training on exams using computer. Especially in term of examinations. With the frequent use of this application will help students to increase self-confidence when doing on the tryout and real national exams. A Lot Of Coffee is a Coffee shop that serves various types of coffee in the archipelago. In carrying out its business processes are growing, not a few obstacles experienced by A Lot Of Coffee. The problems that often occur in A Lot Of Coffee is the difficulty of storing raw material data processing that relies on the archive because of the absence of special storage for raw material data, so that raw material data is often lost or damaged, frequent recording of raw materials are repeated, and existing raw material data is not stored properly. Therefore, this company needs a raw material inventory information system that can help operate all its work activities, so as not to the loss of raw materials data and archives of the company. System development method used is Water Fall method where data collection techniques used include interviews and observations. With the construction of raw material inventory information system is expected to facilitate the company in the process of recording raw materials and raw material data archiving so as to minimize the possibility of error in input data and minimize the loss of data archive company. Decision support system (DSS) is a combination of individual intelligence sources with component capabilities to improve decision quality. Decision-making systems can also be described as systems capable of supporting ad hoc data analysis, and decision modeling, decision-oriented, future-planning orientation, and are used in unusual times. One of the methods used in making a decision-making system is the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. AHP can be defined as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is the goal, followed by the level of factors, criteria, sub-criteria, and so on down to the last level of alternatives. With this scholarship decision-making system, it can help and facilitate MIS Sirojul Athfal II to assess students and determine students who are eligible for scholarships. The method applied in this system uses AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) because this method can assess a teacher based on the criteria that have been determined in detail in the stage of weighting the value of each criterion and its sub-criteria. "Medinar.id" adalah sebuah platform yang menyediakan informasi mengenai jadwal dan penjualan tiket seminar kedokteran, pemilik website Medinar tersebut sebelumnya memiliki kesulitan dalam melakukan pencarian informasi seminar dibidang kesehatan, pembelian tiket seminar dibidang kesehatan maupun melakukan penyebaran informasi seminar dibidang kesehatan, dengan dibuatnya Medinar tersebut akan memudahkan para peserta di luar wilayah bisa mengetahui seminar di wilayah tersebut dan memfokuskan dalam penjualan tiket seminar kesehatan yang dimana penjualan tiket tersebut ditargetkan hanya untuk petugas yang memiliki profesi dibidang kesehatan seperti Kedokteran, Keperawatan, Apoteker dan Bidan, Medinar memiliki fitur-fitur seperti pembuatan sertifikat, cetak tiket, absensi, dan proses upload jurnal.

Many badminton court rental service places still use a manual system, which only serves their customers by telephone or online conversation applications such as Whatsapp, so it is difficult to manage order data if there are many orders. The First Come First Served algorithm or commonly abbreviated (FCFS) is a calculation method based on the data that is inputted first, then the data is processed first. Usually the First Come First Served (FCFS) algorithm is used specifically for queuing systems because the First Come First Served algorithm because it is based on order is very suitable for systems that require systematic queuing. The design of this system uses the Extreme Programming method. From this research, it can produce an online reservation reservation system that can make it easier for customers to rent the field and make it easier for managers to promote the field by implementing the First Come Fist Served method.
