Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang basis data terpadu untuk mengatasi tantangan integrasi data program pelatihan pangan dan gizi di SEAMEO RECFON. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan PHP dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengintegrasikan data profil peserta, materi pembelajaran, jadwal, hasil evaluasi, dan dokumentasi program. Sistem dilengkapi fitur pencarian canggih, dashboard informatif, dan laporan yang dapat disesuaikan. Pengujian menunjukkan tingkat fungsionalitas 95% dengan waktu respon rata-rata kurang dari 3 detik. Survei kepuasan pengguna menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan 87%, dengan penilaian tertinggi pada kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat sistem.Kata Kunci : Basis Data Terpadu, Program Pelatihan, Pangan dan Gizi, SEAMEO RECFON, Laravel

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the learning of the internship program with the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) Method has on the Professional Ethics Value of the Internship Program at SEAMEO RECFON. The research method used in this research is Pre- Experimental Design using the One-Shot Case Study Design type. The sample used in this study were students of the Internship Program and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Batch 6, totaling 30 Internship Participants. In this study, the average (mean) of the results of the participant activity observation sheet was 79% with the criteria “Very Good”, this shows that students play an active role in participating in the internship program with the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) method. As for the learning outcomes of students, the average (mean) of the results of professional ethics scores was 80 with the criteria “Excellent”, this shows that the students' internship program is in excellent criteria after getting treatment (treatment) in the form of the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) Method. Based on the results of the calculation of research data, it can be concluded that there is an influence caused by learning an apprenticeship program with the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) Method on the Professional Ethics Value of the results of apprentices by 14.9%.

Abstract

his study aims to analyze and measure the quality of the SEAMEO RECFON website. The method used in this research is the Webqual method, which is a method or technique for measuring website quality based on end user perceptions which is used as the main reference with indicators of usability, information quality, and service interaction and the Importance Performance Analysis method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire of 50 questionnaires. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction with functionality has been achieved, while the level of user satisfaction with information quality has not been achieved, and the quality-of-service interaction has not been achieved. Based on the assessment of the three measurement dimensions, the usability dimension has a value of (0.245), the service interaction dimension has a difference or gap value of - (0.39) and the information dimension has a difference or gap value of - (0.26). Based on this, it can be concluded that the actual perception of quality has not been able to meet the ideal quality desired by SEAMEO RECFON website users, especially from quality attributes related to information on the website.
